Hotel Enzian Hochsölden Superior

Das Hotel Enzian in Hochsölden ist DER place to be in den Ötztaler Alpen! Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit Smart-TV, riesiges Badezimmer mit getrennter Toilette, ausreichend Verstaumöglichkeiten für jede Art von Gepäck und Blick auf das Alpenpanorama vom Bett aus. Unser persönlicher Sweet Spot war der Wellnessbereich mit zahlreichen Saunen und einem Infinity Pool für Genießer! Die Massagen sind auch zu empfehlen. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Saunabereich sehr überfüllt und hohe Rutschgefahr, da der Boden im Saunabereich äusserst nass war. Dieser sollte in regelmässigen Abständen getrocknet werden.

The location was amazing, right on the slopes. The view from our room was magnificent, and the room was fully equipped with everything we could need, ie kettle and tea, a coffee machine. The half pension was very generous, and the hotel offered an additional afternoon snack buffet that was so rich in variety.

I liked everything

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Verfijnd eten en de aanwezigheid van een sommelier wat een absoluut pluspunt is.

Top Lage! Superior Doppelzimmer war sehr groß mit Wanne und Dusche, extra WC. Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Brot frisch gebacken und knusprig. Frisch gepresster O-Saft. Eier wurden nach Wunsch zubereitet. Wellness-Bereich mit Außenpool und Blick auf die Piste, sowie Panorama Sauna: einfach top! Hotel war gut zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden.

Eine etwas einfachere österreichische Küche wäre uns lieber, aber lecker war es trotzdem.

Everything easy for skiers, you can rent skis opposite the hotel and even buy ski pass, walk 2’ and start skiing. Amazing spa area, with views to the slopes, plenty different saunas etc, quiet rooms, tea at the relaxation area,outdoor pool was the best! All staff were very friendly and kind which made our stay even more pleasant. We want to thank them all because they create a really joyful atmosphere in accordance to the hotels spirit

I have stayed at this hotel several times and choose it primarily because of its excellent location — one of the best on the resort. The service is certainly at a high level: in the restaurant as well, with breakfasts and dinners, the service is good, efficient, and fast. The rooms are cleaned well, the staff clearly makes an effort, and that deserves respect.

At the same time, I happened to get an unfortunate room. There was apparently some ventilation equipment behind the wall, so there were occasional low-level noises. It felt quite strange to hear that while staying in the mountains, because I often vacation in the mountains and I know how quiet it usually is at night. Sometimes there were also noticeable smells.

Vi har besøgt hotellet mange gange, men restauranten og personalet er desværre ikke på samme niveau, som det var tidligere.

Betjeningen i restauranten og receptionen lever ikke op til standarden for et hotel med fire stjerner.

ich war viele Male in diesen Hotel aber jetzt zum letzten Mal. zu viele Ausländer . Kleider Ordnung beim Essen wie am Strand das sollte ein Vier Sterne S Hotel besser im Griff haben .

1. napoje do kolacji zamawiałem np: 2 herbaty dostawałem 1 ale na rachunku były 2, obserwując stoliki to pomyłki nie tylko u mnie się zdarzały, (nie do przyjęcia w Hotelu 4S ) 2. dostałem zupę pomidorową (pokrojone pomidory w kostkę posypana pietruszka zalane wodą) skandal!, lub np: zupa z kluskami serowymi ( 6 klusek w bemarze na wszystkich w hotelu, 3. piękna strefa spa, pięknie podświetlone ściany, piękne lampki stojące, to by wystarczyło w 100% ,niestety do tego mnóstwo halogenów, a półmrok sprzyja relaksowi, daje klimat. (prosiłem pana opiekującego się strefą przez 2 dni o przygaszenie niestety nie reagował)

THE ENTRANCE/EXIT TO THE PISTS FROM THE SKI DEPOT WAS REALLY DANGEROUS. NOT ENOUGH SNOW AND ICY - SLIPPERY. VERY DIFFICULT PATHWAY TO ACCESS THE PIST AND TO COME BACK TO THE HOTEL. PLEASE MAKE AN ARRANGEMENT SO YOU CAN HAVE SNOW BROUGHT TO THE ENTRANCE AND FIX THE PATH. ITS A PITTY, THE HOTEL IS PERFECT OTHERWISE !!

The hotel was great, food, staff and the accommodation conditions. The party for new years eve was fun. The ski area is good and always nice to stay at a hotel where it is possible to ski in and ski out.

The outdoor pool was in the nude area. condition on some equipment in playing rooms where not the best.

all the staffs are nice & polite except one skinny reception, we check in for 2 hours called her several times for our luggage, she even didn't know where was the luggage. when we ski down to the town calling her asking where can we get the shuttle bus, she told us it's on the main street, and asked us to check with people on the street!

Generous hotel and excellent service (reception, restaurant, cleaning), comfortable room - large size, lots of storage space, comfortable bed, great bathroom, infrared sauna in the bathroom, terrace with a view of the ski slope, welcome drink, SPA and storage room after check out. Famous dinner, pleasant breakfast, snacks after lunch. The sun terrace by the restaurant is great for apres ski. A pleasant SPA with an outdoor heated pool overlooking the slopes. Everything new, tasteful interior, fragrant wood everywhere. Whoever invented it did it with love and understanding. Perfect service, perfect place, top comfort, definitely one of the TOP.

Good impression since check in, a 5 star hotel treatment during check in, great location on the slope, large wellness area and for all person, textile and textile free. We choose for the first time a mountain hotel with modern looks, as we like more traditional ones, but we felt very comfortable. They used a lot of wood,therefore the feeling that you are at the mountain was always present.

The table position, but considering that we stayed only one night we accept it.
