Shenzhen Ayearn Hotel

Location, cleanness,

Little things such as no hand towel or towel holder in the toilet.

Design of the hotel was really top! Beautiful rooms, products of labo and comfortable beds

Location was little bit remote.

Very clean, the bed mattress was so nice and comfortable.

Nothing that I didn’t like except the front staff couldn’t speak English.

Clean and spacious rooms, value for money

Would appreciate staff to speak more english but they were very accommodating and helpful despite the language barrier.

Sehr schönes großzügiges Zimmer (703) / Suite mit großem Balkon. Fussläufig vom Bahnhof erreichbar.

Leichte Mängel: Schiebetür zur Ankleide war blockiert. Silberfische in der Badewanne. Ein Waschbeckenablauf undicht. Duschtür innen ohne Griff. Milch beim Frühstück aus der Tüte.

Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

very new and comfortable. Modern too. very clean and well decorated

Staff doesn't speak english

Quiet, clean，modern facilities

maybe a bit more generous with toiletries

Relaxed stay. Breakfast was plenty and a la carte

Clean and spacious

A little bit of noise from construction work nearby

The room is simple, comfortable and clean. The overall design is harmonious, warm and homey.

Spacious room, good control penal for lightings, and temperature King sized room with 2 sofas Well equipped gym room Spacious Quiet lounge for reading, leisure vibe very good ! Kids play room Not a big hotel, so breakfast time not crowded, with unlimited ordering of breakfast, so no need walk in and out

Room corridors too dark & too cold Twin bed room without window Good designed Water bottle

The hotel was amazing and exceeds our expectations. But I have to mention, the hotel front desk Carl Tian, who was incredibly helpful and kind—always courteous and ready to address our needs. Everyone in the group agreed that he was very friendly and made our stay in Shenzhen so much smoother.

Best value

Big, modern and spacious rooms, conveniently located in the Nanshan area with easy access to restaurants and transportation. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, which helped ensure a pleasant stay in Shenzhen.

Nothing. Overall a great property for a great price.

It is new and clean

The ceiling shower drips water

Remarkable little hotel. Amazing rooms, great attentive staff, very effective breakfast.

Location was a bit off, but it's all taxi ride away.

Excellent services and the hotel was very welcoming! The room was amazing too, from Le Labo branded toiletries to comfy bed, there’s nothing I don’t love about this hotel.

Great value for money - comfortable rooms and great breakfast options. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Room is big and new, bed is very comfortable, love the automatic toilet! Staff was very friendly, and breakfast were delicious.

No ironing board

非常好的旅馆，一切都很满意，会再次入住的

Very nice, large, clean, and spacious rooms. The biggest advantage of this hotel is solely the rooms themselves.

There is no lounge in the hotel, the restaurant is very poor, the food is mediocre, and there’s nowhere to sit with a computer around 9-10 PM because everything is closed. You won’t find anything here like in other five-star hotels. It’s the first time I’ve encountered something like this, so apart from the room itself, the hotel doesn’t really offer any space for its guests.

The hotel is in a quiet area with nice and modern design. If you are looking for privacy, your are in the right place. The staff are very helpful

New and clean

A bit far away from Subway.

Everything except the window in the room and no access to sunlight

As above

Great service and friendly staff

None

Staff is smazing, nice design, clean

Location is not perfect, close to a lot but still need to take taxi or walk a bit to get to a supermarket, restaurant etc. Its not a big problem because taxi is cheep and the staff help you with calling, booking, even order food delivery.

Very modern and clean

There’s some construction nearby and can be dark at night

The rooms are large and modern.

The gym is small and opens late

We will back again for sure

All perfect Super nice decoration , brand new hotel

Big rooms. Breakfast was wonderful and could pick many items as you'd like from the breakfast menu.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special mention to Crystal Li who has always been helping us sorting out a couple of matters and calling a taxi for us. Very large and clean room.

Nothing.

Great staff and breakfast

The room was even more beautiful in person than what you see in photos. The bed was big and extremely comfortable and the bathtub was great. The staff were very kind and went out of their way to make me feel welcomed. I appreciate all of their efforts immensely!

N/A

The stuffs were extremely helpful!
