Infraestructura en perfectas condiciones, habitaciones con hermosa vista, Desayuno variado, todo muy ordenado e impecable en cuanto a limpieza y presentación. Se nota la preocupación por los detalles.

George showed up while we were having breakfast with two printed maps and recommendations for our only day in Valdivia. Importantly he gave us a tip for where to park our car when in town. Kitty came to greet us too and recommended her favorite restaurants.

La limpieza fue otro factor importante. El desayuno fue maravilloso para todos los gustos muy variado y cosas muy ricas, el kuchen de frambuesa con arándanos espectacular, y esos huevos preparados con tanto esmero. La verdad recomendable al 200%

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Die Lage am und der Blick auf den Valdivia-Fluss sind kaum zu toppen, allerdings etwas außerhalb von Valdivia. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Wir hatten mit George einen sehr netten und zugewandten Gastgeber! Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen vom Gastgeber gebauten Kofferlift für das Gepäck, da alle Zimmer im 1. OG liegen. Das Haus selbst hat eine sehr persönliche und individuelle Note. Es gibt einen kleinen Außenpool, der jahreszeitlich bedingt nicht mehr in Betrieb war.
Es gibt Katzen im Haus, das sollte man wissen.

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026El desayuno es por lejos el mayor fuerte de este hotel, junto con su ubicación, que posee una vista hermosa del Río Cruces. Los cuartos muy espaciosos y se siente la privacidad en la habitación.
La ubicación puede ser cómoda para gente con auto, pero si no tienes vehículo, dependes del transporte público (que no es malo en frecuencia ni comodidad, para un microbús). Lamentablemente la TV que tenía la habitación estaba un poco obsoleta y se pegaba al intentar transmitir algo desde un aparato personal (como un celular o Computador portátil)

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026The setting is really beautiful. The photos don't do it justice. The views from the room, terrace and garden are really breathtaking. The whole space is very atmospheric and peaceful. Our room was cozy and spacious with big windows overlooking the estuary. Great views to the sunset and morning birds chirping away was a proper treat to fully rest. The kuchen for breakfast is nice and homemade. The eggs were great too.. The breakfast room has stunning views and the room is nice too.
The fridge in the room is not really cold so you can't keep cold drinks or anything. There is no food or restaurant at night. So if you need something you either need to have it before or bring it with you. It would have been a huge plus if they had home made bread for breakfast, it was sliced.

Traumhaft schön auf einer vorspringenden Felsnase am Fluss gelegen bietet es einen wundervollen Sunset View auf die Flussmündung. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Wohn-Frühstückszimmer und die liebenswürdigen, hilfsbereiten Gastgeber lassen einen sich schnell wie zuhause fühlen. Den Gästen steht eine eigene Terrasse und der Garten mit Pool zur Verfügung. Die hellen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmer haben ebenfalls Blick auf den Fluss. Die Betten und Bettwäsche sind herrlich. Parken kann man im Hof.
Die Zimmer sind relativ klein, was uns aber nicht gestört hat.

Instalaciones en óptimas condiciones, el paisaje frente al río Cutipay maravilloso. La decoración del hotel, pinturas elaboradas por Kitty y como no mencionar los 2 lindos gatitos!
Solo 2 detalles importantes: el aseo debajo de las camas, se me cayó un objeto personal y no fue agradable ver polvo. Y sentí que no podía servirme algo en el primer piso al atardecer, eso me lo dejó indirectamente claro una de las personas del servicio.

Reviewed Dec 12, 2025Muy hermoso el lugar donde está ubicado. Tiene una preciosa vista desde cualquier parte del hotel. Además el hotel es muy lindo y limpio, ordenado y bien decorado. Super acogedor. El desayuno es variado y muy rico.
Las piezas no cuentan con aire acondicionado por lo que pasamos calor en la habitación, no teníamos como regular la temperatura de la pieza. Además el frigobar al parecer estaba en malas condiciones porque el agua nunca se enfrió, al tocar el interior estaba tibio.

Reviewed Nov 10, 2025El hotel es hermoso y acogedor, está en cutipay a unos 7 kms de la ciudad de Valdivia. Su entorno es tranquilo y perfecto para pasar tiempo de calidad en pareja . Es más cómodo si arriendas un vehículo, ya que lo único que tiene cerca caminando es la cervecería cuello negro. En auto muy cerca kunstmann a 5 min , niebla a 6 min , Valdivia a 7 min . Si buscan un entorno natural con grandes vistas acá es el lugar . Además los dueños del hotel son un amor de personas, de verdad la experiencia es maravillosa 🤍

Reviewed Mar 27, 2025We loved our stay here and wish it could have been longer than 2 nights. Location is on lake with about a 15 minute drive to down town. Several restaurants are nearby with one a two minute walk. Absolutely beautiful views of the lake whether from the guest room, breakfast area or outdoor sitting area. Rooms are very tastefully done and we enjoyed the owners artwork throughout the property. Breakfasts were great and hosts were very helpful. We will be back.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2024The location and view from room was unbeatable overlooking river Valdivia as it meanders to the nearby Pacific Ocean. The service was impeccable and the room comfortable. Breakfast was homemade and Kitti’s kuchen is delightful. The owners (Kitti and George) were very welcoming and helpful. I would not hesitate to return.
Nothing I didn’t like but a warning: the hotel is off a main road and turning into its entrance one must be careful about traffic. Also book early.
