Hotel très bien situé à moins de 5 min à pied de La Rambla. Le petit déjeuner est bon et le choix est vaste et complet. L'accès au toit/solarium avec une jolie vue et un point d'eau très apprécié après une journée passée à parcourir la ville!

Petite chambre (avec vue sur mur) mais pour autant très confortable. La piscine est petite et très peu profonde, mais très appréciée après une journée passée à visiter.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet für Spaziergänge auf der Rambla oder im Gotischen Viertel. Die Zimmer waren zweckmäßig und ansprechend eingerichtet und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen kleinen Balkon zum Innenhof. Das Personal war zuvorkommend, die Sauberkeit einwandfrei.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war einfach gehalten und entsprach nicht vollkommen unseren Vorstellungen, war aber akzeptabel.

Great small hotel right in the centre not too far from Boqueria market and lots of bars and restaurants

Location was a bit dicey but the hotel is safe, they keep the doors shut at all times and can only be opened by staff. This is Barcelona - lots of petty crime and pick pockets but don’t be put off, you just need to be vigilant and protect your property.

La ubicación. Se encuentra en un lugar "poco amigable" y de acceso, con automóvil, muy difícil. Las ventanas sólo tienen blockout. No tienen cortinas por lo que no se pueden correr de día.

Na ulicy śmierdzi sikami - ale tak jest w całej bcn... 50 m od hotelu mamy burdel, nie wszystkim pasuje - mi nie. Śniadania słabe, mały wybór. Dla miłośników warzyw tylko pomidor i ogórek. Na ulicznych straganach i w pobliskich barach porannych aż miło było zjeść coś z prawdziwego zdarzenia. Cena śniadania nieadekwatna.

Della struttura nulla da dire magnifica, colazione abbondante e variegata personale gentile e disponibile. Bello anche il terrazzo con la mini piscina per rilassarsi dopo lunghe passeggiate.

Avrei molto da dire no per la struttura in sé e per sé, ma per la posizione in cui si trova. Abbiamo avuto paura di uscire la sera dopo le 20, perché in quel viale dove risiede c’è molta criminalità. Abbiamo avuto anche problemi col taxi alle 6 del mattino, voleva mollare la presa in carico senza rimborso perché aveva paura e la politica della sua azienda era vietato l’accesso in quella zona. Per non parlare della tassa di soggiorno in quanto da Booking il pagamento era di euro 55€ ma in loco ne abbiamo pagato 77.

Idéalement situer à deux pas des ramblas. On peut faire beaucoup de choses à pied. Le personnel était d'une gentillesse rien à dire. La piscine sur le toit un plus énorme car très appréciable d'y aller quand on veut de 10 heure à 22 heure . Et le petit déjeuner compris dans le prix de la réservation est aussi un plus très appréciable.

Les rues autour de l'hôtel sont très sale comme les 3 quarts des petites rues de Barcelone. Et la chambre manque de luminosité. Une micro fenêtre qui donne sur une habitation.

L'hôtel est très propre et moderne, la climatisation est là pour des nuits agréables et le personnel est très gentil !

Room was clean & spacious but very sparse & had the ambiance of a car park but it was spotlessly clean, had a great shower & the bed was comfy. Cute little pool on the roof. Location was good for us but some people may not be as enamoured with the area as it’s down a side street in a residential area but fit was only 5 mins to the market & Las Ramblas Coffee available in reception was good however there were never any clean cups

Comfortable bed, many options for breakfast, helpful staff, luggage room and great location. Hotel had a rooftop terrace with a small pool and views over the neighborhood.

Kamer was ruim, proper, met een leuk terrasje. Ontbijt was basic maar oké

Jammer dat er geen koelkastje was op de kamer. Dan zelf maar een zak ijs gaan halen om toch een fris drankje te hebben. Dit is toch echt wel een must in de zomer. Wij zijn jammer genoeg vroeger dan voorzien vertrokken uit het hotel, zonder compensatie, wegens teveel nachtlawaai door andere gasten. De kamers zijn heel gehorig, je hoort alles door de muren heen. Ook wanner ze rondlopen in de kamer boven je, hoor je alles. Dan maar extra kosten op ons genomen en een nieuw hotel geboekt.

The Hotel was very clean and our room was Cleaned daily with fresh towels given to us. The breakfast was great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the fact that there was no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in our room. I also didn't like the fact that we were given only one hotel key for our room. There was no blanket in our room either.

The property is around a ghetto area, but worth the service and accommodation. Great breakfast spread. Staff were very nice and accommodating.

The room was spacious, clean and in good condition and the bathroom was nice and spacious. There is a nice wading pool on the roof. The lobby was staffed 24 hours a day.

1. We booked the rooms 10 months in advance and yet we got 2 rooms for our family on different floors. This made it very difficult for us to communicate, especially when we had to pack our suitcases together for the flight. 2. We only got one key for each room and when we asked for another they said there weren't any. 3. The rooms lack shelves and drawers. 4. There is no work desk. 5. There is no minibar. 6. Although there is a coffee machine in the lobby, it would have been nice if there were facilities for making drinks in the room. We left early for the airport and the coffee machine in the lobby was not working, so we couldn't make ourselves a drink.

The location is very unsafe, lots of crime right outside the hotel. We saw someone get robbed, made us feel very uncomfortable.

Ich weiß ehrlich gesagt gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Das war mit Abstand der schlimmste Hotelaufenthalt und Urlaub, den ich je erlebt habe. Ich bin wirklich sehr enttäuscht und würde dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen. Schon beim Betreten des Hotels hat man sich überhaupt nicht willkommen gefühlt. Meine Schwester und ich waren dort, später kam meine Mutter uns kurz besuchen. Sie hatte ein anderes Hotel gebucht und wollte nur kurz bei uns vorbeischauen. Der Sicherheitsdienst und das Personal waren dabei unglaublich unfreundlich. Es wurde ständig gefragt, wer wohin möchte und zu welchem Zimmer man gehört. Man hat sich gefühlt, als würde man in ein Gefängnis gehen und nicht in ein Hotel. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Unser Zimmer war leider genauso enttäuschend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und von der Terrasse aus gab es überhaupt keine Aussicht – direkt davor war nur Grünfläche. Das Badezimmer war ständig nass, der Föhn war billig und kaum zu gebrauchen, ein Bügeleisen gab es nicht und selbst beim Toilettenpapier wurde gespart. Insgesamt haben einfach viele Kleinigkeiten gefehlt, die für mich selbstverständlich sind. Das Zimmer wirkte lieblos und überhaupt nicht gemütlich. Das Einzige, was ich wirklich positiv erwähnen kann, ist die Auswahl beim Frühstück. Ansonsten war auch dort vieles schlecht organisiert. Die Tische waren oft schmutzig, es gab kaum freie Plätze und viele Speisen waren ständig leer. Vor der Kaffeemaschine musste man jedes Mal lange warten. Für mich entspricht das definitiv keinem 3-Sterne-Hotel. Auch die Lage des Hotels war für mich ein absoluter Minuspunkt. Die Gegend war extrem laut und wir haben uns dort überhaupt nicht sicher gefühlt. Gerade als Frauen hatten wir oft Angst, alleine rauszugehen. Von Erholung konnte wirklich keine Rede sein. Am meisten enttäuscht hat mich aber das Personal. Beim Check-in wurde mir freundlich gesagt, dass ich bis zum Zimmerbezug den Pool nutzen dürfe.

Mir hat’s die Ausstattung sehr gefallen, schönes modernes Zimmer und genauso das Dachpool.

Die Lage vom Hotel war gut, es war ganz in der Nähe vom Stadtzentrum aber die Straße wirkte sehr gefährlich- viele komische Leute waren dort unterwegs.

Location was pretty good close to everything, but the street was kinda crazy hah😃 people were standing on the corners (if you know you know) looked like they are protecting the street but they are harmless so alright they know who are the tourists so doesn’t care about them, overall the hotel was good I liked the room if you going on a few days it’s all right, We was on 6days and didn’t had room to store the clothes but the table made it 😃, had like 6 hangers and that’s all. I recommend this hotel for summer when you want just to lay down at night and doesn’t really want to use the rooftop it’s not really niche for instagram stories, breakfast was cool to tho also they could be till 12:00 as they don’t have a restaurant and for people who are not really a morning person would be better only m opinion

I liked everything

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit äußerst zuvorkommendem Personal, das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut und alle Bereiche des Hotels sehr sauber. Für Autofahrer ist ein Parkhaus ganz in der Nähe, wo auch wir unsere Räder sicher gegen Gebühr abstellen konnten.

Leider verfügt das Hotel nicht über einen Außenbereich, wo man z. B. auch frühstücken oder am Abend sitzen könnte.

Die Lage ist super. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir sind nachts angereist und haben sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption gehabt. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und wird regelmäßig aufgefüllt. Unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig, da es auf der Rückseite lag. Sehr modern eingerichtet, die Betten angenehm und auch im Bad ausreichend Platz

A very good hotel with spacious and clean facilities. The beds are really comfy. The breakfast was good.

While the location is convenient and central, some of the surrounding streets are a bit questionable. We had no issues but had the feeling that we needed to watch our things.

Il n’y avait qu’une clé pass pour deux ce qui oblige à être ensemble. On a demandé une seconde clé, elle nous a été refusée. Un matin, il y avait une odeur de fumée de cigarettes dans la salle de bain. C’est très désagréable au réveil. Les couloirs des chambres donnent sur un patio central ce qui pose des problèmes de bruit la nuit quand des clients peu respectueux font du bruit en rentrant dans leur chambre ou font claquer leur porte. Cela peut réveiller en sursaut.

1 not professional attitude from staff 2 when I arrived the receptionist gave me my room then I checked the room was very small no balcony no view then I asked her after few minutes to change my room then she refused and insisted refusing by not good way with bad attitude and she asked me to check the room to can decide change the room or not and her fake excuse that I used the toilet so she can’t change it ( she saw tissue in the basket) this her reason to not change my room

2 problèmes avec des insectes. 1/ j’ai trouvé dans mon croissant un insecte (je ne sais pas ce que c’était mais beurk) et 2/ le personnel de ménage avait jeté une bouteille que je voulais garder (et donc non mise dans la poubelle)… bref, la personne de l’accueil m’a conduite jusqu’au local poubelle pour que je la récupère et la j’ai vu passer un cafard ! Re beurk. Surtout pas loin des cuisines.

The actual hotel itself is stunning, everything is very clean and staff are very accommodating. The pool is lovely too, although quite shallow but I’d imagine good for a parent who had a child as they can relax. The breakfast is good too, basic but good.

The location. It’s in the centre of everything so that’s great but myself and my friend (2 young woman) did not feel safe on the street the hotel is located on. I would only really want to explore Barcelona again with a man or a big group of woman for safety reasons.

Frukosten. Fler alternativ och olika sorters bröd och pålägg hade varit trevligt. Även kanske yoghurt med olika flingor, färsk frukt och havremjölk till kaffet hade jag uppskattat.

Jättefint hotell med centralt läge, bra städning och en kalasbra frukost. Läget är dock lite i ruffiga kvarter så det bör man beakta.

Proprty was beautiful and modern. Loved the solarium and buffee.

It was cold in the bedroom and there was nothing to do about it. When we left for a walk in the city and came back, we could not get back in. Because there were no one in the reception and we had to wait on the streert. It happend two times and we were there only one night.

מלון חדיש עם מתקנים נוחים, ארוחת בוקר טובה יחסית.

חבל שאין מיניבר וקומקום חשמלי בחדר. אבל הצוות מצא לנו פתרון עבור קירור תרופה. האיזור קצת לא נעים בלילה אבל יש שומר בכניסה בשעות הערב.

The service was good. I was able to leave my bags at the hotel before check-in. The room was clean. They cleaned the room almost every day. The breakfast was nice, with consistent quality. The location isn't too bad as others would say, just don't stay out too late.
