Quiet, beautiful rooms that are clean and modern, direct access to the sea / beach front with loungers do use, great food (best Greek salad we had during our stay), lovely staff!

Not much, about 20 mins walk from the town so car recommended if you don’t want to do the walk.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν μεγάλο και πάρα πολύ καθαρό. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική και γενικά το ξενοδοχείο πολύ ήσυχο, κάτι το οποίο μας άρεσε ιδιαίτερα. Διαθέτει χώρους στάθμευσης που επαρκούν για τους πελάτες. Ο χώρος του πρωινού ήταν άνετος και με πολύ όμορφη θέα στην Καρδαμύλη.

Το στρώμα ήταν πάρα πολύ σκληρό. Προσωπικά δυσκολεύτηκα να κοιμηθώ και ξυπνούσα πιασμένος με πόνο στη μέση. Οι άνθρωποι στο ξενοδοχείο μας τοποθέτησαν ανώστρωμα, όμως η κατάσταση δεν βελτιώθηκε. Άβολα ήταν επίσης και τα μαξιλάρια, ενώ το κρεβάτι θα μπορούσε να είναι μεγαλύτερο. (180 αντί για 158). Αυτό που μου έκανε πολύ αρνητική εντύπωση ήταν ότι στο πρωινό χρέωναν τον παγωμένο καφέ. Θεωρώ απαράδεκτο και "φθηνό" σε ξενοδοχείο αυτής της κατηγορίας να χρεώνεται ο παγωμένος καφές και να προσφέρεται ζεστός "φίλτρου" όταν έξω έχει 40 βαθμούς θερμοκρασία. Ειδικά στον Έλληνα πελάτη που ο Freddo Espresso είναι η πρωινή του τελετουργία, αυτό δημιουργεί άσχημη και αφιλόξενη εντύπωση. Γενικά το πρωινό ήταν πολύ μέτριο με τις κλασσικές -δυστυχώς- επιλογές κατεψυγμένων/τυποποιημένων αρτοποιημάτων και με απουσία φρούτων, ξηρών καρπών ή τοπικών προιόντων, τα οποία στη μεσσηνιακή Μάνη υπάρχουν σε αφθονία. Θα περίμενα κάτι καλύτερο από αυτό το ξενοδοχείο. Το γυμναστήριο επίσης θα μπορούσε να έχει ένα σκίαστρο ώστε να μπορεί κάποιος να προπονηθεί χωρίς να τον χτυπάει ο ήλιος.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Melitsina Village Hotel. The room with the pool was amazing, and we really enjoyed jumping off the rocks at the hotel's beach. We highly recommend it!

Sehr sauber, Familien geführt. Restaurant war sehr gut. Mit liebe zum detail angerichtet. Frühstück herforragend. Nahe am Klippenstrand nur mit einer Leiter ins Wasser zugang. Kieselstrand und gute Tavernen zu Fuss erreichbar.

Die in Stein gebauten Gebäude mit den gedeckten Terrassen waren super. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

Melitsina Village is in a beautiful location with breathtaking views of the mountains dropping into the sea. It makes for a nice walk into Kardamyli via a beach road. Everyone that we interacted with was wonderful. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious.

Skønt roligt sted. Familie ejet som gør man føler sig hjemme. Dejlig område med liggestole inkluderet i prisen, hvor man kan bade fra klipperne. Dejlig morgenmad. Gode træningsfaciliteter med crossfitbox, det har det hele. Man kan betale for at komme på hold til yoga, pilates og crossfit. Man kan gå til byen på 25-30 min langs vandet.

Kunne lide alt. Til forbedring kunne der godt være frisk frugt til morgenmaden. Man kunne overveje at have cykler som man kunne låne til at cykle ind til byen.

Die Anlage ist schön, direkt am Meer. Die Küche ist sehr gut und das Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

The location was beautiful and calming. The room and its toiletries were lovely. The breakfast was amazing! The restaurant's food and selection of Greek wines were superb. Definitely coming back for a restful vacation.

We were not able to enjoy more time at the Village.

Excellent hotel with amazing and friendly staff! Far exceeded our expectations! Views from our balcony were amazing! Breakfast was exceptional and location was stunning overlooking sea! Great assortment of breakfast choices! Family owned plus staff all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend to others and hoping to visit again in the future.

Everything was perfect, no complaints or suggestions.

Loved having a comfortable bed, the kitchen, and the bath robes the drying rack. The breakfast was to die for.

Die einzelnen Häuser aus Bruchsteinen fügen sich wunderbar in den Olivenhain und bieten im Inneren einen hervorragenden Komfort. Die Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer verleitet zum Träumen. Der kleine Kiesstrand mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen ist idyllisch und für gute Schwimmer herrlich.

Es fehlen im Bad ein paar solide Haken zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern. Im Zimmer wäre ein wenig mehr Schrankplatz für die Kleidung nützlich.

Endroit exceptionnel. Romantique, soigné, personnel chaleureux et très agréable. L'un des plus beau Hotel dans lequel nous avons logé. Buffet de déjeuner super, restaurant d'un super niveau...

Μείναμε στη σουίτα με την ιδιωτική πισίνα , όλα ήταν τέλεια . Η πισίνα σε αρκετά καλές διαστάσεις για δύο άτομα , την ευχαριστηθήκαμε ! Το πρωινό του ξενοδοχείου, είχε όσα χρειάζεσαι για να ξεκινήσεις τη μέρα σου . Να δοκιμάσετε το φαγητό στο εστιατόριο, ήταν μια πολύ ωραία γευστική εμπειρία , ειδικά κατά την ώρα του ηλιοβασιλέματος.. Θα σας ξανά προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα !

We are not sure why this is. 3 star hotel. Our room and the restaurant were definitely 4-5 stars. They had a modern and high quality design. Service was excellent, the food was delicious and the private pool was fantastic.

El entorno es fantastico, delante del mar se puede bajar a nadar alli mismo. El desayuno es una maravilla. La habitacion muy bien equipada, super comoda y acogedora

Great place. We took a room with a pool, it was perfect. Staff was so nice, two brothers that helped us with everything we needed. Great breakfast.

Very good location right by the water! Loved the historic nature of the property amongst beautiful olive and fruit trees. It’s a family run establishment and they take pride in their town and business! There is also a great restaurant within the hotel which I would highly recommend

It’s a beautiful setting. The views from the restaurant were beautiful. The rooms are very spacious and the outdoor seating is very nice! Nice to have clothes lines and/or laundry service

In the review for booking.com it said there was a pool and there was none also the beach pictured in the add was not the one in the resort

Over the decades we have stayed at numerous hotels, apartments, resorts etc but Melitsina is the personal best . Fabulous location, tranquil, excellent layout/facilities , wonderful staff, superb food etc - Dimitri et al have got it spot on in our opinion. Faultless!

Beautiful family owned resort. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Secluded, great place to escape for a romantic vacation. Looking tor a beach destination, probably not here, rocky coast, but if you just want to get some sun, there is a great little place carved out. Small village, with some great restaurants, but didn't see much nightlife

Kardamyli is a magical place and Melitsina Villages is a great place to enjoy it

Woman who owned hotel was very rude. One morning I had a very small breakfast as we were going out for the day. I went to take 2 pieces of cake with me as I didn't have time to eat this at breakfast. The woman who owns the hotel snapped at me that the food was only allowed to be consumed at the restaurant This was the only accommodation in Greece where the owner was rude and had this attitude. At all other places, staff would encourage you to take food if you didn't have time to eat and were going out for the day. They would also ask where you were going and offer advice and tips. Also the only place we stayed at where you had to pay extra for a coffee at breakfast!!

The owner of the property Mary and her family are wonderful people. Mary went above and beyond helping me and my husband with a problem. If I every go back to Greece I would definitely stay her again. Breakfast was wonderful every day. We stayed three days. Thank you again Mary for all you help.

Location, location and location. Walking distance to beach, bars , tavernas and lovely Town of Kardymyli. Room was like staying in a Greek Village house, clean and comfortable. Great balcony and view. Hosts were kind, helpful and accommodating. Will return. Loved the Mani Peninsula and it’s landscape. Panagiota Montreal Canada

It is set just outside of Kardymali- a beautiful village with breathtaking views of the village and mountains- the studio was large bright and airy - extremely clean and comfortable beds-beautiful decor and the site is so well thought out. The views incredible and facilities - love the little beach area and the steps into the sea - just loved it! The restaurant and bar area are again so well designed and thought out and food incredible- the breakfasts were also incredible. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Rooms very spacious and excellent housekeeping with clean towels etc each day. Breakfast extensive buffet including hot dishes. Property very well maintained and staff all friendly and helpful. Private beach facilities.

Ideally you need a car to stay here. There are tavernas and the the main village is about 25mins walk away.

Everything! The location, the facilities, the staff, the magical landscape. Superb choice and definitely Value for Money! I would recommend a visit without further questions. The cherry on top: is the staff and the friendly and gentle owners!

I cannot find almost anything that I did not like. Maybe a cable TV would be a nice addition but nowadays everyone has a subscription of his own, so the Smart TV was sufficient.
