Das Hotel war überbucht. Habe für eine Nacht (freiweillig) in einem benachbarten Hotel übernachtet. Das Zimmer dort war jedoch schmudelig und laut (Zimmer auf Seite Strassenkreuzung). Kein Vergleich zum Hirschen. Hätte für meine Entgegenkommen eine kleine Geste erwartet.

We had to go far away to find a Coop to eat something and to buy . Though the walking tour was fantastic!

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Die Betten waren für mich persönlich zu niedrig, da ich behindert bin, viel mir das Aufstehen sehr schwer. Dafür war die Dusche perfekt ebenerdig gefliest. Das Hotel befand sich unweit vom Bahnhof. Frühstück war leider nicht im Preis enthalten, aber es war ausreichend.
Die Betten waren für mich persönlich zu niedrig.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026El personal muy atento siempre y muy amables, hablan inglés y alemán y si algo se complica buscan la forma de darse a entender y también de ayudarte. A nosotros nos orientaron con la visita a Heididorf y llamaron un taxi para que nos llevara, esta cerca del lugar y puedes incluso ir caminando pero con mi madre operada hace 5 meses de la rodilla tuvimos qué optar por transporte y todo estuvo muy bien. El lugar es limpio y tiene lo necesario para 1 noche o 2. Además tiene elevador muy conveniente si llevas mucho equipaje o pesado o para personas con movilidad reducida. Ojo ! Que el elevador es muy pequeño. El lugar es tranquilo y callado, estuvimos entre semana asi que solo escuchamos los truenos por la lluvia. Estuvo genial!, el paisaje impresionante y la ciudad pequeña pero muy bonita.
El baño y habitaciones .Un pequeñas, las toallas de baño muy rasposas y viejas, no tiene aire acondicionado y aunque estuvimos 1 noche y no hacía calor ya que esa tarde llovió y el clima ya estaba mejor que meses atrás pero si vas en verano si seria muy pesado estar en una habitación pequeña con solo el ventilador. Aun asi si lo recomendamos para quedarte un par de noches. Nosotras fuimos a inicios de septiembre.

No air-conditioning in the room and for people travelling across Europe the plug adaptor should be available (was available to rent for €20 in cash and we find out about from a booklet in the room - we didn't have cash 😞)

Questa struttura andrebbe proibita per l'affitto a terzi. Canti e grida fino a notte fonda, letti con materassi che neanche in Galera sono così scadenti. Si deve attraversare il Bar pieno di fumo di sigarette per raggiungere le camere. Non lo consiglio assolutamente, a quel prezzo c'è di meglio. Da parte mia,lo evito in futuro.

Purtroppo l'hotel ha un bar che sta aperto tutta la notte (credo): sono stata svegliata dalle risate e dalle urla diverse volte durante la notte. Inoltre, quando mi sono alzata per andare in bagno (che si trovava fuori dalla stanza) c'era una fortissima puzza di fumo in tutto il corridoio. È inaccettabile. Avevo altre prenotazioni in questo hotel perché per i prossimi tre anni dovrò soggiornare tutte le settimane a Landquart e dintorni, ma le ho disdette subito. Il personale non è stato particolarmente gentile al mio arrivo, né si è premurato alla partenza del fatto che fosse stato impossibile dormire. Mai più.

La nostra camera era al secondo piano, dotata di due letti, cucina (frigo, freezer, forno, piano cottura) e bagno dove vengono dati asciugamani e sapone. Gli ambienti sono puliti, si riesce a riposare bene. Consigliato

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Disponibilità dello staff, colazione con buffet con tanta scelta, e anche il menù per la cena (pinsa e nachos) buona e abbondante. Anche il rapporto qualità prezzo (15 CHF a testa) per la colazione ci è sembrato buono.
L’unica cosa che migliorerei riguarda la doccia: la tendina in plastica tende a muoversi durante l’utilizzo e ad aderire al corpo. Oltre a risultare un po’ scomoda, dà anche una sensazione poco igienica. Valuterei quindi una soluzione più stabile o una tendina diversa.

La Ragazza alla reception gentilissima ci ha fornito anche di un phon al nostro arrivo per he diluviava ed era amo bagnati ..abbiamo passato qui una sola notte ma comunque lo consiglierei

Devoir appelé une personne car il la réception était fermée, et devoir récupérer les clés dans un distributeur, nous nous sommes retrouvé à 7 personnes devant la porte avant de comprendre qu'il fallait appeler.

Er wordt binnen gerookt. De entree is ongezellig. Harde top 40 muziek en er zitten mensen te hangen en te roken. De lucht blijft overal hangen. Het pand is gedateerd. Vlekken in het tapijt, op de gordijnen etc. Houtwerk is in slechte staat. Maar voor een tussenstop was het best oké. Voor meerdere dagen zouden we er ongelukkig van worden.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Appartamento grande e luminoso, super accessoriato. Cucina abitabile, frigo e freezer grande, con macchina nespresso, bollitore e lavastoviglie. Bagno ampio con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Stanze pulite, un soggiorno con due letti matrimoniali e una doppia. Siamo stati solo sfortunati per il caldo anomalo. 35 gradi sono troppi e nonostante i ventilatori abbiamo avuto un po caldo. Ma la gentilezza di predisporre i ventilatori senza aspettare la nostra richiesta, dimostra attenzione e cura per l ospite. Consigliamo la struttura.

The apartment was very dark, with minimal light in every room. We could find no restaurants or markets open in the evening. We ate food from the vending machine at the train station.
