The staff was helpful and the food is good comparing with the money value

They can't upgrade us and we can't take exception for late check out

كل حاجة كانت ممتازة. العائلة شكرت جدا في اخلاق الناس اللي شغالة وتسلم ايد الشيف وكل اللي شغالين في الفندق. ان شالله ده هيبقي المكان اللي هننزل فيه علي طول في السخنة.

الغرف ضيقة الى حد ما

المكان نظيف و هادئ و الشاطئ رائع ويصلح لعمل سنوركلينج حيث به بعض الشعاب المرجانية و احب اشكر جميع الاستاف حيث انهم يسعون دائما لخدمة النزلاء و اخص بالشكر الاستاذ يوسف موظف الاستقبال فهو قمة فى الذوق و الاحترام

العشاء ذو مذاق جيد لكن غير متنوع

الخدمة ممتازه جداً و المكان نظيف و قريب جداً من البحر و الأكل جيد جداً

The property is not bad but the room was not having pool view as requested

The best thing about the hotel was the staff. They are beyond great. They are extremly friendly and helpful. They tried their best to make our stay comfortable with their patience and genuine willingliness to help. Special thanks to Mr. Michelle, Abanob & Mina and everyone else. I also like the access to the resort pool because the hotel's pool is too small and the resort's pool is beautiful and clean.. Also the hotel's part of the beach is clean.

The hotel rooms are a bit old and need major maintainance and renovation. In one room 204 the air conditioning was not working and sewage was bad. In room 223 & 203 the TVs in two rooms are not working, and the windows doesn't close properly and makes wind sound at night. Shower cabin in room 224 is broken. Food needs to be upgraded with more varieties. A major upgrade needs to be done because really it will be ranked superb if you upgrade it as the location, view and staff are all great.

الفندق مريح جدا والاكل جميل ومتنوع وطعمه حلو و جميع الاستف بشوش ومتعاونين جدا ده غير اي حاجه محتاجه بتتعمل بسرعه جدا واخص بالشكر استاذ ابانوب واستاذ يوسف الي في اللوبي محترمين جدا في التعامل وذوق جدا بيحاولوا يساعدوا بكل الي متاح وبالنسبه للكافيه الويتر ثروت بشوش جدا ومحترم اوي والعصير الي بيعمله حلو اوي والمطعم استاذ علي محترم جدا وذووووق اوي وكل الويتر بتوع العشاء جمال وذوق جدا وخاصة زياد وhouse keeping سريعه جدا وهو ما بقولهم علي حاجه بيعمولها بكل ترحاب😍😍

The breakfast was disappointing. There was very little variety, and no fresh fruit was available, the room was small, damp, and the furniture was very old.

The electricity was down for 2 hours, they power cam back through the generator but the air conditioner wasn’t working, they said the generator capacity doesn’t cover the AC. This is my only comment but it’s a big deal

I booked a grounded floor room, they told me there’s no grounded room at all at the hotel however i paid extra for such room

The uncleanliness and dirt ruined everything good. Food: Breakfast, dinner and sauces. Coleslaw wasn’t good though. Location is good. Beach is good.

The room was not clean at all, the staff are liars about it. I got an infection, dermatitis. I developed it right away on the next day of my stay small reddish-pink papules. My friend also suffered of itch and redness but milder.

Staff were excellent and friendly.specially (Youssef from reception and Mina from housekeeping) The hotel is so peaceful and quiet. The food was really great. The chef is exceptional (not average for the sweets). The room was big enough for a weekend getaway. the seaside view is good, * The room was prepared nicely for my wedding anniversary, and the hotel greeted us with a nice cake very nice gesture.

The beach is rocky, better get some beach shoes. Hotel facilities are generally ok, but i believe it needs a bit of renovation.

It looked a little run down. Room was dirty, balcony door screen a little rickety and there was fhis cupboard on the bathroom that was completely unexplainable. Furniture was old and famished and fridge was clearly old and rusty

It just felt a bit run down and unclean - I asked for the bathroom to be cleaned twice an still was not cleaned properly. Food wasn’t too bad but when we asked for milk in the room we were charged EGP40 for a small cup. We were also charged for water to make tea

Good Beach

het zwembad algemeen en klein zwembad was proper en ook de keuken 's avonds was gevarieerd en echt lekker. Ook het ontbijt was top. Alles was dichtbij

Het dranken aanbod was beperkt, geen cola zero en is ook nooit aangevuld. De kamers waren correct maar zeker niet geluiddicht want moesten door draaiende airco oordoppen zeker indoen. Gordijnen verstorven. Als je dichter ging kijken waren er veel mankementen in de kamer: handzeep is nooit aangevuld, moesten wc papier bijvragen, water bijvragen, handdoeken voor op het strand. Strand werd nooit echt proper gemaakt, veel vuil in het zand.

staff very friendly location is nice hotel size is nice and even in the peak of the holidays it didn't feel crowded the food was great and the restaurant staff are professional and friendly the Blumar village itself is upscale and nice our room had a sea view and that was a great view

the beach is small and seating could get full very quickly the breakfast could use more coffee and tea options and some more breakfast food varieties

طاقم العمل كانوا ودودين كلهم وبيحبوا يساعدوك و الغرفه كانت علي طلبي ( مستر ابانوب ) مساحه الغرفه مناسبه جدا لفردين ، الاكل كان جميل جدا سواء فطار اوعشاء تنوعه كان معقول و كان شهي . النظافه كويسه جدا . باقي قريه بلومار جميله جدا استمتعت بها من شاطئ و حدائق وتخطيطها المتناسق . استمعت بااقامتي معاهم وان شاء الله هكررها

The hotel is old and the room wasn't clean. We found black bed bugs on the bed, and the room was full of mosquitoes. When we woke up in the morning, our bodies were covered in red bites. The beach is far away and rocky; there's no sand. It's not worth the price at all, and I will never go there again.
