לא היו מים במקום,בעלת המקום אמרה שזו בעיה בכל האזור,אמרנו שלא נוכל להשאר ללא מים במקלחות ובשרותים.בעלת המקום שינתה פניה,אמרה שלא תחייב ,אבל הפסיקה להיות נחמדה. כשיצאנו אביה התקין מיכל מים בגג,ואז קאה לנו והראתה שיש מים,ואמרה רק שלא נשתמש הרבה. יצאנו משם,קיבלנו חיוב על המקום,וגם כשהתכתבנו איתה ,ענתה בגסות שיקרה ,אמרה שהיו מים,ושזו בעיה שלנו אם לא אהבנו,אמרה גם שביקורת אחת רעה לא מעניינת אותה. פשוט לא להתקרב.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026L'emplacement était parfait, à 2 pas du centre et d'une petite place avec des restaurants. Le village est très mignon. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et varié. La région est superbe et vraiment à visiter. L'hôte était extrêmement gentille, nous l'avons adorée, vraiment nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison !
Nous avons eu un soucis dans notre chambre (problème de robinet dans la douche) mais la réaction de l'hôte a été immédiate et à la hauteur ! Elle a pris la situation en main et nous a proposé une solution. Pas de climatisation mais malgré une journée à 37 degrés, il faisait frais dans la chambre donc pas nécéssaire du tout

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Gute Lage der Unterkunft direkt an der Durchfahrtstrasse von Monodendri mit bester Aussicht und doch recht ruhig gelegen. Restaurants und der Ortskern sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreicht Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus aus Stein. Morgens gutes Frühstücksbuffet, Zimmer war groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was es für einen schöner Aufenthalt braucht. Parken war direkt vor dem Haus möglich. Jederzeit wieder!

Micul dejun este gustos si cu produse facute in casa. Noi ne-am simtit minunat si datorita gazdelor care ne-au intampinat cu multa caldura. Sper sa revenim.

Πολύ ωραίο το πρωινό, πολύ καθαρά και μας έδωσαν και οδηγίες για τα αξιοθέατα της περιοχής. Φυσικά και το χωριό και όλη η περιοχή του Ζαγορίου είναι εκπληκτική και προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα.

Η κυρια Σταθουλα αλλα και ολο το προσωπικο ηταν ευγενεστατοι, παρα πολυ φιλικοι και παρα πολυ εξυπηρετικοι. Το πρωινο υπεροχο και η κολοκυθοπιτα της κυριας Σταθουλας φανταστικη. Σιγουρα θα ξαναπαμε.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Το άριστο είναι λίγο. 10 με πολλούς τόνους. Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση, άνεση, ζεστή ατμόσφαιρα σαν να πηγαίνεις σε δικούς σου ανθρώπους. Άριστο πρωινό σε αφθονία και για όσους έχουν ζωάκια,το καλύτερο και φιλικότερο περιβάλλον.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026The host, Stathoula, was fabulous, extremely hospitable. She is a lovely woman. Tbe location is excellent for hiking across Vikos Gorge and for driving around Zagori. The room was large and comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options. We hope to visit again in cooler months to make use of the fireplace in the room.
Loved it. Be aware if you're a large person, the shower cubicle is small. It was fine for us

Grande chambre mais assez sombre, literie correcte mais pas spécialement de qualité, salle de bains petite et pas très récente. Classique petit déjeuner servi dans une petite pièce à l’entrée à 8h30 (les confitures et gâteaux faits maison sont très souvent proposés et ne constituent en aucune façon des « plus » notables)
Je suis un peu étonnée de la note globale de 9.4. Nous voyageons depuis 10 jours en Grèce continentale et le logement le moins confortable que nous avons loué (à prix égal évidemment). Logement dans le village mais sans vue particulière

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Beautiful location with great views. Very cosy room with a fire (not that we needed it) and lots of wooden furnishings. The lady who seemed to run it (the owner's mum I think) was very friendly.
Rainwater leaked in through the balcony door and windows when we had a storm so we had to put towels down to mop it up. Water pressure in the shower was a bit hit and miss.

Gute Tips für die Wanderung durch die Vikosschlucht inklusive kostenloses Lunchpaket. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026The location is perfect, especially if you have a car. There’s free, easy parking right outside. The guesthouse is very cool. They are extremely nice. We loved how close it was to walk to the town center, the monastery, and the gorge. For those just wanting to hike down to the bottom of the gorge and back out at Monodendri, it is a tough hike back up but very worth it. It was really nice to be able to stop at taverna when we fished and get a drink. We loved dinner at La Petit Cafe. It was one of our favorite meals of our Greek trip. The mushroom pasta was incredible. Breakfast at the house was delicious with eggs, breads, pastries, coffee and OJ. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks for a wonderful visit.
The showers are small but we were grateful to have a shower. We would have liked more pillows.

It’s not a 5-star palace but we appreciated the charm and friendliness much more.

Οι κουρτίνες ήταν ψιλες και έμπαινε φως το πρωί.

Notre hôtesse aux petits soins nous a même proposé d'aller nous chercher à Vikos après le randonnée. On se sent comme à la maison. Facile pour se garer.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026La posizione è ottima per il cammino alle gole di viko. Camera spaziosa e letti comodi. Colazione molto buona e varia. La signora è un mito, ha fatto un piatto apposta per un ragazzo mussulmano che non poteva mangiare maiale e gli ha preparato pure del cibo d' asporto.
La doccia della camera non era il massimo (la porta aveva qualche problema) ma nulla di ché .

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026מקום מקסים , אוירה אותנטית נעימה וחמימה, הצוות מקסים מקסים, דוקסה ואמא שלה עוזרות וחייכניות. הגענו בעונה קרה והחימום היה נפלא. נזקקנו להתאמות בארוחת בוקר והן נעשו באהבה. החדר היה נקי ונעים. מרפסת קטנה ונעימה לנוף המהמם.
המקלחת וכל כלי הסניטריה ישנים וזקוקים לתחזוקה וניקוי יסודי. מקלחת קטנה מאוד. היינו זוג הורים ונערה. מיטת ההורים בגלריה ללא חלונות- חבל, אין אפשרות להנות מהנוף היפה וקצת סגור וחנוק.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026We loved everything! The host was amazing, kind, friendly and so helpful! The location was perfect and what a stunning village, with Vikos Gorge right on our doorstep for hiking. We were very sad to leave! Exceptional breakfast, with great variety of food choices!

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026Great hospitality from Doxa and her mum. They offer private transfer (at a cost). Also let me take some of the breakfast for hiking. Felt like at home. :) Cozy, thoughtful and spacious room. Location was great for exploring different hikes - either Vikos Gorge or to other villages / stone bridges. Zagori is not easy for a solo traveller without a car but I had a great time there!

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026Loved the warm welcome, the delicious and generous breakfast. The constant hot water and the roaring fire to sit and read my book beside.
Would be great if the TV had access to streaming services so I could watch something that wasn't all in greek. My greek is not very good!
