Tutto perfetto. Accoglienza top. Tonia super disponibile e gentilissima. Pulizia della stanza eccezionale, servizi al mare e in piscina superlativi. Posizione perfetta. Consigliamo questa struttura senza alcun indugio. Serifos un’isola ancora tutta da vivere.

Good pool, good location

Not as high standard as expected for the price. Rooms are a bit dated and basic. Expensive drinks, especially tea and coffee (when you are given free in your room - these should just be available at bar for guests) Lifeguard seems to have living quarters next to our room and regularly sat about our patio area. I think staff should be in their own area not amongst guests.

The dining options were sadly limited. All places closed pre-7pm which was odd. All food options in town were quite a walk away

Τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ καθαρά και άνετα. Το μπαρ και το restaurant είχαν ωραίο φαγητό. Η πισίνα ήταν πολύ καθαρή και υπήρχε χώρος πάρκινγκ και οργανωμένη παραλία.

Το resort συστεγάζεται με το κάμπινγκ το οποίο δεν αναφέρεται στον ιστότοπο και παρουσιάζεται ως σκέτο resort, με αποτέλεσμα να μοιραζόμαστε τις ίδιες παροχές, με εξωφρενική διαφορά στην τιμή. Αυτό συνεπάγεται σε ένα χώρο που κάθε μέρα δεχόταν 60 καινούργιους θαμώνες στο κάμπινγκ, να μην υπάρχουν ούτε διαθέσιμες θέσεις στο πάρκινγκ, ούτε ομπρέλες, ούτε χώρος στο μπαρ. Το all day bar και το restaurant που αναφέρει το site ότι είναι ανοιχτά μέχρι αργά το βράδυ κλείνουν στις 18:30, με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορείς να βρεις τίποτα να φας ή να πιείς, καθώς δεν υπάρχει τίποτα κοντά στο κατάλυμα. Από τα περισσότερα δωμάτια η θέα που έχεις είναι οι σκηνές. Το πρωινό ήταν με έξτρα χρέωση σε μια ήδη υπερτιμημένη διαμονή. Στην ουσία πληρώνεις 10 φορές παραπάνω με μόνη διαφορά ότι κοιμάσαι σε δωμάτιο και όχι σε σκηνή, καθώς όλα τα υπόλοιπα τα μοιράζεσαι.

Loved the hospitality generally, friendly staff, clean rooms, free pick up from the port. The resort is right on the beach and the sunbeds were free. Can’t fault and would definitely recommend.

Camera piacevole e pulita. E' saltata l'elettricita nella camera il che ha rotto l'aria condizionata. Ci sono voluti 2 gg per sistemare. La camera aveva un bel terazzo ma senza ombra. Insomma overall ok.

Una persona del personale molto gentile e sorridenti. Gli altri piuttosto maleducati. Non era chiaro che la struttura ha anche un camping e quindi e' molto affollato.

in fase di prestazione ho scelto la camera vista retro poiché i prezzi erano molto alti. dopo esserci stata ritengo che allo stesso prezzo si potrebbe avere benissimo una vista mare. ritengo che i prezzi siamo un po’ alti.

La proximité de la plage avec les transats, le ménage fait chaque jour, la gentillesse du personnel de ménage, et le bar très design avec une belle ambiance

Tout était parfait ! Après c'est vraiment un détail mais peut-être qu'il faudrait prévoir un petit matériel pour passer le balai dans les appartements. Même si le ménage est fait chaque jour, la proximité de la plage apporte beaucoup de sable dans les appartements.

La struttura è esattamente quello che mi aspettavo, direttamente sul mare, accogliente, molto pulita, giovanile e con tanti servizi.

Purtroppo il bungalow assegnatomi era in basso ed il primo accanto alla cucina ma sono cose che capitano 😊

El personal de limpieza es amable y eficaz, así como los camareros y el conductor del minibus. Vienen a buscarte al puerto sin coste y si llevas maletas es de agracecer, porque el camino es una tortura. El bungalow aseado y práctico, pero estrechito todo. La playa preciosa. Te dejan toallas de playa, pero hay pocas hamacas para tantos huéspedes.

La ubicación no es nada práctica. Aunque apenas está a 15 minutos de Livadi ( con tiendas, bus, restaurantes) solo hay dos opciones de camino: directamente por la arena+escaleras o carretera infernal sin arcén. Solo vale la pena si eres de los que no se mueven del hotel. El servicio de lavandería es una única lavadora vieja que va con monedas. Un programa de 1:30h cuesta seis euros. Ya te apañas tú para encontrar detergente y pinzas suficientes para tender. Llamar a eso servicio de lavandería me parece pasarse. Todos los plásticos, pajitas y servilletas de las tumbonas que la gente no recoge, acaban en el mar. Los camareros no dan abasto para recoger la basura de tanto guarro. Deberían plantearse mayor vigilancia o dejar de servir para llevar.

No es un hotel, sin bungalows de un camping. Comparte todas las instalaciones con el camping, mucha gente, colas, … pagas por un hotel pero es un camping

Το συγκρότημα ήταν πολύ καθαρό, όλοι οι χώροι και το δωμάτιο. Η πρόσβαση στην παραλία εύκολη και οι ξαπλώστρες καθαρές και άνετες. Υπήρχε συνεχής ανανέωση με καψουλες για espresso στο δωματιο (σημαντικό για μένα). Το δε προσωπικό ήταν πραγματικά ευγενικό από τους καθαριστές και τους σερβιτόρους έως τα παιδιά στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.

There were a few kind details, like daily room service, supplied mosquitoes plug-ins plus extra tablets regularly supplied. Provision of beach towels and different shower towels regularly changed. A phone charger in the room. Staff are very friendly.

Would have been good to have traditional Greek coffee served at the beach bar and restaurant. Also a drying cloth in the room for the crockery etc.

The hotel was right in front of a very nice beach, which as a great for children. The staff was extremely helpful. Excellent for a stay at Serifos.

A small resort style low-level hotel with rooms and apartments set in a lovely garden with shady trees and flowering shrubs. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large shaded beach bar with DJ playing good music - not overloud or intrusive and daytime only. Good restaurant too - and short walk to more choices. Good swimming pool with life guard in attendance. Private loungers and umbrellas on the beach with walkways over the golden sands and pool towels provided. Rooms are cleaned daily and comfortable. Private shuttle to and from ferry port and a 10-12 minute walk to the busy little town of Livadi

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Loved the pool, breakfast area and walkable beach. The shuttle driver, Chris, was especially personable and available for our transportation needs.

The room safe did not work and although promised, never repaired. The TV had to be reprogrammed which took a day, not really that important except that my granddaughter wanted to watch the world soccer matches.

Le Resort comprend des bungalows et un camping - donc ça n’est pas un hôtel comme on se l’imagine. Super bien situé sur une belle plage, avec transats pour les clients. Literie ok.

Mon appartement avec uniquement deux petites fenêtres et donnait sur le parking. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est passable.

Great location in a quiet bay still close to reach restaurants/bars/shops/ the PORT by walk. Beautiful plants that gives shadow and peace. Super helpful and kind staff. Super clean. Nice pool. Also we had Frege shuttle to and from the ferry:)

We did like everything.

We had a lovely stay at this property. All the staff (reception, transfer, bar and restaurant staff) all were amazing. The resort is in a wonderful location and facilities are good. Room is very basic. Bedding is very noisy and cheap and pillows are a thin as anything so didn’t really get good sleep. Plug doesn’t work in the sink to be able to wash clothes. But on the whole would stay here again.

We loved everything! The grounds were pristine! Staff was so wonderful and accommodating. Loved Ola and Petros at the bar!

Well situated for lovely beaches , lovely pool about a ten minute walk to the harbour and free pick up and drop off from ferry

First room was very small but they changed it for us without any problems

Lovely resort with gorgeous happy staff and pretty gardens right on the beach. Our room had a little outside courtyard and was very clean with comfortable beds. We loved the beach area and pool and the food was really good. Short walk into town on the road, about ten minutes or less if you take the steps up and down on the beach. We got picked up and dropped back to the port also which was so easy. Will definitely stay again if visiting Serifos.

Eigentlich alles! Super schöne saubere Anlage, toller Pool, nettes Personal. Einrichtung alles da was man braucht.

Zu wenig Steckdosen bei der Küchenzeile für die vielen Küchengeräte, Restaurant am Campingplatz nur bis 19:00 geöffnet. Keine Fliegengitter, schade da es Moskitos gab und deshalb die Fenster und Tür immer geschlossen bleiben mussten.

Sehr ruhiges Hotel. Toller Strand, nettes leckeres Restaurant im Hotel. Nicht weit weg vom Hafen mit diversen Restaurants.

We loved this hotel. Location on the beach.great swimming pool. Rooms very clean and good toiletries .staff lovely. And they pick you up and drop you back off at the port for the ferry.

We were there mid may. So no bar and limited to just breakfast menu. But the walk along the beach to town is nice 10 mins and two tavernas on the beach.

Good location and good facilities

The staff, and in particular the seaside manager, were not welcoming or helpful during our visit. We were never asked how our stay was going, and overall, the attitude felt indifferent at best. Additionally, the food is self-service but priced as if it were high-end dining, which didn’t feel justified. For the cost, I expected more attentive service and better value.

Struttura tenuta molto bene, stanze carine, ottimo il ristorante Capari per la colazione e anche per il pranzo. Beach bar molto bello e spiaggia attrezzata con lettini comodi sempre disponibili e un bel mare. Parcheggio riservato e staff eficiente e disponibile.

Établissement en cours de fermeture , tout était fermé sauf notre chambre qui ressemblait à une prison ! pas de resto, pas d,accès à la plage, pas de bar ! en clair rien et pas de personnel, sauf une dame qui a essayé de nous expliqué que c'était presque fermé !!

Su ubicación en Livadakia, a un corto paseo de Livadi y bien comunicado en coche con el centro de la isla, hacen de este alojamiento un lugar estupendo para la estancia en Serifos. Su ubicación en plena playa, con zona privada de hamacas, son un plus. El personal es encantador; nos permitieron hacer un check out tardía de forma gratuita pues nuestro ferry salía por la tarde-noche. Una estancia genial!

La situation exceptionnelle sur la plage équipée.nous avons bénéficie d une chambre donnant côté plage c était très agréable.la chambre était très bien équipée.nous avions tous les jours lés dosettes de café nécessaire.l établissement est à 10 minutes à pied du port où se trouve de nombreux restaurants.nous avons loué une voiture au bout de la plage en allant au port nous recommandons également.

Peut être proposer un départ tardif surtout en saison creuse.

Hôtel très bien placé, très fonctionnel tout est bien pensé. Piscine et plage très sympa, tout fonctionne bien. Facile et agréable.

The rooms were lovely, great showers, really quiet, lovely shade. On site pool looked lovely and was cleaned really regularly, although we didn't use as the sea is right there. Free transfers to and from the port, incredibly lovely staff. Also, free sunbeds if you stay there. Camping looked v well organised and shady.

Location on beach not great for prevalent north winds, irritating windsurf teaching right next door (winds mean learners may try to decapitate you by accident), the bar and restaurant close v early (7pm) as the sunset is behind the hills, which means you need to go into town early for more sun/drinks. No nearby shop.

Acomodações ótimas, localização boa, com praia ao fundo. Funcionários simpáticos. Café da manhã maravilhoso, o cliente escolhe o que quiser no cardápio e preparam na hora.

Bel établissement en bord de mer, très bon petit déjeuner et très copieux, restauration en bord de plage excellente également. Piscine très agréable. Établissement très bien entretenu et très propre. Très belle terrasse et belle superficie de la chambre.

Décoration de la chambre un peu sommaire et froide (béton et pas de décoration) Salle de bain à revoir, petite surface, brosse WC rouillée et chasse d'eau défectueuse.

Die gut ausgestattete kleine Küche. Sogar Kaffeekapseln etc. für den Start. Sehr nettes Reinigungspersonal, sehr aufmerksam! Ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, auch die zum Wasser hin gelegenen Camping-pitches. Strand auch toll- Bäume spenden Schatten, brauchte nicht mal einen Schirm. Transfer von und zur Fähre gehört zum Service, sehr angenehm!

Le fait que la table a dîner soit a l'extérieur et que que l'entourage soit fumeur. Le fait qu'on loue les chaises longues à des étrangers et qu'il n'y en ait pas assez pour les clients de ce fait. L'attitude de la direction quand je me suis plaint des voisins fumeurs.
