Ritorneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026We were very disappointed with our stay at Hotel Florencio. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt unwelcoming. We were greeted by a member of the reception team who was sarcastic and unhelpful, and when we later asked for assistance, he seemed reluctant to help. Our first night was particularly bad, as we were unable to get proper sleep due to guests running, screaming and shouting in the corridors until the early morning. The noise carried directly into our room, and there appeared to be no staff monitoring or controlling the situation. The biggest disappointment was the food. We had paid for a half-board package, but there were very limited options suitable for us. My partner is vegan and I am pescatarian, yet there was effectively nothing appropriate for either of us at breakfast. We asked for something as simple as tomato with bread and were served only three slices of tomato, being told that this was all they had available. After raising the issue with the manager, we were told we could order from the à la carte menu. However, at dinner the quality was also poor, with the salad appearing dry and not fresh. The following morning, staff refused to allow us to order from the à la carte menu, and when we requested bread with tomato, the tomato served did not appear fresh. At that point, despite having paid for half-board, we decided to eat elsewhere for the rest of our stay because we no longer felt confident about the quality and freshness of the food. Checkout was also disappointing. Nobody asked us how our stay had been or whether everything was satisfactory; they simply took our key cards and said goodbye. We also had concerns about the luggage storage. We were initially directed to leave our bags in an unlocked room where guests could freely enter and take their belongings. Only after raising our concerns was the room closed and luggage tags provided.

A szoba sötét, koszos, büdös.
