Texel Suites

De gastheer Arie Pieter was erg behulpzaam, altijd stipt op tijd met het brengen van het ontbijt en reageerde direct op verzoekjes via de app. Het appartement ligt op geweldige plek in de haven van Oudeschild met een prachtig uitzicht. Het appartement is enorm smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een heerlijk bad met plek voor 2 personen en prima bedden. Op de begane grond bevindt zich een fantastisch restaurant en aan de andere kant van de dijk een groot museum wat een bezoekje zeker waard is.

De slaapkamer ligt op de bovenste verdieping met een schuin dak. Zeker voor lange mensen (ik ben 1,83 m) kan dat een uitdaging zijn, zeker in de nacht als naar het toilet moet (60+ jaar krijg je daar helaas mee te maken :)). Als je niet van trappen lopen houdt en kan, is deze plek een uitdaging. Het appartement voor 2 personen ligt op de bovenste verdieping, dus is wat klimmen. Je krijgt er wel een prachtig uitzicht voor terug. Wij hadden wisselend weer (zowel regen als zonneschijn) in die week. Ik weet niet hoe het zal zijn bij warme dagen in zomer. Het appartement heeft geen airco. Wij hebben totaal geen last gehad van de hitte, maar ik kan me wel voorstellen dat het bij aanhoudend warm weer, zoals afgelopen zomer, erg warm kan worden op de bovenste etage.

De combinatie van afzonderlijk appartement (duplex) mét hotelservice (vers ontbijt op de kamer, schone handdoeken, opruimen) is heel geslaagd. De inrichting en decoratie is ook heel stijlvol en high end. Smaakvol en luxueus.

Alles was tip top in orde. Goed om weten: er zijn wat trappen te doen, dus minder geschikt voor mensen slecht te been.

Everything is just lovely— you can tell the owner has put a lot of thought into creating a beautiful and relaxing space. Beds were comfortable, the breakfast was nice, and I, personally, absolutely loved the Pinocchio statue in our suite. Also, Arie, our host was kind, helpful and responsive. Not to mention how beautiful and peaceful the surroundings were!

We liked everything!

We had the most wonderful time on the amazing and boutique-style Texel suites! The whole place feels like you're inside a yacht, and a very luxurious one, with all the ameneties you can imagine, full-stocked kitchen that gets re-stocked daily! Nothing can't beat watchng the fishing ships sail, the sunset and the sea and marina from every window. We really didn't want to leave. And above all, Arie Pieter is an amazing host that gave us great recommendations, and we really appreciated his help with everything! Thank you and hope to visit sometime soon!

Really nothing, the stairs are a bit rough to get the luggage up but Arie Pieter helped us upon arrival!

Mooie ligging. Faciliteiten waren super . Van alles voorzien. Communicatie eigenaar was snel en goed.

Enige wat wij als dames miste was een grote spiegel in de gang.

We stayed in Unit 3. Breakfast was superb. We had fresh bread and croissants delivered straight to our door every morning! The fridge was stocked daily with cheese, cold meats, fresh fruit and juice. The furniture and amenities are excellent. We truly appreciate your attention to detail, Arie Pieter. Thank you.

Die Lage war sehr schön und die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Sie waren immer erreichbar und ansprechbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Unterkunft war perfekt. Besonders in Anbetracht, dass wir das erste Mal mit einem sehr kranken Familienmitglied in Urlaub gefahren sind.

We hadden als familie twee kamers geboekt. Kamer 4 is een prachtige ruime suite waar je met een hele groep mensen de dag kunt doorbrengen. De uitbater Arie Pieter was zeer behulpzaam en bracht elke dag verse broodjes voor het ontbijt zelfs toen het het gebouw was omgeven met hoog water. Kamer 4 is uitstekend geschikt als je met 3 kleine kinderen op stap bent. De keuken is voorzien van allerlei uitrusting om fatsoenlijk te kunnen koken. Je kunt de auto pal voor de deur parkeren (wel even vignet regelen via internet).

Om in suite 4 te komen moet je twee trappen op. Om naar de slaapkamers van suite 3 te komen moet je nog eens twee trappen op, in totaal dus 4 trappen. Het was maar goed dat we goed ter been waren en de oudsten van onze familie hadden besloten thuis te blijven. Het zou een hele uitdaging voor hen zijn geweest.

de locatie was heel mooi. Aan de haven en aan de overkant van de dijk het stadje. Niet super toeristisch wat voor ons het aangenaamste is.

De verlichting in de badkamer vonden wij nogal weinig/onvoldoende. Een licht boven de badkamerspiegel had geen overbodige luxe geweest.

Immer gut gefüllter Kühlschrank, ein traumhafter Blick über den gesamten Hafen, insgesamt eine gute Lage.

Heel compleet en mooi ingericht op een super plek vlakbij de haven. Lekker rustig en toch overal redelijk dichtbij. Aanrader!

Wat een geweldige plek om midden in de haven van Oudeschild te kunnen verblijven. De suite is meer dan compleet en comfortabel. De host is zeer behulpzaam, de service hoog. Kortom, genieten!

Sehr tolle Einrichtung. Sehr sauber. Tolle Umgebung.

Literally in the middle of the harbour, you cannot get more central. A great historic building and an elegant restaurant below the apartment.

Stairs. It can't be avoided. Not for anyone with mobility problems. Floors are squeaky, but what do you expect from an ancient building made of lumber hundreds of years old?

The host lovingly took care of the breakfast, every morning there were fresh rolls and the refrigerator was filled with everything needed to have a delicious breakfast.

Fantastic appartment in a beautiful spot on the edge of the world. The attention to detail was almost equivalent to staying in a proper 5 star hotel. If you ever stayed in an Oberoi, you’d know what Im talking about.
