The only draw back the hotel is far for the Masjid Alnabawi (the prophet's mosque).

أخذت جناح تنفيذي من غرفتي نوم وصالة ، غرفة نومي كان فيها صوت غسالة مستمر ، أما الصالة فكانت الأرضية غير نظيفة

تعطل المصعد على مدى يومين دون إصلاح. ضعف المياه الشديد بشكل مزعج في دورات المياة لمدة 3 أيام.

Reviewed Nov 22, 2025De accomodatie was schoon en netjes. Het personeel zijn heel behulpzaam en gastvrij. De locatie is perfect. Alles is op loopafstand te vinden en het ligt aan de snelweg maar wel een mooie rustige buurt.
Weinig servies en kook benodigheden in de suites.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2025It was a very good, clean, and cooperative staff. The location was a bit away from masjid nabwi. We have a car so it was not a big problem. Everything was available around the area for restaurants, pharmacies,general stores, and masjid with a small play area with it..
Water was collected on the bathroom floor due to flooring tiles not being properly fixed. There was a problem with hot water in the bathroom. Hot was coming for a few minutes, then it became cold, and hot water will start coming again after a few minutes. Coffee shop was closed

The location is not close to Al-Haram, and furthermore, it is a bit expensive.
