at the end I didn't stay due to unclear communication. the landlord expressed that they were willing to accommodate late check in, then they said they would only accommodate it if I was a lady, then I didn't get any response until the last moment hours before check in which was not direct answer to my questions. I advise that clear instructions or rules be stated so that a guest can decide early in advance.

Ms Ana was so nice and the place was clean, tidy, with air condition, fan, tv and working wifi tho the router is in the center of the house so i can get spotty at times. you are right by everything. just a walk down the street to the park, the food shops, mini market and the beach. It gets crowded sundays but real relaxed, safe and secure. great budget hotel and huge value especially if you are just resting a couple nights before the airport or moving around the island.

I didn't like the electricity issues and the hot water efficiency. When the electricity goes out in the area, you don't get any as well. The water was not hot enough to take a normal bathing.

More of an advisory than disliking anything. No A/C or hot water. That’s cool with me I don’t use either in the RD. The wall fan was perfect for me. But might not be for others. Also, no bar soap. Just a single less than half full bottle of liquid soap to use for hands. Same bottle for the shower.

Although I didn't check enough, because there was no air conditioner I felt humidity and had a hard time sleeping . The refrigerator does not work but can be used as a cold storage box.
