Important Information
According to Vietnamese law, clients must present their Identification Papers, Passports and the Children's birth certificates of each passenger in the group at check-in.
The room rate is based on 2 adults only. Maximum 1 child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
Children from 12 years old and above should be considered as adults, an extra bed with an inclusive breakfast is VNĐ 560.000 per night for the buffet breakfast. Guests are to pay the surcharge at the property.
Children from 6 -11 years old per room can share parent’s existing bedding for complementary, and will be charged for the buffet breakfast at the reception.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Bữa sáng rất ngon, nhân viên phục vụ rất tận tâm, có cả khu vui chơi cho bé dưới sảnh, nước cho khách chờ checkin. Mình đặt Ocean view nên nhìn sáng tối view đều đẹp. Mình sẽ chọn TTC làm điểm dừng chân khi đến Phan Thiết
Chỉ có điểm trừ là phòng khi mới vào nghe mùi ẩm, bật điều hòa thì không nghe nữa.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026We really appreciated the size of our room, our view of the beach, and the hotel's location near the sea as well as between two very interesting parts of the city. I've been coming to Phan Thiet for nearly 30 years, and the hotel, which has been around for a while, is a very nostalgic place for me!
The hotel breakfast we found unsatisfactory. Rather than try to find something there that we liked, we bought a few groceries in town and coffee from the Highlands Cafe next door for our breakfast instead.

Reviewed Mar 6, 2026The location within Phan Thiet was good although Phan Thiet is not that fun place. Nice staff and clean room. Restaurant in the hotell was good. Pool area has a large shallow kid friendly part and there is an ok gym available.
Phan Thiet is not that fun of a city. It seems to have seen better days and much is quite run down and/or closed down. There is sort of a beach quite close to the hotell but some days when the water is high there is almost no sand visible and there is a lot of trash lying around on the part that are visible. There are not that many restaurants to chose from.

Reviewed Jan 24, 2026Le personnel est d'une courtoisie et d'une gentillesse exemplaire . Que ce soit à la réception pour répondre à une question ou au restaurant pour le service , partout une très grande amabilité et un désir de rendre service ....
J'ai moins apprécié la vétusté de la chambre (prises électriques ne fonctionnant pas) et un matelas peu confortable. De plus, dans la journée un bruit sourd permanent qui doit provenir d'une machine. Mais ne soyons pas trop négatif car , dans l'ensemble, je suis satisfait de mon séjour.

When facing the hotel, to the left, there's an outdoor shower to wash the sand off and an entrance and elevator on that side as well so you don't have to trapse through the front lobby when returning from the beach. The breakfast was good. Only 2 pillows on the bed, but when we requested 2 more, they were quickly brought to us. Highlands coffee shop right next door. We would book here again.
They have a pickle ball court, but no one there to get paddles and balls to use. Too few loungers for the pool area.
