Overall hospitality was good. Location too distant : once you come back to the hotel, there's nothing you can do or see or enjoy beyond the confines of the hotel.

Breakfast was relatively sparse and repetitive.

Having stayed in many hotels in India, this was probably the best! The manager Harish Sharma was very welcoming and a visible presence every day. What made our stay exceptional was the restaurant, managed by Kuldeep Singh and his head chef Tek Chand. There was a variety of delicious Indian cuisine every day, with a wonderful buffet every night, where freshly made rotis were enthusiastically delivered to our table on demand. The breakfast was outstanding, freshly made and delivered to our table. The variety was really good too- fresh fruit, tandoori parathas and continental. The food was so good, that we literally didn’t eat anywhere else. If you do not stay at this hotel, please visit their restaurant! It was my wife’s 50th Birthday and they laid on a beautiful birthday cake as a special surprise! The location was away from the hustle and bustle of McLeodganj, which was a 10 minute taxi ride away (300 rupees). The staff were very friendly and genuine as were all the people we met during our stay. We used the spa facilities which offered a variety of massages, a steam room and a sauna. There was also a small pool and gym facilities.

Fantastic location with views of the Himalayas and lower countryside. The staff exceptional in their duties giving a calm and supportive feel from the front desk to in and around the hotel .Particular praise must be directed to the restaurant staff's efficient service with the chef chatting with hotel guests whilst ensuring each dish was of the highest standard . Excellent!

The hotel was excellent and offered really good value.for money. The room was spacious, clean and included everything you needed. The rooftop bar had amazing views of the mountains. The breakfast and dinner was delicious. I had a lovely treatment at the spa here. The staff were wonderful and exceeded all expectations. Thanks to staff at the rooftop bar, spa and reception who provided excellent service. Rakesh, Suhana and Ravinder were brilliant at breakfast and very attentive throughout. Thanks to all for a wonderful stay.

Location although away from main restaurants. No food options walking distance other than hotel restaurant. Food at the restaurant was good.

Horrendous service. They overbooked hotel for my second night and relocated me to a neighboring hotel. The front desk try to convince me it was an "upgrade" when it was a completely different property. I had to check out and check back everyday for 3 days though I had 2 separate bookings. The other property next door is highly dated -likely from 90s. Their "fitness center" is terrible.

Restaurant is good

Location is not walking distance to other restaurants. Must take 20-30 minute taxi to main strip. They overbooked and moved me to a dated hotel next door. Much lower quality. Staff were not helpful especially the front desk and not accommodating

The breakfast food spread was good and food quality was good.

When it was informed one day about breakfast/room service required due to health is not good. The service was denied. We offer to pay for the food under room service for breakfast then also the same was denied. The surrounding was noisy and spa was very poor.

It’s was an awesome stay at Best western plus Revanta start from check in till check out everything was very nice. Person at the front feat was very helping and guide as properly about all the facilities and amenities. We ordered the food from room service and it was very nice and as per our expectations. Very good spread of breakfast in the morning. Once can see the snaking faces everywhere in the Hotel. Every Staff member Wish you with a Smile. Overall it was worth staying at this beautiful Hotel. Will visit again and recommend.

The location was great, the sunset views were amazing, the place was clean and well maintained, the food was excellent, and the staff- kudos to all the staff at the property- they were awesome! They were really attentive to our needs and really made the stay really special.

Food was best part and location as it's so silent and serene just loved the vibe and staff was amazing. Must try paneer chilli dry, paneer labadar, dal makhani and arbiata penne pasta

Items such as donut, sandwiches, croissants etc were stale and atleast a few days old when they were put out for buffet and didn’t seem hygienic. You might as well not put out food items if they aren’t fresh. Other food items were great.

Nice intimate hotel. It has 2 restaurants and bars as well as a nice gym and spa. Rooms were decent and staff were very attentive and friendly.

No space in bathrooms to keep toiletry bags etc... No shower door so bathroom can get a bit wet

Excellent room with an excellent view! The location is great for those who want a view of the valley. The clouds seem to come right into your room! The rooftop bar and restaurant are very good. The staff are well trained and very attentive. Comfortable bed, good linen, and excellent room facilities.

Bathroom drainage needs clearing. The swimming pool is too small to swim laps, and of course, everyone just jumps into the pool with all their regular clothes on - no swimsuits or pre-swim showers.

The service and the behaviour of the staff was very good. Special mention to Ajay and Priya. They were welcoming and made sure we were taken care of. The room service was good as well. Whatever was asked was delivered promptly..

Location was superb, we are able to view valley and mountain, sunrise and sunset from the roof top of the hotel. Staff were polite and friendly. Food was excellent, kudos to chef. Overall, our stay at the hotel was beyond our expectations.

The location of the property is wonderful. The property is very well managed and the services are apt.

The property can be more presentable and neat at the front as the view of the front yard from the room’s balcony is not very pleasing to the eyes. Food and spread can be improved.
