Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Even though this is marked as a 3-star hotel, the rooms were spacious and even had a fridge. They even provided a bathrobe with slippers, in case you want to use the pool, which looked very clean as well. Down below, they had a playroom and a gym. Staff was very friendly, and there is a carpark area underneath the hotel with a lift all the way up to your floor. Breakfast was super. Anything you could want, and the coffee, freshly roasted from a machine, was great. Only thing I could think of as being 3-star is that there was a bathtub with shower attachment, rather than a separate shower, but that was okay for us. The aircon worked really well, and the view from the room (we were in the 3rd floor) was very pretty. It was also quiet, and the beds were comfy. The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere and is very easy to get to. We would definitely stay here again.

Adorei a cama, super confortável, acho que foi a primeira vez em muito tempo que não dormi mal num hotel, mesmo que por uma noite. Pequeno almoço com alguma variedade de pães e leites e/ou bebidas vegetais, na minha opinião muito bom para um hotel 3 estrelas.
Apenas de salientar que poderia haver mais espreguiçadeiras na zona da piscina. Éramos 4 e como estavam alguns hóspedes, só tínhamos uma.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026La habitación muy bien, la cama cómoda, y con toallas y albornoces de calidad que para la ducha fueron prácticos y cómodos, no pudimos usar la piscina por la lluvia pero el aspecto de la zona de la piscina era muy bueno. Se aparca bien en la zona y el personal del hotel muy atento.
No hay nada en especial que no me gustase, quizá mejoraría un poquito el desayuno, ya que ponen huevos revueltos estaría bien acompañarlos con bacón, y sobre todo, ya que eso tampoco es tan importante, el tema de que no quedaban huevos a partir de las 9:30 cuando el desayuno es hasta las 10.30

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. Il s'agit d'un hôtel bien placé au centre de Santiago de Cacem. La personne à l'accueil a été très gentille. Les chambres sont bien équipées et agréables. Le petit déjeuner est basique mais correct.
Les photos de la piscine ont probablement été prises il y a quelque temps. On sent que l'hôtel a vieilli et certaines choses ne sont pas très bien entretenues (extérieur).

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Adorei o colchão e principalmente os travesseiros. O tecido das almofadas é muito macio e fresco. Para quem está de passagem, o tamanho do quarto é mais que suficiente. O preço até achei muito acessível.
Não tive tempo para encontrar alguma coisa que não tivesse gostado.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Fomos passar um fim de semana com o objetivo de ir ao badoca. A verdadeira atração foi a nossa estadia neste hotel. Os funcionarios eram 5*, super simpaticos, organizaram um taxi com o Sr Joao, 5*. O senhor joao era super simpatico e o transporte de taxi foi incrivel. Limpeza sem apontar falhas.
O unico senao foi a piscina estar fechada. Infelizmente só abre em junho e nós fomos em abril, mas foi culpa nossa por nao apronfundarmos a nossa pesquisa

Reviewed Jan 1, 2026The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. Unfortunately, one of the issue we experienced was ants coming into the room.
There was no coffee maker provided in the room unless requested, which was disappointing. The room had ants, and the king bed mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. Staying two nights with such an uncomfortable bed made the experience unpleasant.

Wir hätten gerne Liegen und Auflagen am Pool gehabt! Und es war schade, dass wir uns für die Heimreise kein Wasser nehmen durften.
