Все отлично, подходит для спокойного релаксирующего отдыха.Единственное пожелание, не помешала бы крыша у мангала или изменить место мангала,под солнцем особо ничего не пожаришь. В целом,место красивое,чистое и я бы сказал душевное))

הכל היה ממש נקי ונעים עם המון מחשבה על הדברים הקטנים. הנוף מהדירה מהמם ויש בה כל מה שצריך, כולל מטבחון מאובזר שאפשר לבשל בו ומכונת קפה עם קפסולות. ממש אהבתי את המקום!

מיקום מעל הכנרת ונוף של האגם. יחידות נפרדות להורים ולילדים,עם מרפסות ורחבה משותפת. בריכה גדולה מעולה לרענון בימי הקיץ הלוהטים. אנה הייתה מסבירת פנים ולבבית.

המזגן בחדר שלנו לא קירר מספיק.

השירות , האיכפתיות, מאור הפנים, והרצון לעזור בכל. פעם שניה שלנו , זוג ושני ילדים. גקוזי בחדר, בריכה גדולה יחסית. שקט פסטורלי, והנאה אינסופית.

*בריכה וגקוזי, אנה מדהימה ואכפתית! *קרוב לנחל צלמון המחודש.

*לדתיים שימו לב שהבית כנסת פועל רק בשבתות וחגים, כשאנחנו היינו התקבץ גם מניין בבין הזמנים צריך לברר. *שתי יחידות צמודות ביום הראשון היה לידינו זוג והיה שקט ובימים האחרונים הגיעו זוג עם שניים או שלושה בנים גדולים מלא רעש ודפיקות מהקיר שצמוד למיטה מאוחר בלילה, אחד מהילדים הסתכל בדלת לבפנים כי היה קצת שקוף הדלת, השני ניסה לפתוח לנו את הדלת. לא אשמת אנה, אבל הורים תחנכו את הילדים שלכם.

צימר נפלא. תמורה מלאה למחיר. המארחת זמינה ומקסימה. עוזרת בכל שאלה.

היה מאוד נעים להתארח! היחידה נקייה, מפנקת ומאובזרת בכל מה שהיינו צריכים. המיקום שקט ממש והיה כיף לשבת במרפסת, להיכנס לבריכה. אנה הייתה מאוד זמינה לכל שאלה ובקשה שלנו.

בנוף יפה מהחדר ואירוח מקסים כ 10 דק נסיעה מהכביש המרכזי

מקום מאוד נעים, נוף מקסים, מושב שקט, מיקום מצויין ומארחת נפלאה. מאוד נהנינו מהמרפסת הגדולה והג׳קוזי. אנה היתה מאוד נחמדה ונתנה תחושה של בית.

אפשר לשפר כמה פרטים קטנים, קצת לחדש פה ושם, למשל מתקן ליבוש כלים, כיסא נוח ליד הבריכה וכו׳. אבל כל זה לא הפריע לחוויה ולאירוח.

חנה הייתה מקסימה החדר היה מרווח ונעים, אחלה בריכה ביתית ומנגל לעשות על האש יש מרחב מוגן

הכל היה נהדר! נוף מהמם מהחדר לכנרת, שקט ונעים. תמורה נהדרת למחיר!

אהבנו הכל! אפשר לשדרג למנגל גז שיעשה את החיים קלים יותר אבל הסתדרנו גם עם הפחמים.

it was a perfect stay

The apartment was amazing, we really liked the hot tub, the view and the breakfast was great and worth the price.

There was some light in the morning coming through the door which interrupted our sleep a bit but not too bad

The room was perfect! So clean! Hannah is amazingly helpful, kind, and easy to work with. The location was quiet and the views spectacular! We couldn’t have been happier!

The stuff is amazing! She helped me with everything I needed. Moreover she helped me with everything I did not I need. The room is very clean and has everything one may need. There is an amazing steam just 15 minutes walk from the room.

מקום נקי, שקט מופתי, נוף מדהים. שלווה בשיאה.

מדובר בצימר דיי פינתי ויחסית מבודד שנמצא בקומה השנייה של בעלת הבית , יש שני צימרים בחלק העליון של הבית , בריכה משותפת ומנגל משותף . החדר גדול יחסית , יש ג'קוזי , נוף לכנרת רואים גם את טבריה . יש מים חמים כל הזמן , מרגיש מאוד פרטי ומבודד , לא שמענו רעש מהצמודים שלנו , המארחת נחמדה , מקבלים שלט לשער של המושב . יש מרפסת פרטית ליחידה , היה לנו נוף מדהים לסערת ברקים מעל הכנרת . טלביזיה עם אפשרות לצפות אחורה , יוטיוב ועוד . מקררי סבונים ושמפו במקלחת , הרבה מגבות, מכונת קפה , מיקרוגל ועוד .

לא מקבלים בקבוקי מים ואין מכונת מים קרים. לא היה סוכרזית המקלחת והשירותים היו מעט קטנים . היה לנו מעט קשה להתאים את המזגן שיהיה נח כי הוא מעל המיטה .

צימר מהמם, נקי, מאובזר בכל מה שצריך: במטבח יש ממש הכל כולל כלי מטבח, מחבתות, צלחות, כיריים, מיקרו וקומקום, וכמובן מקרר קטן. יש גם שולחן אוכל גדול, ספה, מיטה עם שידות לצידה. מולה טלויזיה עם סטרימר של יס. ג'קוזי בנוסף לחדר מקלחת ושירותים. יש מיזוג מצויין. השכונה מאוד שקטה ויש נוף להרים ולכינרת ממרפסת פרטית. בכללית אין אף אחד ממול אז הפרטיות מובטחת. רק 10 דקות נסיעה מהכינרת או מטבריה. הבעלים מהממת ועונה מיד לכל בקשה. בחצר יש בריכה קטנה. יש מלא חניה.

בשבילנו הכל היה מושלם אבל בכללית כדי להגיע לצימר צריך לעלות קומה אחת במדרגות. אז כנראה שזה לא יתאים למי שיש לו קושי עם זה.

הכל היה נהדר המארחת מקסימה ואהבנו מאוד את המקום והנוף

שאפשר לבוא עם חיות מחמד, הנוף מהחדר, המארחת חנה הייתה מאוד נחמדה ומזמינה, המטבח היה מאוד מאובזר.

הטלוויזיה הייתה ממוקמת בצד המיטה ולא מולה, ג'קוזי קטן ל2 אנשים, פינת ישיבה במרפסת טעונת שיפור.

הצימר במיקום שקט עם מרפסת ונוף לכנרת ולארבל. נקי ונעים . המטבחון שימושי ומאובזר בכל מה שנדרש . בדיוק כמו בתמונות. תודה רבה על האירוח.

מקום קסום עם נוף מהמם. הדירה היתה נקיה, נעימה, מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך ומעבר. בעלת הדירה היתה זמינה לכל מה שצריך וגם המליצה על אטרקציות ומקומות באזור. היה מדהים. בטוחה שאחזור!

הצימר עלה מעל הציפיות שלנו. מאובזר וחשיבה על הפרטים הקטנים. בעלת הבית מסבירת פנים. חוויה מעולה

צימר שווה במיקום מנצח! מרפסת חמה ופסטורלית עם נוף לכנרת וג׳קוזי מפנק. המטבח מאובזר, סיפק לנו את כל הצרכים שלנו. אנה אישה נעימה מאוד, תודה רבה על האירוח.

אין סבון לג׳קוזי פשוט להביא מהבית

הצימר יפה ומרווח. הנוף פסטורלי והמרפסות נעימות. המארחת לבבית ומסבירת פנים. ממליצה בחום!

השקט והפרטיות שיש במקום. המיטה הזוגית נוחה מאוד, המרפסת של החדר מהממת עם נוף לכנרת. החדר גדול ונעים מאוד, הבריכה במיקום טוב, פרטית ומרגיעה.

הספה שנפתחה למיטה הייתה לא נוחה, אין תמי 4 והיו חסרים לנו מים קרים. הכסאות במרפסת חורקים ולא מאוד נוחים לישיבה. לא נוח לטפס לבריכה, הסולם לא הרגיש בטוח ונח לאישה בת 46 לא מאוד רזה- אבל בסופו של דבר זה לא פגע בהנאה.

אנה מקסימה, החדר גדול, יש מרפסת יפה ונוחה, מטבחון מאובזר, טלוויזיה עם נטפליקס, מאד נקי וזול. הנוף מאד יפה

חדר גדול מאובזר בכל מה שצריך, אנה המארחת נחמדה ודואגת להכל. מיקום טוב ושקט ליד הכינרת. תמורה טובה למחיר.

כביש גישה ליישוב מעט מאתגר. הג'קוזי לא מאוד גדול אבל בהחלט מספיק.

Anna gave us everything we needed. The place is near Sea of Galilee and very close to Greek church and monastery: there is a beautiful nature there; also near the waterfalls.

It’s not a minus, but I think it is an important note: take into consideration, that if you are only a couple and want to be separately, there is one more room for another family/couple next door and you should share the swimming pool and barbecue area. Also it is not an entire house, the house keeper’s home is on the first floor.

The host is extremely nice and helpful. Very nice accomodation and a great view from the balcony. Comfortable beds. The kids loved the swimming pool.

Wow wow , value for money ! The kitchen well equipped , we travelled with a baby and we felt very comfortable. Very clean place , comfy bed , hot water , great shower and jacuzzi . Everything was great ! Lovely owners , friendly and helpful.

The location is magical. The room was luxurious and equiped with all you need and more. The pool is great. Great barbeque setup. Awesome host.

Some extra sheets for the extra sofa bed would have been nice to have accessible in the room, so that I wouldnt have to ask for it from the hoast late at night.

The facilities are great, exceptional view, very kind hostess.

Beautiful location in the „middle of nowhere“ - calm and quiet with a beautiful view on lake Galilee. Our kids loved the pool and playing with the dogs. And the breakfast was amazing! :-)

The house is in Moshav Livnim community. Hannah is a great host, she's very friendly and easy going. The apartment is very cozy and you have a jacuzzi in the bedroom to relax! The view is very nice too

The room is at the end of a quiet dead end street in a quiet dead end community that is only ten minutes from the Sea of Galilee. This is nothing fancy, but rather a great place to come with a partner or a family for a few days of rest and relaxation and to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Wow! What a lovely stay my wife and had at Anna’s property. We were touring from Tel Aviv and Haifa and then going towards Jerusalem; we wanted to experience beautiful northern Israel on the way. Anna was so warm and friendly and couldn’t do enough to ensure we were looked after. There are 2 studio apartments only, so it’s nice and quiet (other than excitable local dogs!) in this gated hilltop village location overlooking The Sea of Galilee in the distance which was beautiful. The apartment has everything you need and a large and EXTREMELY comfortable bed and pillows with good support. We slept like babies!!! The highlight after such a great night’s sleep was the optional homemade breakfast which Anna brought up to us on a tray to eat on the balcony. The breakfast selection was astonishing - we 100% recommend. Once again - thank you Anna. Best wishes from Roger & Mell from England x

Balcony has stunning views. There’s a jacuzzi in the bedroom, which is fun. The area is quiet. Breakfast was a huge selection of hot and cold food - a bit too much for two actually. The property is well furbished. The owner is helpful and speaks English.

Smokers on the patio below meant we could not enjoy our balcony as much, and we had to keep the door and windows shut.

Beautiful room, view of the countryside and Sea of Galilee, the room decor was very charming, Hannah was absolutely wonderful and all amenities provided were fabulous, the whole experience made me want to live here!! Just wonderful!

A great beautiful place far from cities and people. Fantastic view of the mountains and the lake, birds sing all day. Nice and spacious apartment, comfortable bed and mattress, there is a coffee maker (with enough capsules), clean, a large number of towels. The owners are nice people and will make sure that you are comfortable. I really liked it, if I'm in those parts, I will definitely stop again.
