Reviewed Sep 8, 2026המיקום היה טוב, הגענו לערד כדי לצפות במטר מטאורים, היציאה בלילה היתה נוחה וקלה, הבריכה היתה נהדרת לשעות הצהריים החמות ומול נוף מדברי, האורחים האחרים לא הורגשו (למעט פעם אחת שחלקנו זמן בריכה.)
בפעם הבאה נעדיף חדר מול המדבר וטיפה מואר יותר

Reviewed May 23, 2026צימר ממש מקסים נקי ומסודר מאוד! מיקום מצוין, ושקט עם נוף משגע. ויקטור, הבעלים של המקום בן אדם מהמם, עונה על כל בקשה. היינו בחג השבועות, בערב חג הוא הפתיע אותנו בפחזניות שהוא הכין בעצמו. נהנינו מאוד, מומלץ בחום! 😊

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026החצר של תמר וויקטור מטופחת, פונה לנוף, כוללת בריכת רחצה, בריכת דגים והרבה פינות ישיבה נוחות. ויקטור פתח את הבית ואת הלב, הציע לנו לקחת ביצים טריות מלול התרנגולות שלו ודאג לכל מה שביקשנו. המיטות היו נוחות.
אין ממש סלון בצימר, יותר נעים וכיף לשבת בחוץ

Reviewed Dec 22, 2025Victor was very friendly. Well maintained, clean and comfortable. Had clean small kitchen. Few supplies. Had fridge/freezer, microwave, 2 burners and kum kum. Close to shul. Beautiful backyard definitely a highlight Had TV minimal channels from.what kids said. Comfy beds large spacious rooms most had comfy chair too.

Reviewed May 5, 2025There was a mistake with the booking. We called on the day to say we are coming a little later, they said ok. Then called again to say we’re on our way. We tried to do this twice and on both times the person answering the phone just said we have no booking for you and hang up the phone after saying that. Very rude! Finally got through to someone who was actually listening before hanging up on us who told us that there was a mistake in the booking and that she’ll try and arrange a place for us with her parents (??) which didn’t sound right. We asked for a cancellation and a refund instead and that was refused. And so, in the evening, driving in the middle of nowhere, with two tired and upset children in the back, we called frantically to try and find another hotel for us at the very busy time of Passover holidays!! We managed to find a fantastic hotel, super accommodating and friendly in Jerusalem (primavera hotel- highly recommended!!), got there in the middle of the night though due to all of this, no dinner due to having to drive for hours and a very stressful time for us!! The place may be ok, we don’t know! We paid for something we didn’t experience! Surely a one night stay could have been refunded.
Didn’t like the rude response on the phone and lack of flexibility for one a night cancellation.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2025The backyard was incredible and exactly what the kids needed. Nice location to be in the desert and close to synagogues. Easy check in and everything was ready when we arrived.
Wish there were more supplies. There was no instant coffee and few dishes.

it is more suitable with one family . there are no actual three separate bedrooms . One with the two beds is a passage room, and other does not have a door. So there is only one real bedroom.
