Die Unterkunft eignet sich NICHT für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp in der Vorsaison. Sie ist für größere Gruppen für einen längeren Aufenthalt ausgerichtet. Das Iglu war in der Nacht zu kalt und es gab kein Frühstück.

No tener elementos de cocina básicos como tostadora, microondas. No es agradable tener que ir hasta el somo comedor a tostar el pan o calentar la Leche y volver hasta el domo haciendo equilibrio.

Nada en relación al alojamiento. Si es importante destacar que punta de choros es un pueblo que no tiene las comodidades de una ciudad. Hay que considerar llegar bien equipado (bencina, comida, etc)

Ich würde nach meiner Abreise gefühlte 10 Mal gebeten, die Unterkunft zu bewerten. So eine Email-Flut schätze ich nicht. Es ist nicht nötig, die Tour zur Isla Damas zu reservieren. Etwas günstiger ist es, dass Ticket morgen um 9.15h am Hafen zu kaufen. Wichtig: Man braucht 2 Tickets: für das Boot und bei CONNAF für den Park.

Es war relativ kalt und der Ofen brachte nur bedingt Wärme ins Zimmer.

Reviewed Oct 3, 2025Die Lage und Umgebung ist super, gute Ausstattung für Selfcatering mit Kochutensilien und Grill mit Gasplatte. Ideal aus Ausgangspunkt für eine Bootstour noch Isla Damas und Choros, wo man die Pinguine vom Wasser aus beobachten kann. In der Unterkunft gibt es kein Restaurant, aber das Dorf ist Nahe.
Es ist ein nicht isoliertes Zelt, dass den Wind abhält, aber einem auch die kühlen Nächte spüren lässt, speziell am Morgen. Entsprechend sollte man das Kleidungstechnisch berücksichtigen

Reviewed Mar 17, 2024A beautiful, remote place to switch off and enjoy a perfect beach holiday or to relax after discovering the unique places in the surrounding area. The owner created a special little paradise with 10 domes, all of which with their own terrace to the beach with amazing view. The domes are equipped with everything needed for a shorter or a longer stay, in case you don't want to cook, the restaurants in the village are also in walking distance through the beach or a drive of 5 min. The host's commitment, her sense of humor and positive energy make you feel really special and her dedication is hidden in every detail of the place. We will always remember the view to the beach, the sound of the waves, the sunsets, the peace, the stars and all the birds and hope to be back on one day. In case you want to make boat trips to the 3 islands at Punta de Choros or whale watching from Caleta Chañaral, here you are directly on the spot, not an hour and a half away as in crowded La Serena.
