Reviewed Jan 28, 2026La ubicación y la vista son inmejorables. El jardín tiene un mirador que, además de ver el lago y el volcán de manera privilegiada, te permite escuchar los cantos diferentes de las aves del lugar. Eso fue realmente hermoso. El sonido solo del viento y las aves dan una paz enorme. Puro disfrute fue nuestra estadía. Las cabañas tienen una ambientación muy linda y con muy buen gusto. Angela y Francisco fueron muy atentos y amorosos en todo momento.
No hay algo que no nos haya gustado porque verdaderamente lo pasamos muy bien y estuvimos muy cómodos. Pero nos permitimos hacer unas sugerencias: dado que la vista de las cabañas es realmente una maravilla, pensamos que el sillón que está debajo de la ventana (al menos en nuestra habitación que era la 3) y la mesa redonda podrían reemplazarse por una mesa más pequeña contra la ventana para aprovechar la vista de la cabaña y liberar ese espacio. Y otra sugerencia para aprovechar ese jardín creo que sería tener a disposición reposeras. En nuestro caso, teníamos en el auto pero pienso en alguien que no tenga se perdería de aprovechar ese espacio.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026Me gustó mucho la pradera que hay y el mirador. Eso es muy bonito y aprecio la iniciativa de colocarlo allí. Quizás pudieran haber algunas hamacas para observar el paisaje o bien algunas sillas de descanso disponibles.
El jugo del desayuno. Si bien decía natural, no sabía así. Quizás avisar si es que por a b o c no lo tienen, ofrecer alguna agua saborizada natural, con limón o menta, en fin algo que reemplace.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026Beautiful building and room with quality finishes. The views are excellent (the property is on a hill overlooking the lake and volcanoes). Services are offered, like breakfast and laundry. Great communication with the owner and he was also present. Also if you're into birds, there is a watchtower and a lot of information on the local birds and geography.
I would like to give a 9 or even a 10, but unfortunately for this price point the room would need to have air conditioning. Also we had extremely noisy and unrespectful neighbours — the sound dampening would be OK normally, but in our case it wasn't. Bear in mind that this is not a cottage (although from the photos you might get that impression).

Reviewed Dec 15, 2025Super położenie, widok zarówno na jezioro jak i wulkan, Gospodarze bardzo mili i pomocni. Śniadania choć dodatkowo płatne były nie do przejedzenia. WiFi bardzo szybkie. Dobre miejsce do zwiedzania okolicy, choć my byliśmy na regatach żeglarzy
Ze względu na opóźnienie samolotu dotarliśmy bardzo późno i trudno było odnaleźć obiekt a zasięg sieci był w tym miejscu słaby. Proponuję gospodarzom umieścić znak na bramie a nie tylko przy drodze. Ale sąsiedzi pomogli a Francisco szybko nas odebrał.

Reviewed Nov 12, 2025Si bien está un poco alejado del pueblo de Frutillar, esto puede considerarse una ventaja ya que estás en un lugar muy tranquilo, con todas las comodidades, con unas vistas maravillosas y muy bien atendido por Francisco, quien es muy atento y amable. El desayuno simple pero cumple bien. Buena señal wi fi, TV smart para el que quiera ver tele 🙄

The only downside is the very poor sound insulation – you can hear footsteps and every noise from the surrounding rooms, which can disturb rest.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2025El lugar es hermoso, todo muy bien pensado, limpio, cómodo, calentito, acogedor, etc. El desayuno vale la pena, es muy rico y contundente. Volveríamos a quedarnos ahí.
El único punto en contra es el material del sartén y olla que había, ya que al lavarlo se iba “descascarando” e iba quedando pelado.

Al llegar la cabaña estaba muy fría. Al segundo día casi se incendia la estufa a pellet, porque el tubo se sobrecalento mientras se estaba apagando. Tuvimos que usar el extintor que por suerte estaba al alcance y a la vista. Buena la respuesta de los anfitriones ante esta situación.

We cooked our own meals and loved the Bbq and well equipped kitchen. The beds are super comfortable and showers hot. Heating excellent. Good quality linen. Highly recommend staying here if visiting Frutillar and region.

Reviewed Jan 17, 2025Best stay we had in Chile by far! You can just feel that Francisco and his wife really put their blood, sweat and tears into building this dream into a reality. Wonderful cabañas on an extraordinary piece of land with the best views you could wish for. They pay attention to the little details! From the design of all the panel and flyers to the small bird logo road sign near the gate. A lot of thought went into designing the whole experience - we should have stayed longer.

A peaceful setting, the place has everything you need: a comfortable king size bed, a balcony to enjoy the view of the lake and the volcano (if not covered with clouds!), a kitchenette, plenty of hot water for showers, and very sweet hosts. And the plentiful breakfast was brought to our door every morning. It was our base to explore the lake and the countryside.
There was nothing we disliked.

Windows were filthy, which made it feel dirty all over. Access Road in very rough shape.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2023The view is remarkable! You can see the Osorno Volcano and Lake Llanquihue from the living room and the larger bedroom. Even though is was summer, we were lucky to get perfect weather: cool but sunny and picture-perfect for photos in the cabin and in Frutillar Bajo. I intend to stay here again. I loved that the cabin was both modern but environmentally friendly. Do yourself a favor and get the breakfast at least once. It's a delicious and substantial as the adorable presentation.
No constructive criticism. It exceeded my expectations.

Ideal place for family with kids as owners allowed us to use their trampoline and roam around, several chickens to see at that hedge eggs! Bungalow is modern with all necessities to have a good time, kitchenware is good quality, there is gas BBQ facilities on the balcony which we didn’t use, nice bath amenities, heating! Owner is super friendly and easy going person with an instant communication in case you seek help! It’s brand new so definitely the best pick in the area to stay!
