Las cabañas están muy bien, son amplias con buenas instalaciones, camas muy cómodas. Puedes alquilar coche a buen precio. Los dueños Eduardo y Ivonne son encantadores y muy preocupados por que estés a gusto den su casa. Y luego está para todo Raul. Para volver

Bellissima struttura Rapa Nui, immersa nella natura. Abbiamo soggiornato nel bungalow singolo e non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema. Ivonne è un'ottima padrona di casa, ci ha aiutato nell'organizzare i tour dell'isola e con il noleggio dell'auto. Il centro di Hanga Roa è raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti

The place was great, additionally we were fantastically welcomed at the airport. We also used additional services, as car rental and guided tours, everything was perfect! Ive is a fantastic host.

Excelente ubicación, tranquilo y silencioso ideal para descansar después de un día de paseo por la isla, amplias y cómodas cabañas. Ivonne se portó un 7, muy cercana y amable, al igual que el Personal que trabaja ahí, recomendable.

Las cabañas son arquitectonicamente lindas, muy limpias, amplias, habitaciones comodas, con amplios jardines y una terracita para un cafecito en el paraiso. Ivonne la anfitriona es una persona muy hospitalaria y hasta nos ayudó a armar nuestro itinerario de acuerdo a nuestros intereses y estuvo siempre atenta a cualquier necesidad que tuvimos.

We had a wonderful stay here. The owner was incredibly warm and helpful—he assisted us in planning the places to visit and even helped arrange a guide. They also offer car rental services, which made our trip very convenient. The place itself is beautiful, and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Everything was well taken care of, so we didn’t have to worry about anything during our stay. Highly recommended if you want a smooth, relaxing experience in a lovely setting.

Bonitas las habitaciones

No son cabañas, son habitaciones en cabañas compartidas. Hacen cobros adicionales cuando uno llega al lugar.

La anfitriona recomienda los tours privados de su hijo Lalo al llegar. Él ofrece una excelente experiencia, relata la historia con mucha claridad y responde todas las dudas con amabilidad y precisión. Recomiendo mucho el trabajo de Lalo.

Al llegar tuvimos la desagradable sorpresa de que las cabañas eran compartidas con otras familias. Nos sentimos engañados, pues en ningún momento se nos anticipó que estábamos arrendando una habitación de hostal. Los otros huéspedes con los que compartimos se sentían igual de engañados y decepcionados que nosotros, por lo que no fue solo un mal entendido nuestro... Incluso las huéspedes de la cabaña de al frente se encontraban en la misma situación. Al mostrarle nuestro desagrado a la anfitriona, ella agregó: “deben acostumbrarse al sistema europeo”. Sin embargo, esto me parecería engañoso en cualquier parte del mundo… También dijo: “bueno, esto es lo que reservaron”. Sin embargo, la información expuesta es poco clara. Definitivamente no hubiese preferido Cabañas Tokerau de saber que eran compartidas. Además, las fotos publicadas están desactualizadas, quizás así lucían en su inauguración pero hoy a las cabaña (al menos la que conocí yo) les hace falta mayor mantención y limpieza y no tienen vista al mar como se describe. Esta situación definitivamente restó descanso y confianza durante nuestra estadía. Es lamentable, pues la isla es encantadora y su cultura fascinante. Sin embargo, sentirse engañados y que no se ofrezca reparación es definitivamente una mala experiencia. Por su puesto le pusimos la mejor cara a la situación y compartimos con los otros huéspedes pero sin dudas hubiésemos preferido saberlo antes y ser nosotros quienes pudiésemos elegir. Definitivamente no las recomiendo, esta experiencia engañosa opaca todo lo lindo que se podría decir de ellas.

とても平穏で美しいcabana。3匹の犬たちが可愛らしくて、毎日心癒されました。夕方は部屋が暑くなりますが夜は快適で、テラスで過ごすのは最高です。キッチンも使いやすく清潔でした。夕陽スポットで有名なahu tahaiのすぐ近く。宿のご主人はとても親切で、空港の送迎もしてくれます。帰りにいただいた島の貝のネックレスは良いお土産になりました。

中心地から少し遠いところ。でもそのかわり、夕陽スポットには簡単にアクセスできます。

La ubicación y la flexibilidad en el arriendo de autos

Son cabañas compartidas, detalle que no especifica claramente en la descripción y que tampoco se nos dijo cuando llegamos al alojamiento. Solo nos dijeron que alguien ocuparía la cabaña de al lado y al final era la pieza.

La tranquillité du lieu

L'accueil pas très chaleureux. Aucun ménage fait pendant notre séjour.

Bien organisé : On vient vous chercher à l’aéroport avec collier de fleurs fraîches et l’hôte vous fait un tour de visite du village avec pause photo devant des Moai. C’est très agréable. L’installation se fait rapidement, simple et efficace, avec Check in et présentation des activités éventuelles / locations de voiture directement sur la terrasse de votre logement. Les hôtes sont très agréables. Lieu à l’écart de la ville qui invite à la balade dans la nature avec chiens et chevaux en liberté, et proche de Moai à contempler notamment au coucher de soleil. Centre ville à 15/20 mn à pied. Logement spacieux, belle terrasse pour manger en extérieur. Cuisine bien équipée.

Difficile d’avoir de l’eau chaude mais une douche froide ça dynamise ! Curiosité pour des européens ou citadins de ne pas mettre de papier toilette dans la cuvette des toilettes. Pas de climatisation mais ventilateur. Toutefois la chaleur du logement s’évacue rapidement avec les nuits fraîches. On dort très bien. On est sur une île, on s’adapte et on accepte de vivre avec des conditions un peu plus simples et proches de la nature … ça fait partie des vacances !

Cabañas cómodas, atención muy cordial. Tienen todo disponible para tour y renta car.

Eduardo et sa famille sont très sympa et pourront vous renseigner pour savoir ce que vous pouvez faire en solo et en visite guider ( privé ou en groupe) afin de respecter l'île et ses habitants, de manière a pouvoir passer un excellent séjour ! Un grand merci a eux ainsi qu'à Raúl, Pao et Bruno! Fuerza a todos!

Nous avons apprécié d'être dans la fraîcheur du parc avec des arbres et des fleurs et tout près d'un site gratuit de MOAIS accessible à pied le long de la côte qui est magnifique

Nous avons dû demander à changer de logement car le 1er proposé ne correspondait pas à nos attentes très fermé et sombre. Heureusement nous avons pu changer et avoir un autre logement avec terrasse extérieure qui nous convenait. Partagé avec 3 autres locataires agréables. Il faut savoir que ce sont des logements partagés ce qui n'est pas écrit dans l'annonce. Un bungalow peut contenir 3 chambres avec salle de bains wc et avoir 3 occupants différents à partager la cuisine et les salons et terrasse extérieure. Nous n'étions pas averti. Ils proposent aussi 1 petit bungalow seulement pour 2 personnes.

Muy bien mantenidas las areas verdes y estaba todo en orden en la cabaña, todo funcionando perfectamente

El entorno lleno de vegetación y cerca de una de las atracciones de la isla como lo es tahai y sus moais, además ivonne y raul con un trato super personalizado, hacen de la estadía más agradable y confortable.

The staff are really nice and friendly! The cabana is very quiet at night and provides great privacy. Car rental is very convenient and at a great price.

WiFi is nonexistent, at least for iPhone users; this could be fine if you are looking for a place to disconnect.

靠海算是蛮近，走路能够到达，离五人像也近，离镇上有点距离，采买需要开车，老板租车价格很公道，帮我们安排的导游很赞，耐心细致周到。老板很会沟通及行程安排，有问题响应飞速，公共厨房做饭很方便。

Posizione ottimale anche se è necessario muoversi con la macchina che in caso di richiesta può essere noleggiata anche presso la struttura. La camera era comoda e disponeva di un balconcino privato. La cucina invece era in comune con altre 2 abitazioni.

La rete Wi-Fi non prendeva bene in camera

L'emplacement est idéal en bord de mer. Le chemin qui longe la côte pour rejoindre le centre est magnifique. Les couchers de soleil à 2minutes de la maison sont superbes. Tout est pensé pour se sentir bien, location de voiture, vélo, proposition d'un guide expérimenté pour les visites. Le chant des oiseaux, le jardin d'Éden de la propriété. Le transfert de l'aéroport avec petite visite du centre ville et couronne de bienvenue. Le personnel fantastique, un petit paradis !

La cabaña no estaba especialmente limpia al llegar (había un chicle pegado en la ducha) y todo está viejo. Necesita una renovación. El espacio común (incluyendo la cocina) es muy escaso para ocho personas (y menos mal que la habitación de abajo no estaba ocupada) El incidente del secador: cuando llegamos pedimos un secador porque no hay en la habitación como indicaba el anuncio de Booking. Tras traerlo, el dueño nos dice que en el anuncio no se incluía el secador en la habitación. Nos pidió que se lo demostrásemos, así lo hicimos y aún así nos contó una historia sobre sustentabilidad para decirnos que nos hacía un favor dejándonoslo.

Staying at Tokerau was a wonderful experience and the host family is very kind and welcoming. They were really helpful with tourist activities on the island as well! Definitely recommend!

There was enough space for two people. The common area was good! The owner and staff were so friendly and helped us very much. Grounds were very pleasant. Privacy was not an issue. Our host made sure we saw everything possible on Easter Island!

Worn out facility that needs to be updated. Cleanliness was poor. We needed more amenities like soap, paper products, and more than two towels per person for a five night stay. The mattress was old and lumpy. A cleaning person arrived as we checked out. We would have cleaned it ourselves had we ample cleaning supplies.

A little deceptive as you think you are booking something, then you get something else. It was a good location and price for both of us, but our stay was full of miscommunication with the owners and overall a pretty poor stay. The best part? We had to move to the nearby Cabañas Rapua for the last three nights and it was awesome.

Pretty much everything. Bad communication, misleading booking process, choppy and plain rude back and forth to understand car rental, cabaña layout, etc. Zero details in the room (water for purchase, etc)

Fantastic helpful staff providing excellent stay as well as great extra services, like hassle-free car rental at lower price than in town (and good car) and guided island tours. The location is ideal if you do rent a car, but it is also walkable, 3 minutes from the coast and some Moai statues and some 30-40 minutes from the center of town.

The people who run this place are amazing, so friendly and welcoming it feels like you're in your own home. The place is beautiful and well located a short drive to the main high street. The room was cozy and bed very comfortable which combined with pitch blackness meant we slept very deeply. We we're collected from the airport and shown around town which was helpful and they rented us a great car and helped us with tours of the island, all very accessible and easy. This is a great option for couples, families or anyone traveling to Hanga Roa

If they could fix or ask their neighbour to fix the slamming door or roof at night that would be amazing as it did keep waking us up throughout the night which was a shame as we slept amazing otherwise

We really liked the couple who hosted us, they are very helpful people and helped us with everything we needed. The cabins are very confortable, clean and have everything you need for a good stay.

I wish I could give zero stars. Our family trip to Cabañas Tokerau in Hanga Roa was far from the tranquil getaway we anticipated; it was a disaster. The cabins, misrepresented by outdated online photos, are not only aged but are also in a severe state of neglect. Upon arrival, a foul odor from the bathrooms was overwhelming, indicative of the poor cleaning standards and general disrepair of the place. Despite advertised amenities, Wi-Fi was non-existent. The owners' evasion tactics—giving incorrect or misspelled passwords, and even disconnecting the cable after finally giving in—were beyond frustrating. The disregard for cleanliness extended outside, with dog feces scattered around, and no attempts made to address it. The situation was exacerbated by the cabins’ leaking roofs during rain—a known issue blatantly ignored by the owners. The state of the floor was a clear indicator that the leaks weren’t new, yet the husband denied any knowledge while the wife claimed they were “monitoring” it. This blatant lie only added to our disappointment. Interactions with the owners were fruitless; they showed a complete lack of professionalism and honesty, even over something as simple as Wi-Fi access. This deceitful behavior, coupled with a blatant disregard for guest comfort and satisfaction, was appalling. To make matters worse, the AC in one of our cars didn’t work, further diminishing our experience. Cabañas Tokerau's interest lies in deceiving its guests rather than providing a memorable stay. I strongly advise against staying here. There are numerous authentic and welcoming alternatives in the area that are more deserving of your time and money. Avoid Cabañas Tokerau at all costs.

Raul was a great host!!!!! The house was lovely, the location out of town but we could rent his cars.

The dogs! 4very loud and at times aggressive little monsters that even killed a young cat in front of us. Regular change of towels and a cleaning of the bathroom would have also been nice.

There are many reasons to travel: We enjoy good people. Edwardo and family made us feel like favorite relatives. I also think we had the best tour experience of anyone on the Island . And their restaurant was amazing too!

The ocean view was magnificent and the staff was warm and welcoming. It was really nice to be close to the town but not too close so that we could enjoy privacy and walk to the shore to enjoy a romantic starlit night.

excellent location, on the rim of the town, with a lot of green around and a view to the ocean. We got lucky by getting upgraded. That, plus friendly welcoming and treatment we owe to the owners. It was a lovely experience!

The bathroom was smelling badly due to poor canalisation. it was quite basic in principle, if one’s looking for comfort.

It was easy to rent a car from the owner. The cabin was a good size for 2 people. There was good water pressure.

The cabin was hot, they don't provide fans and the windows are small. It is a bit farther out of town than expected and not convenient to get anywhere without a car. The facility is a bit run down and the floor dirty. The bed is very old and could feel the metal springs underneath. There was very poor WiFi and lots of animal (mostly roster and dog) noise, however these last two are really true about almost anywhere in the island there is just no Internet and there are a lot of roaming dogs but since the windows always had to be open door to the heat, it accentuated the noise.
