Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Een sfeervol huisje in bosrijke omgeving, privé gelegen, elanden zien vanuit de serre. Sauna aanwezig. Zeer compleet ingericht.
De douchefaciliteit was apart te bereiken in de kelder. Dat maakt het iets minder toegankelijk. Maar verder een oké douche, warm, achter een douchegordijn.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Je voelt de trots als Michael vertelt over het huisje dat al zo lang in zin familie is. Een fijne en sfeervolle plek. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Vanaf de veranda zagen we een eland met een enorm gewei uit de bossen komen, geweldig! Vergeet vooral het meer met zwemsteiger aan de overkant van de weg niet te bezoeken, een fantastische plek. Wij komen graag een keer terug.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Vrije ligging. Mooi grasveld met zitje. Uitzicht op onafzienbare bossen, van boven af, want het huis ligt op een heuvel, met groots uitzicht naar 2 kanten.
Een electrisch waterkoker ontbrak. Er was een grote pan, maar geen deksel. Dus..... hoe kan je daarin aardappelen koken?

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026A beautiful, rustic wooden house surrounded by Swedish nature. The house is very lovingly furnished. It offers plenty of space and is also very cosy in winter. The sauna in the basement and the wood-burning stove are perfect. We were able to spend a week here over New Year's Eve and had a wonderful time. The lake is not far away. The forest is right on the doorstep and there are shopping facilities in the nearest town, about 5 km away. Many thanks again to the very friendly and helpful hosts. We will definitely be back.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2025Het huisje is op een heerlijk rustige plek gelegen. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en er is ruimte genoeg in en om het huis. Het contact met Michael verliep super, erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben vanuit de serre van alles gezien, oa elanden en herten op maar een paar meter afstand.
Dat we er maar kort waren.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2025Ein kleines rustikales Blockbohlenhaus sehr offen gestaltet. Für eine Familie mit etwas größeren Kindern gut geeignet. Die Treppen sind offen ohne Geländer. Die Ausstattung ist in gutem Zustand. Die Möbel sind aus Holz, auch schon älter aber es passt zur rustikalen Optik. Die Toilette ist im EG, recht klein. Dusche und Sauna sind im Keller. Für beide Geschosse gibt es je eine Klimaanlage, die auch heizt. Besonders schön ist die Möglichkeit den Kamin zu nutzen. Und besonders toll waren die täglichen Besuche der Elche auf der Lichtung.
Bad (Toilette) ist etwas sehr klein, ansonsten alles top. Die Badestelle ist den Berg runter, zu Fuß ca. 10 Miniten entfernt.

Reviewed Jul 28, 2025Wundervoll eingerichtetes, sehr gemütliches Holzhaus in der Nähe von Bengtsfors. In fußläufiger Nähe befindet sich ein See mit Steg. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit erreichbar und stets sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2025The house is very cozy and spacious. Michael is a very nice person who showed around and told about the place history. The house is unique and very beautiful. Regarding the stay everything was perfect and we had everything we needed.
Nothing to mention here, but maybe it is good to inform guests that the house is located on a steep hill as for some people it can be complicated to get there in the winter.

Reviewed Mar 5, 2024Raben‘s Cottage is a very cosy place, you feel that initially it had not been meant for renting, but that people furnished and equipped it with great care for everyday life. We felt very much at home and enjoyed the sauna and sitting before the chimney. The owner is a very nice and helpful person.
