Reviewed Aug 3, 2026The location is splendid. Besides the lake, which is refreshing after a sauna session. A boot which is available to go rowing and outside furniture with plaids to enjoy evening sunsets.
It a small house, which is cosy for 2 people but with 3 it becomes a bit tight. But for a short stay that should not be any issue at all.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026This is a very special location on the lake next to a horse farm. Cooking in the kitchen with the light coming in from over the lake is fantastic. Very nice sauna.
The double bed is pushed against the wall in the corner, so one person has to crawl out across the bed to get in and out.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Stugan var väldigt fin och läget var mysigt. Vi uppskattade verkligen vistelsen och trivdes bra där.
Vi städade innan vi åkte och lämnade stugan i gott skick, men vi råkade glömma en kaffepåse/filter i kaffebryggaren och det låg en pappersnäsduk på golvet. Trots det fick vi betala 1500 kr för städning, vilket vi tyckte kändes väldigt dyrt i förhållande till det som var kvar.

Reviewed Nov 6, 2025This place is like a little heaven on earth! The cottage was fabulous, combination of historical elements and modern solutions. We were surprised to discover a small sauna incorporated within the bathroom. Excellent! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The view to the lake from the windows was amazing as the cottage stands on the shoreside close to the water. We all wish we could come in the summer to enjoy swimming in the lake, to go for a walk to see the horses and surrounding area! I do not know if we will have a chance to come again, but if come we will choose this place for sure!
I cannot find anything what we did not like!

Reviewed Oct 14, 2025Fantastisk stuga med sjöutsikt. Mycket fin vandring längs sjön. Härligt med tillgång till bastu. Trevligt värdpar. Kul med tillgång till roddbåt även om vi aldrig nyttjade den. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka igen.

Begränsade diskmöjligheter som krånglar till det lite när man är fyra personer.

Reviewed May 26, 2025So I went there with my brother and our sons for some fishing - it was the first time taking the boys fishing, so we wanted something out in nature, very close to the water with enough facilities that if they hated it they wouldn't get bored. Everything for this was perfect, the boat while old got us round the lake, we could fish directly from the dock as well. Sure the fishing wasn't "great" but we got lots of small fish - which is just what we were after. In the evening there is a saune (and you can jump into the lake) and a grill. Really nice place!
No curtain on the toilet - not terrible, but not super private :-)

Reviewed Apr 19, 2025Our stay was short but very pleasant. Communication with the owner was easy and quick and he was available to help. the house is very beautiful, well equipped and comfortable. It is partially over the water which allows you to enjoy an incredible view of the lake. the place is very quiet and you only hear the sounds of nature. There is a small canoe available to enjoy the lake. There are no bed sheets or towels (as stated on the website as optional) but there are duvets and blankets if needed. There is no shampoo, soap or shower gel, but all cleaning products and dish detergent are available in the house. We recommend staying at this place and we will certainly come back and repeat.
