That's the perfect place to stay in if you're looking for a relaxing time and enjoying the nature. Sleeping and waking up by the sound of the ocean, sipping your coffee or tea while setting in the porch with the view of the coconut trees, the sand and the ocean waves :) Very hospitable staff, Ibrahim and Mohamed at the receiption, Hesham and Saeed at the restaurant, all very professional and freindly. The guys at the main gate and bellboy who helped with the bags. There are nearby places to have nice meals or drinks. Also some kind of a beach with waves breaker (for money).

Nothing major. During the stay, swimming in the ocean was not allowed due to high waves, but I was told that before and after khareef times, swimming is possible. I noticed a big hole that looked like a swimming pool but there was not water there. If you're visiting Salalah to go around the water springs, waterfalls, and go up to the mountains, I highly recommend a powerful 4x4 car.

We stayed in the most beautiful cabin right on the beach (No. 22), with a lovely balcony and view. The staff were super kind and helpful (especially when I got a splinter - thank you!), and the breakfast was delicious. The room was beautifully decorated and well-equipped. The hotel is also wonderfully located for exploring the region of Salalah. It is great place to return to and relax after a day of sightseeing and touring. For those who like tranquility and simplicity, this place is the answer.

Be sure to wear sandals when walking on your cabin balcony to avoid splinters. It would have been nice to see more local food options on the restaurant menu.

The style of the place and cleanliness.

Breakfast and food is average. There is a strong pesticide smell in the room that it gave me headaches and disrupted my sleep.

Souly Ecolodge is such a serene and peaceful place—perfect if you are looking to relax and connect with the ocean and nature. The beach was beautiful, very clean, and wonderful for long, peaceful walks. The breakfast was simple yet scrumptious, made even better by the staff, who personally took care of us and made us feel very welcome. The reception team was also extremely helpful, especially when we wanted to order food from outside. Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing experience. I would definitely love to visit Souly Ecolodge again.

The only drawback we experienced was the access road leading to the hotel. Since the road is unpaved, driving in and out can be a little difficult. If you are travelling in your own car, you may also be concerned about the impact of the rough road on the tires. Improving the access road would make the overall experience at this beautiful property even better.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location by the beach.

Idea was great, but lodge we stayed in, despite costing the most, seemed the most run down. The first floor had dirty mats which weren’t removed in expectation of new guests. Cushions were wet and smelled bad. Towels had moisture and smelt the same. We had to request fresh towels. There was also a strong urinal smell coming from the first floor below the bathroom which on certain occasion could be smelled on the patio above and even by the swing chair by the fence. Facilities need work! During check out, no one was at the reception desk.

Nice location, good vibes and staff are awesome. Food was good, shisha is good and villas are super cute and very beach relaxed vibes.

Wish they had a pool, but not that big an issue.

Getting in and out the property to the city could only done by a taxi that costed about 40 us dollars each way each time that significantly hiked the cost of staying there making the stay overpriced with this hidden cost. If ever I’m going to stay there again I would only do that by renting a car.

1. Superb and breathtaking private beach. (If you are a beach lover yesss) 2. The vibe and decor is very secluded and unique comparing to big hotels 3. Spotted some wild flamingos by chances(need some extra walk on the beach. 4. Weather is great to just sit there and watch the beach(mid July). 5. Bathroom is very cool and intimate but unfortunately there were some drain issues already informed the staff 6. Towel feels very good.

For those who wants to have an escape this is a very nice place I recommend. However 1. We were staying in a hotel in the city then switch to this. Comparing to convenience and transportation, living here will cost you a lot in terms of transportation(if you have car then won't be adding too much hassles but we were taxing mostly) 2. Room feels smaller comparing to picture 3. Wifi was horrible 4. There is only one restaurant on the facility. But the staff were good and friendly. Price is reasonable. We stayed only one day so not too much problem with one restaurant. 5. I personally would think living here 1-2 days is okay, but more than that it it's boring. Since there is very few entertainment provided(no tv also I am not there to watch tv). I understand that should encouraging people to go digitaless but kinda too boring in a way... I think the hotel has potential if have a better pricing strategy + more entertainment it would attracts more people.

We always love coming back to the beauty and peacefulness of Souly beach.

The location is amazing. The property is not well maintained.

1. Drainage was blocked in the shower. 2. Service was unfriendly. 3. Had dinner. Ordered fish and chips.order came wrong : grill fish. Instead of apologizing amd changing the waiter kept convincing me that i am wrong and i dont know how fish and chips looks like. 4. Asked for light to turn on (lights were available) the waiter refused saying that this is the ambiance agreed by management and we can move somewhere else. Probably lights nor working 5. The food was not good at dinner. 6. There was a smell in the room 7. Ac was noisy

مكان هادي وجميل البوفيه جميل جدا ويوم والذهب الصباح لارتاح والعمال يسلموا لي وارتاح من اول يوم انا مرتاح وكل جو هم مرتاحين وانا مرتاح الحمد لله رب العالمين الحمد لله والشكر انه افضل منتجع من هوانا وافضل من منتجعات الباقيه افضل من اي منطقه

اللي يعجبني الخدمات الهدوء والتوصيل ويعطوك ملابس السباحه ويتمشوا فيك في القارب وانت مرتاح اتمنى لاي شخص يجي يرتاح واتمنى انه يكون المنتجع يجلس 50 سنه

المكان جميل مرررره وكثر شي عجبني الي في الاستقبال وبعد المسول عن المطعم كان قمة الأخلاق الصراحه كلهم من بداية الاستقبال إلى نهاية موصف المطعم قمه في الاخلاق

Schöne, am Strand gelegene Bungalows, geschmackvoll eingerichtet ohne irgendwelchen Schnickschnak. Toller Ort, wenn man Ruhe sucht. Ich komme gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

The location and the view were spectacular

Cleanliness was not good. Room was smelling damp and we had a cockroach in our room. Furnitures super old, carpets curtains very old and probably they are not changed since ages. Property not worth for the money.

The location by the beach, the quiet area, the parking spots with shelter for cars, the great breakfast, the outside shower. We had an early check-in accommodated at no extra cost

Equipment on the beach is rather old for who wants to spend time on a long chair, and does not seem to be regularly maintained.

Posizione fantastica ! Più che vista mare direi sul mare (quasi). Struttura isolata occorre avere l’auto per spostarsi, ma la posizione garantisce una tranquillità assoluta e di sentire il rumore delle onde dell’oceano anche di notte. Fantastico. Colazione molto variegata(dolce, salato, frutta) e di buona qualità. Personale molto disponibile.

Un paio di cani randagi che a volte gironzolavano all’Interno della struttura. Per il resto tutto OK

Lokalita, ubytování v africkém stylu, naprostý klid, stranou od turistického ruchu a destinaci. Umístěno vedle přírodní reservace, tak všude byla k vidění zvířátka. Na pláži nikdo, máte jí celou pro sebe. Personál byl naprosto perfektní.

Snídaně by mohli být rozmanitější a bohatší, ale hlady jsme netrpěli

It is a special place. Different from 5 stars hotels but absolutely great and may be even more memorable than fancy international hotels.

Notre séjour au Souly Ecolodge à Salalah en février a été tout simplement incroyable ! Le bungalow était exceptionnel, super propre, avec une salle de bain en plein air offrant une vue magique sur un cocotier 🌴. Le personnel est tout simplement incroyable : un grand merci au cuisinier égyptien pour ses plats délicieux et à Saïd, le serveur, qui a rendu chaque moment encore plus agréable. Leur gentillesse a vraiment marqué notre séjour. Nous avons passé un moment inoubliablei lors d’une soirée traditionnelle, et je tiens à remercier l’hôtel pour leur geste très attentionné : mon ami a eu sa chambre décorée pour son anniversaire, ce qui nous a énormément touchés 🎉. Voir les pêcheurs sur la plage chaque jour était un vrai bonheur, et le spa de l’hôtel est un vrai petit bijou j'’y ai fait le meilleur massage de ma vie. Mon rêve est de revenir au Souly Lodge très vite, inchallah. Pensées à tout le staff dans cette période difficile à Oman, vous êtes formidables et nous espérons vous revoir très bientôt !
