Reviewed Sep 6, 2026We had very good experience at Alseides Villas. The pool is absolutely stunning, and the sunset views from the property are simply unbeatable. I also want to specifically highlight the hosts — they are incredibly proactive and go out of their way to solve any issues quickly to make sure guests are comfortable. Having a tavern just a short walk up the hill is also a great bonus when you don't feel like driving somewhere for dinner. Kitchen equipped with all the necessary for preparing your favorite dishes. Also you can use grill outside, but you need to buy charcoal for it. Airconditioning is working well and in general the villa is very comfortable.
However, if you are looking for complete peace and quiet, be aware that the road next to the villas is quite busy during summer times, bringing noticeable traffic noise, though after sunset it is very quiet there. Additionally, the mountain location makes the area sometimes windy. During these windy periods, there was a distinct sewage smell - so some point for improvement. Also as a suggestion for the owners, adding an option to regulate the pool temperature would be a huge improvement and would make the overall stay much more enjoyable.

Reviewed Oct 4, 2023Everything, the part outside with the swimming pool was just phenomenal. The view was stunning. It was a little bit difficult the first couple of days to communicate with the owners because the parents, despite being super nice and friendly people, couldn’t speak any English but then the daughter intervened e she was kind enough to explain everything we needed. They have all been very kind and supportive the whole week.
Everything was fine a part from the WiFi which wasn’t working very well unfortunately and up there there was no connection at all so the WiFi was really a necessity

Reviewed Sep 9, 2023The villa was spacious, nicely decorated and with an amazing view and swimming pool area. Just like in the pics. Overlooking the sunset was simply wonderful. The location was also superb, up in the mountain,very quiet and very close to 2 great restaurants which offered breakfast and amazing dinner.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2023Absolutely wonderful place! The Villa was perfect, it had everything you needed for your stay. The owners were amazing. Anything you needed they were available anytime. Most popular beaches are very close to the Villa. Right across the Villa there is a resturant that is perfect for breakfast/lunch/dinner where the food is amazing! Highly recommend the Villa!!

Reviewed Jul 19, 2023The location, fantastic views of the sea & sunset. The villa was very spacious, private and very clean. Great bedrooms and 3 shower rooms. We found the rooms cool enough at night, not to have the air conditioning on. The outdoor facilities were amazing. Beautiful pool, a swing hammock and swing chair. Outdoor undercover seating area, very comfortable. The people who looked after the villa were very helpful and discreet. And also a Taverna across the road with delicious food and friendly staff.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2022WOW!!! This was the best place we've stayed in our trip. It's a fantastic location with a great view, very quiet, good for seeing the sunset also... And the villa, it's just WOW! Also we've met the host which was really helpful and they gave us lots of tips. Overall fantastic value for money and we've really enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended!!!
