Reviewed Aug 15, 2026מקום מזעזע לא להתקרב בשום פנים ואופן. למרות שרשום שיש מיזוג אוויר בפועל רק בקומה אחת מבין 3 היה מיזוג אוויר. הובטח לנו שלפחות יהיו מאווררי תקרה אבל מלבד אחד שבקושי עבד ועוד אחד נייד לא היו בכל החדרים. מעבר לכך המקום ממש מפחיד מרגיש כמו טירה רדופה, חשוך וקלסטרופובי. הבריכה הייתה חצי מלאה בגובה, המקום לא נגיש לחלוטין לרכבים חששנו שנתגלגל מהצוק והיינו צריכים לעשות תמרונים דקות ארוכות ברכב כדי להיכנס. מנהלי המקום פשוט שקרו לנו. באמצע אוגוסט ללא מיזוג אוויר ל8 מתוך 10 אנשים ובמקום שממש עושה סיוטים לילדים נאלצנו לעזוב כלעומת שבאנו שתי משפחות עם 6 ילדים למרות שהכסף כבר שולם. מנהלי המקום לא נסו למצוא עבורנו שום פתרון ורק רצו שנלך אחרי שגבו את הכסף כדי שיוכלו להשכיר את טירת האימה לעוד לקוחות פראיירים. הפסדנו כ2800 יורו על המקום המפוקפק הזה. החוויה הכי גרועה בבוקינג שהייתה לנו אי פעם. ראו הוזהרתם.
