The rooms at Villa Palms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and very private. Breakfast every morning was a superb spread of toast, eggs, fruit, and coffee. Villa Palma is in a quiet corner of the very quiet Gili Meno island, but is a ten minute walk (or a few minutes by bike) to most of the best beach locations. And a few great warungs are within two minutes' walk - especially Tip of the Tongue

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Palma auf Gili Meno hat unsere Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen. Von der ersten Minute an war alles hervorragend organisiert und durchdacht. Bereits vor der Anreise lief die Kommunikation unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Auch der private Transfer mit dem Boot wurde für uns organisiert. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass die Jungs während des Transfers zu unserer Sicherheit immer wieder Fotos gemacht und diese direkt an die Unterkunft geschickt haben. So wussten die Gastgeber jederzeit, wo wir uns befinden – ein tolles Gefühl! Bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit einem Willkommensgetränk und einem kalten Handtuch begrüßt – perfekt zur Erfrischung nach der Anreise. Isla hat uns anschließend persönlich alles erklärt und eine ausführliche Roomtour gemacht. Auch das Frühstück ist perfekt organisiert: Wir konnten es ganz bequem am Vorabend per WhatsApp für den nächsten Morgen bestellen – inklusive Uhrzeit, Kaffee, Saft und Auswahl des Essens. Zur gewünschten Zeit wurde das Frühstück direkt in unserer Villa serviert. Einfach entspannter geht es nicht. Die Villa selbst ist mit unglaublich vielen liebevollen Details ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts: Poolhandtücher, große und kleine Badetücher, zusätzliche Tücher für das Gesicht, Sarongs für den Strand, Regenschirme, Kopflampen, Wasserkocher, Tee und Kaffee, Tassen, Weingläser, Mückenspray und vieles mehr. Man merkt sofort, dass sich hier jemand Gedanken darüber gemacht hat, was Gäste während ihres Aufenthalts benötigen könnten. Besonders schön war auch die herzliche und persönliche Art des gesamten Personals. Alle waren immer gut gelaunt, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für einen kleinen Smalltalk war jederzeit Zeit – ohne dass es jemals aufdringlich wirkte. Genau diese Mischung aus Professionalität und Herzlichkeit hat unseren Aufenthalt so besonders gemacht. Ein kleiner Hinweis, den man vor der Anreise wissen sollte: Geduscht wird hier mit gefilterten Salzwasser.

purtroppo essendo nel centro dell’isola bisogna spostarsi per andare in spiaggia, servizio bici da rivedere e la struttura è vicina alla chiesa mussulmana che alle 5 del mattino vi darà il buongiorno.

Nydelig og rolig plass, deilig med eget basseng. De ansatte tok oss godt imot, var utrolig hyggelige og behjelpelige. Bestilte frokost som vi fikk servert i hagen. Vi hadde to fantastiske dager her.

La pequeña piscina y la cabaña en general es superbonita.

El alojamiento es bonito y está bien cuidado. El personal es muy amable.

Hubiera preferido estar más cerca de la playa. Aunque Gili Meno es una isla pequeña, para moverte debes de coger una bici o ir caminando unos 15-20 minutos para llegar a la playa.

Everyone is really nice. It’s our 2nd time here as we had love our 1st time. The room is incredible, clean and the breakfast is a dream as well. You’re a few mitiges by walk to the beach. 30sec away from the room is a good restaurant where you can also do the laundry. We arrived before the check in time and the room was already prepared which was really nice. It is a bit pricy compared to other hotels but you have the privacy you might not get in others! If we come back to Gili Meno, there’s a high chance we’ll be back 😍

La villa est magnifique. Encore plus belle que sur les photos. Les équipements sont de bonnes qualités et le staff est bienveillant.

Nous étions les seuls clients à séjourner sur place. La gérante a décidé d’effectuer des travaux sur les deux autres villas. Nous n’avions plus d’intimité ni de calme. Nous étions obligés de quitter la Villa la journée pour ne plus avoir de bruit (tronçonneuse, coups de marteaux etc.). Nous avons dû écourter notre séjour un jour plus tôt (4 jours sur place, 2 jours de travaux). C’est vraiment dommage ! Nous sommes très déçu. Tout aurait pu être parfait !

Die Insel als solches ist bereits traumhaft und wenn man noch ein Bungalow mit Privat-Pool hat und einem das Frühstück jeden Morgen gebracht wird, dann ist das aussergewöhnlich. Man merkt die Liebe für diese Villa und das Wohlwollen, was das Personal den Gästen entgegenbringt. Danke an dieser Stelle an die zwei tollen Gastgeber. Es war und eine Freude!

We loved Villa Palma. The room was comfortable and beautifully furnished but the highlight for us was the pool. Also, the staff were fabulous and couldn’t do enough to help us. And the location was just right - close enough to amenities but far enough away to be able to comfortably get away from them too.

Ihana rauha omassa villassa. Hyvä aamupala. Lisäpalveluja saatavilla esim pyörät ja snorkkelit sai vuokrattua. Todella hyvä ja palvelualtis henkilökunta. He auttoivat kaikissa asioissa mitä tarvitsimme. Rauhallinen ympäristö.

Hieman oli vaikea suunnistaa saarella, kun majoituspaikka sijaitsi keskellä saarta eikä sinne ollut kylttejä. Hotellilla ei ole omaa ravintolaa.

hommikusöögi valik oleks võinud suurem olla. Voodi oli kõva , puudus kattemadrats, aga teenindajad super sõbralikud ja kui oleks nende käest küsinud oleks kindlasti kattemadratsi saanud.

La villa era preciosa, así como la terraza y piscina que por cierto es profunda para poder bañarte. El desayuno estaba muy rico, además te traen el café en cafeteras italianas individuales cada mañana junto a zumo y fruta. Pero lo mejor de todo fue el personal que era muy amable y atentos, y que también nos gestionaron la actividad de buceo con tortugas que nos encantó y a precio del resto de agencias. Además el último día nos dejaron las bicis para poder echar el día en la playa hasta coger el ferry, y en la villa te dejan unos frontales para poder ver de noche por la isla. Por cierto, en nuestra villa había una mamá gato con dos bebés pequeñitos que nos alegraban las mañanas en la terraza. Si coincidís con ellos, tratadles con amor 🙏. Gracias por todo!

Más que por el alojamiento por la isla en si, es la más bonita de todas pero tiene el inconveniente de que no hay agua dulce, pero al Menos en la villa la procesan para quitarle la sal. Otro tema común de Indonesia y al menos de nuestra villa, es que se escuchan los rezos de la mezquita a las 4 de la madrugada. En el hotel tienen tapones disponibles que ayudan a que no te despierten tanto. Si no eres muy sensible serán suficientes para que pasen desapercibidos. Por el resto de cosas nuestra estancia fue genial!

No podemos ponerle ni un solo punto negativo a nuestra estancia en Villa Palma. Desde la atención del personal, la villa, el desayuno, la ubicación…. Todo hizo que nuestro viaje fuese inmejorable. Cabe destacar la atención recibida por parte de Kiara, Ishma y Febrian (creo que se escriben así) hicieron de nuestro viaje una experiencia increíble. Si volviésemos a Gili meno, repetiríamos estancia con ellos.

Staff were wonderful, breakfast was wonderful, the pool was super, the bike hire a great option. Very close to an an EXCELLENT Warung (Tip of the Tounge). The help with organising a private snorkelling trip which was fantastic.

Nothing to do with the villa, but take them up on the offer of ear plugs, the doof, doof music thundering until early a.m. from the neighbouring Gili's is loud.

La villa está en pleno centro de la isla, puedes alquilar unas bicis y te mueves sin problema a todos los puntos! La villa es súper bonita con el encanto local y los desayunos son una maravilla, súper abundantes y siempre te lo traen con una sonrisa. Sin duda lo mejor De la Villa son las personas que lo trabajan… nos ayudaron en todo, nos recomendaron sitios, nos facilitaron un montón los días allí. Gracias por hacer de nuestra luna de miel unos días de relajación maravillosos… tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos la habitación adornada por nuestra luna de miel, da gusto dar con personas tan cercanas!

The property is in the middle of the island, so it takes 10-15 minutes to reach everywhere. The staff offered us excursions to Lombok as well as snorkeling.

The villa looks somewhat smaller in real life than in the pictures. The staff informed us that there are occasional electricity shutdowns on the island, so we were lucky not to experience any during our stay. Breakfast was okay, but the choice was quite limited. There were no vegetables served with the eggs, which made it taste rather plain. The tap water is salty, so if you are planning a longer stay, you might feel a bit uncomfortable, as it’s difficult to properly rinse the salt off your skin. However, I believe this is more of a general island issue rather than a problem specific to this villa. The biggest disadvantage is that card payment is not accepted. Guests are asked to pay in cash or via bank transfer/PayPal. When I offered to pay by bank transfer, the staff insisted on standing next to me during the transaction, and two people were watching me while I was making the transfer, which felt quite awkward and uncomfortable.

This is our second visit to Villa Palma having stayed here last year. There’s nothing negative to say about this idyllic location. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and the staff are always super friendly and welcoming. The private pool, delicious breakfast and the location makes it our favourite place to stay in Indonesia. We hire the bikes to get around Gili Meno, and nothing is too much trouble for the staff who really do make this an amazing experience. Hand on heart, you won’t find better on Gili Meno and we cannot wait to come back again ❤️

в бассейне часто было грязно, автоматическая система очистки не работала 2 дня из 4х, хотя должна была включаться сама. Завтраки вкусные, но очень скудный выбор. В дождь будьте готовы быть в грязи по колено, если решитесь выйти наружу.

Fabulous accommodation in the central part of the island making it really peaceful. . Spotlessly clean, Beds are super comfy, Bicycles to rent is a great way to get around the island. The staff are lovely and really go out of their way to ensure your stay is comfortable. Highly recommend if you are wanting a private villa that is secluded and feels really romantic.

The breakfast menu is very simple, for the price per night we felt the variety was very limited and portions small. Little extras like a sauce or condiment for eggs was not available.

Ubicación en el centro de la isla como para poder moverte con las bicicletas que puedes alquilar en el mismo lugar a cualquier zona en 15min. La atención del personal excelente y te informando sobre la isla de todo lo que puedas necesitar.

No sabíamos de las 5 llamadas a la oración en el día que tienen en la isla y una de ellas es a las 4.15h de la mañana, lo que el primer día nos sorprendió y es cierto que si tienes el sueño ligero puede molestar pero solo dura unos 15min.

Le logement était superbe et bien placé. La piscine privée est un plus et est très agréable. Au calme et pas loin de la plage. Le personnel admirable et nous avons aimé les petits déjeuners. On conseille vraiment ce logement très cosy. Merci encore pour la délicate attention à notre arrivée pour notre voyage de noces.

Struttura curata nei minimi dettagli con tutto il necessario e anche oltre (ad esempio pareo per la spiaggia, torcia per le bici, amplia scelta frigo bar). Colazione in camera ben servita e buona. Possibilità di noleggio bici e prestazione attività. Lo staff è molto gentile

Per un fatto esterno a loro è successo un episodio spiacevole con lo staff del servizio di horse riding. Ha infatti fatto avance indesiderate a fine passeggiata, rendendo il tutto moto spiacevole dato che da Gili Meno è venuto a Gili T, dove mi trovavo per la sera. Lo staff dell’hotel ha segnalato l’episodio all’agenzia che forniva questo servizio solamente dopo la mia insistenza. Si fa presente la vicinanza della moschea.

Die Atmosphäre in den Bungalows ist so wunderbar. Man ist ganz für sich allein. Der Pool spendet eine Erfrischung. Alles ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und wurde uns jeden Morgen in den Bungalow gebracht. Vielen Dank für die wunderbaren Tage.

No es culpa del alojamiento pero la isla al ser mayoritariamente musulmán tienen la costumbre de predicar su palabra con altavoces para que lo oiga toda la isla, lo hacen 5 veces al día durante cerca de una hora. Y la hora que mas fastidia es la de las 5 de la mañana. Ya que es una isla que principalmente es turística, deberían respetar el descanso de los turistas.

Le côté intimiste du logement. Très bien décoré, qui sent très bon. Le mobilier est propre et de qualité. La restaurant est parfaite (le petit dej était excellent et varié). Le service pour les vélos plutôt cool. Le personnel très gentil, agréable et chill.

Un véritable havre de paix! Le staff est super gentil, ils donnent plein de conseils pour visiter l’ile, proposent des excursions géniales. La villa est magnifique, idéalement placée au calme à 10 minutes de tous les spots de l’île. Un vrai coup de coeur !

The privacy of the room and having our own pool was like a sanctuary - very peaceful. Having breakfast brought to us was also very special ..... and delicious. All the staff were lovely, very friendly.

There's nothing to dislike - we loved it.

Very friendly and informative staff who go over a map of the island and some key things to note over a welcome drink when you arrive. You can hire bikes, snorkels & they can arrange various excursions or extras for you too. Although the island is very walkable, we hired bikes to get us about. I only dont recommend this if you’re doing a lap of the beaches around the island as the bikes dont work on sand & you’ll be pushing more than riding. The island gets very dark at night so the room came with head torches to use during your stay - a very helpful touch. Also came with mosquito spray & some games, a mini bar (fridge), soap/shampoo, towels (not for use on beach) & sarongs which you could take out to dress modestly when walking around the island. We celebrated our honeymoon here and upon arrival had a towel/floral arrangement which we both loved - very thoughtful. The villas are quite central on the island, making it easy to get around. It was about a 15 minute walk from the harbour over a well paved road (so easy to do with luggage as we didnt want to use the horse & carts). I would recommend taking ear plugs as you can often hear the music from over on Gili T as well as the mosque’s call to prayer in the night. A good amount of breakfast options - I am GF/V so was able to have juice, fruit & their GF bread, they also provided me with a bowl of milk for some cereal I brought from home. You could choose your breakfast time. Perhaps one of my favourite memories was sitting out on the beanbags at night and stargazing.

More gluten free breakfast options would have been appreciated, but I’d brought my own food because I knew this would be hard in Bali.

Welcoming staff, the welcoming drink is delicious. The room is incredible, very clean, beautiful. You can see and feel that the whole place is well taken care of and everyone is doing its best. The breakfast is delicious as well ! The location is great as well, close to everything and really calm.

Our stay at Villa Palma was nothing short of magical. The atmosphere is serene, with lush gardens and beautifully maintained grounds that create a private tropical paradise. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality — the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. Every detail, from the breakfast to the poolside ambiance, was thoughtfully curated. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to return.

This properly was truly fanatic, beautifully furnished, everything was just perfect. We stayed here for my partners birthday celebrations and the hosts made my partner feel very special, the inside of our apartment was decorated with flowers and we had a very warm welcome on our stay. The breakfast is so tasty!! We love it here and will definitely will be returning. The locals on this island are super friendly and helpful, the staff here can’t do enough for you!

Service is exceptional, the team provided every help needed - from advice on how to get to the island and activities around it to headlights for walking after dark. Promptly and positively responded to every request. Guidebook is also amazing. The house is lovely, as clean as you can get on a tropical island. Breakfast was of very high quality and is just enough to satisfy an adult.

The place has no cons but one should consider the following factors before travelling (which the owners and staff also clearly and honestly communicate in advance): - Not the best sound isolation. All is made of light wood and there are three villas on site. Earplugs are provided and really useful (once can hear both - a call to prayer and party music - late hours and early morning) but also be ready to be heard yourselves. - Distance. It is not a beachfront villa and one has to walk to the beach. They offer bikes and the distance is not so frustrating for walking on foot but it may be a little uncomfortable for those who are not used to hot and humid climate. Still, at the beachfront one cannot find privacy as there are only hotels with open areas and even common paths everybody walks on.

Loved having the private pool to relax after being out and about the island. It was beautiful to take an evening dip post dinner!

Not having restaurant/bar/cafe easily accessible outside of breakfast would be the only tiny point, having said that it’s about 15 min walk to get to either side of the island for options or quicker by bike rental.

Everything was amazing! Starting from the host to the very last and small detail. It is an amazing place, surrounded by nature. So beautiful. Perfect place for people looking for privacy and contact with the nature. Breakfast is amazing (many options to choose), coffee is amazing. The place is even nicer in person than in the pictures. Loved any minute there.

We really liked the private pool! The air conditioning was great during the hot weather. The villa was comfortable and WiFi was good.

There was only salty water in the taps, there wasn’t enough complementary drinking water provided. We were woken up every night by the sounds from the mosk. Staff made mistakes and tried to charge us for things we didn’t buy.

Amazing stay! Everything was absolutely flawless! Bungalows all natural but with every comfort as you would find in a 5 star hotel. Immersed in nature and a memorable stay! Breakfast available and delivered to your bungalows every morning, excellent and very fresh! Amazing location, close to everything and only a bicycle ride away from everything on the island (bicycles available by paying a ridiculous price). A special mention goes to the manager, Chiara: extremely professional, very cheerful, kind and always available to satisfy every need. She organized basically everything for us, including transfers and snorkeling tours. Thank you, Chiara, you have made our stay un unforgettable one! Keep up the great work!
