Reviewed Aug 27, 2025נשכר לצורך אירוע יום הולדת משפחתי, 12 איש. המקום יפה מאוד (עם ההסתייגויות שבהמשך), מעוצב בטוב טעם, מרווח ונעים. כל כך חבל שלא מתוחזק כראוי. אם היה מתוחזק ונקי - היה יכול לקבל 10 בקלות ולהבטיח שנחזור באירועים דומים. כרגע מתאים אולי לחבר'ה שרוצים לעשות מסיבה (שקטה) במקום. המצעים היו נקיים וגם האמבטיות היו בסדר (חוץ מנקודות עובש למעלה). אמרו לנו שיהיו 2 מזרונים מתנפחים אבל קיבלנו 2 מזרונים רגילים (אני מציין את זה לטובה, כמובן). קיבלנו מגבות, סבון ושמפו בשפע, היו קפסולות למדיח (וקצת קפסולות קפה גם). הגינה מתוחזקת יפה, הבריכה ניראת טוב (אבל יש ריח כלור חזק שלא מבשר טובות). יש שולחן טניס, טלויזיה גדולה, שולחן אוכל נוח וטוב בפנים ובחוץ (שנפתח למימדים גדולים ומתאים גם ל-12 איש). המיטות נוחות, המזגנים טובים ומקררים היטב. התריסים החשמליים מגניבים ועובדים, התאורה טובה. הצ'ק אין היה בסדר, קיבלנו מידע, גם אם ברגע האחרון ממש. יש פוטנציאל.
המקום לא מתוחזק ולא נקי מספיק. רמת התחזוקה והניקיון בכלל לא פרופורציונלית למחיר. המקום מתאים אולי לחבר'ה שרוצים לעשות מסיבה, לא לאירוח משפחות. הפוטנציאל של המקום גדול - הוא מעוצב נאה, מרווח, מושקע. רק חבל שההשקעה הייתה רק בהתחלה, כי היום רמת התחזוקה והניקיון נמוכה ביותר - שיש מלוכלך, כל מיני מקומות לא נקיים, ידיות במטבח דביקות, לכלוכים וקילופים על הקירות, נמלים בכל מקום, נקודות עובש בכל מיני מקומות, מזגן מטפטף בסלון (צריך להקפיד לסגור את הדלת, זה עוזר), כלים מלוכלכים. על הפנים. כואב הלב. גם חסר המון ציוד - 8 מזלגות (מסוגים שונים) לאירוח 12 איש, מעט כפיות, אין כוסות קפה, יש מעט כוסות רגילות, מעט כוסות יין, וציוד מאוד מאוד מצומצם. יש הרבה צלחות (נאות), סיר, 2 מחבתות וזהו בערך. פתחנו את השולחן בחוץ (היינו 12) רק לגלות שהוא *ממש* מטונף בפנים. מהבריכה עולה ריח כלור בולט שמרמז דברים לא כל כך טובים (אבל במראה - הבריכה ניראת סופר נקיה). לא הגיוני בעיניי לגבות אלפי ש"ח (רבות!) ללילה ולמסור בית במצב כזה. צריך להחליף מנקה דחוף, ולהכניס איש תחזוקה ש"יסדר" את הבית. הציון 7 הוא גבוה יותר ממה שמגיע.
