Bagno e camera stuoendi , anche la piscina veramente bella anche se avrebbero potuto pulirla leggermente meglio , ma ci riandrei comunque lo stesso perché era veramente tutto molto bello !

Ein wirklich verträumter Bungalow ohne großen Schnickschnack aber ein himmlisches Bett in dem ich genial geschlafen habe. Ich will da wieder hin.

Was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat, das einige der Terassenbodenbretter schon porös sind und ich beinahe durchgebrochen wäre. Die sollten ausgetauscht werden. Wirklich schade weil diese kleinen Villen mit der Holzterasse sonst wirklich stilvoll und privat zu bewohnen sind. Wenn hier bischen danach geschaut wird das alles auf gutem Nivaeu ist, ist das eine schöne Location.

La cama era muy cómoda. El cuarto de baño bonito, pero estaba todo muy descuidado.

Se caía a cachos. La madera del suelo completamente levantada. La pared de la piscina donde había bamboo, estaba descolgado y lo habían amarrado con unas cuerdas. El ventilador completamente oxidado. Los enchufes no funcionaban prácticamente (tuvieron que dejarnos una regleta). Las fotos del feed no reflejan en absoluto lo que te encuentras. Calidad precio NEFASTA.

Couldn’t have had a better stay! The villa was gorgeous and the staff were amazing!! Went above and beyond to pull off a birthday surprise which made our trip so special. Couldn’t recommend more.

Such a lovely, peaceful home base for exploring Canggu. The location was fantastic, surprisingly close to everything and an easy walk to the beach, cafés, restaurants, shops and anything else I needed. The villa had everything I needed between days out exploring, with a comfortable bed, private pool and fridge for keeping food and drinks. I especially loved the outdoor shower and bath! Andre and his team were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. Despite being so close to everything, the villa itself felt calm, private and tranquil.

Very little! There was some nightclub noise on Saturday night but I was still able to sleep easily enough. The beautiful outdoor bathroom also means a midnight bathroom trip can involve a few mosquitoes, bring repellent

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. Le fait d’avoir une piscine privée est un vrai plus. Le personnel est toujours présent, accueillant et disponible. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié qu’il surveille régulièrement l’entrée de l’établissement, ce qui est très rassurant et donne un vrai sentiment de sécurité.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment et avons vraiment apprécié cette expérience. Le personnel était très accueillant, attentionné et toujours à l’écoute. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis du début à la fin. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir l’année prochaine avec nos enfants. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Great location! Close to the beach and walkable to lots of main shops & restaurants. Was a comfy bed, aircon, a pool to cool off and very beautiful outdoor bathroom, all I needed!

Just slightly rundown and in need of a revamp but nothing that impacted my stay majorly! Water pressure not great but it didn’t really impact me. The pool & pool floaty provided could have done with a clean but I still had amazing swims in my private pool

The property is older and the bathroom shower head does not function as it should but it’s quirky and it all works. I loved it 😍

The rooms were a lot smaller than we thought. Also from the pictures it looked to us that there was a bigger communal pool to hang out. But there wasn’t. Our pool was small and always out of the sun. We moved and needed to find another accommodation

Que al contratar 3 villas solo nos dieran un desayuno . Cuando todas valen lo mismo pero solo entraba uno Al igual el desayuno incluso era un plato de fruta y dos bollerías tampoco merece la pena ese tipo de desayuno .

They did not have a restaurant nor any food nearby

The keys were in the door when we arrived but the door did not seem secure. I could have pushed through the lock. However, the outside villa door lock did not work that opened up to a very dark path at night. (they need path lights). The room was clean but below my expectations. There was only 2 receptacles to plug into, the filter on the filtered water was not stable so you could not use the filtered water that is suggested due to Bali Belly. There was only one above light which was extremely dull so it is hard to read anything. The pool did not appear as clean as the pictures. They have a good marketing team because the pictures were awesome but not as such in real time. Also, if you plan on using Grab or Taxi the location is very hard to find for them. The safety box in the room did not work either. I asked where the office was and it was at the entrance with men sitting under a shelter. Not professional at all. I travel out of the US 2-3 X a year and have never given a review like this.

Lovely pool bed and room, right next to the beach and such lovely staff and security. Super lenient with check out times if you ask.

It does need some updates on the facilities, the bathroom is a bit stain and the water pressure was very weak. Fine if you have a shower but it would probably take ages to fill up the bath. The safe also reset itself and changed the password to the default (assuming that it needed new batteries), same with the electronic water pump, would not work even if we charged it. The location as-well is good the only catch is you have to walk over the beach to get the best times for grab etc, only a 10 minute walk but otherwise it adds an extra 15, 20 minutes to the ride as cars and bikes can’t go on the beach.

The design is quite nice that it has a swimming pool and private yard

It’s about out of date and for the amount of money is not really worth the price. No breakfast include and have to walk abit to get food and drinks.

Lovely private villa, the pool didn’t get much sun however a short walk to echo beach with lots of restaurants and bars on the front for sunset.

Hard to find via car.

I didn't Liked any any thing there, means this is really very very bad, People are bad and shaddy stay was shady.

I already mentioned that this is my worst stay.

The property was close to the beach

The plumbing was terrible, everything was falling apart, needed huge amounts of renovation. The telephone wires came right down to the pool which was also green. Extremely over priced, when asked to cancel and have a refund I was denied this. Music from La brisa blaring until 3.30 am, do not stay here if you want a peaceful and relaxing stay

The location was very convenient as it was only a 3-5mins walk to La Brisa and Echo beach. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were so helpful!

On our first night there was a power outage which means we could not charge our devices after our flight and there was no water. However, the staff did provide free breakfast the next day.

There was 5-6 people constantly sitting down out the front that appeared to work there. No one was in Uniform and they were smoking and leaving rubbish there. Not a very welcoming vibe everytime you enter the hotel. Overall the villa and complex is very rundown and overgrown.

room was smelling bad, walls were dirty with splatters, floor dirty, toilet and bathroom dirty, bamboo pool wall almost falling, I guess it is intentionally left like this in order for tourists to pay and leave and rent the room again, looks like a scam. Didn’t feel safe as doors were not locking properly. Don’t get fooled by the pool pictures as we did

Dreckig , stinkig , veraltet!!!!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr untergekommen Dreckig , stinkig , veraltet. Keine Sicherheit , Türen und Schlösser alle kaputt , Safe steht einfach ohne Befestigung im Zimmer jeder kann den mitnehmen wehren der Abwesenheit . Wir sind am ersten Tag ausgezogen ohne Geld zurück zu bekommen.

The WiFi does not work and when asked if it can get fixed they came and just said that’s all they have.

Сняли данную виллу с подругой и очень, очень сильно пожалели. (Не вилла а точнее будет избушка) Первое: Стаф ворует! У меня с чемодана украли 200 долларов, пришлось хранить деньги там, ведь сейф не работает, думаю, это сделано намеренно . Наша ошибка была, арендовать ее так как сделали это посмотрев красивые фотографии которые не соответствуют реальности абсолютно. Вилла очень старая( запах сырости, постельное старое и сырое, серого цвета, сам домик грязный, запах сырости неприятный, все наши вещи заразились им. света нет ни во дворе, ни на территории. Когда темнело было страшно возвращаться. И так же очень плохое освещение внутри, выключатели не работали, розетки 2, одна из которых сломана.Тропический душ это отдельная тема, во время дождей у нас там затапливало, вода попадала внутрь вместе с мусором, душ принять невозможно, а умыться и сходить в туалет было максимально дискомфортно. Так же повелись на локацию, но это оказалось ловушкой. Дорога которая ведет к этому домику- и доехать до кафешек и основных локаций было долго и иногда байки отказывали вовсе. В общем, это очень сильно подпортило нам отдых, что хотелось плакать. Не соответствует сумме вообще. Поэтому отмена невозможна и со штрафом, ведь мы хотели это сделать как только заселились в нее, сама хозяйка отвечает редко и как автоответчик, на контакт не идет.

Great proximity to the beach, quiet area, private pool.

Good for couples, not so for small families , but doable.

Absolutely nothing, I haven’t even put a step on the room, it was the worst hotel I’ve ever saw. Dirty, poor forniture, an absolut SCAM. The hotel did not match what was advertised in the photos Booking.com: mold on the walls, very poor forniture, really low quality standards . They were not keen to refound me even If I haven’t checked in. This place should be reported. Disgusting. They ruined my day.

Staff was always very helpful the villa its very close to the beach , room was spacious and the outside bathroom lovely .. always very clean and swimming pool was clean from staff every day

Okropny Smród moczu, jakby ktoś sikał na podłogę Brudno, łazienka syf i brud straszny… zasłony brudne Jaszczurki biegają po ścianach w środku pokoju I chyba myszy bo jak rano wstaliśmy to wszędzie było pełno bubek nasranych Domek z potencjałem ale syf i smród i bez pomysłu Nie polecam

Unfortunately when we arrived the room smelled strongly of damp it look unclean the bathroom flooded when it rained the people didn’t understand any English so made communication difficult we had to move accommodation in the end (booking.com have tried to contact the property but they don’t answer)

Dès mon arrivée, j’ai constaté que le logement ne correspondait absolument pas aux photos ni à la description de l’annonce. L’appartement est dans un état très dégradé et présente de nombreux problèmes sérieux : • La porte du logement est en mauvais état et se ferme mal • La porte principale de la villa ne se ferme pas, ce qui crée un réel problème de sécurité • Le couloir menant à la villa n’est pas éclairé du tout : j’ai failli tomber de nuit, ce qui est dangereux • L’endroit est extrêmement bruyant, on entend toutes les nuisances nocturnes de Canggu • Je ne me suis absolument pas sentie en sécurité pour dormir sur place Concernant l’état du logement : • Odeur forte de moisissure • Moisissure visible dans plusieurs coins • Très peu de prises électriques, toutes en mauvais état et potentiellement dangereuses • Le lit à baldaquin est cassé • Les garnitures de rideaux sont cassées • Les draps sont troués • De l’eau stagnante reste dans la douche après la pluie, ce qui attire de nombreux insectes Le logement est ancien, mal entretenu, nécessite clairement des rénovations et ne justifie absolument pas le prix demandé. L’ensemble donne un sentiment d’insalubrité et de danger. Il est, selon moi, totalement trompeur par rapport à l’annonce. Face à cette situation, il m’a été impossible de rester plus longtemps. J’ai déjà quitté le logement et dû réserver un autre hébergement en urgence.

Ce n’est pas une villa comme annoncée et que les photos laissent supposer. Il s’agit en fait d’une petite chambre de 25 m2 avec une salle de bain en plein air de 20 m2 et d’une petite piscine privative. Rien à voir avec la villa de 100m2 annoncée. État des menuiseries vétuste, habillage de bois complètement bouffé par endroit, porte ne fermant pas…

Only good thing about that place is the Villa staffs that are working there. Who’s honest & tried to help with whatever they could to make my family & I feel comfortable. Mr Andre, drove us around for free as he felt bad for us. Kudos to the Villa staff.

Bookings were not as per seen in photos. Contacted the owner regarding it , just brush us off. Didnt even tried to accommodate to us. No other options were even provided. Pool has poor lighting. Toilets were kinda run down. Door locks were broken, couldnt even shut the door. Didnt sleep well. Booked for 3 nights but ended up checking out after 1 night. No refunds either.

Cleanliness and worth the extra money

Firm but comfy bed. Cute little studio villa in a quiet area. It’s a little bit tucked away from the rest of Canggu but easily walkable to restaurants and roads or taking a bike.

Wifi isn’t very strong at times

Location was good. Property was built in a good way but however not well maintained at all. It was very dirt with mold and grasses not trimmed. Swimming pool was dirty. Bath area was rusty . Only thing better was breakfast and coffee. Even though they replied to message on time but apart from that it felt like we were somehow giving them trouble by staying there. Even though we were only people staying in the entire property. There were trash and dirt everywhere outside around entrance area. Through our stay. We felt it could have been managed and taken care of .🫤

Many things we didnt like. It was not worth the money. With that amount of money you can get lot more better villa in. bali. It felt like a scam. And we always had to remind them about our breakfast which was included in our booking .

Great location, staff were great and the villa was perfect for solo or couple travellers. Walk to the beach every afternoon for sunset drinks at the convenient cafes and restaurants right on the beach.

If I had to be picky, the bathroom plumbing can do with some maintenance and the shower water pressure was quite poor but it didn’t worry me too much.
