Très très jolie villa Chaque pièce raconte une histoire avec ses couleurs C était très appaisant Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Le personnel est est disponible en cas de besoin Tout etait clair et simple On a eu un très bel accueil par la monsieur qui est d’une gentillesse …

Logement fonctionnel ; la piscine est très agréable. Les hôtes sont très accueillants.

Het is er heel mooi en groot. Mijn vrouw en kinderen hebben zich heerlijk kunnen vermaken in het prive zwembad. We waren van alles voorzien. Meer dan compleet ingericht. Een echte aanrader.

De locatie, gastvrijheid van de eigenaresse, hygiëne was top. Helemaal niets op aan te merken. We hebben hele leuke dagen gehad met mijn ouders en kinderen

Het is een zeer groot huis en heel schoon. Het zwembad viel het meest in de smaak (vooral bij onze kinderen), maar ook de wijk waar het huis in ligt is goed. Voor onze aankomst werden we opgewacht door de eigenaresse van het huis die gelijk een en ander heeft uitgelegd en de sleutels overhandigde. Dit was erg plezierig. Op de hoek van de straat zat een mimi market waar je in de ochtend een en ander kon halen voor het ontbijt. We hadden graag nog een nachtje langer gebleven.

De matrassen van 1 van de tweepersoonsbedden waren erg hard. Uiteindelijk hebben we van bed gewisseld met onze kinderen en die hadden nergens last van. Dit is dus ook een kwestie van smaak.

Très belle maison, spacieuse, bien aménagée avec de nombreux espaces différents (2 salons, 1 coin télé, 2 espaces extérieurs près de la piscine etc)

Rien. Dommage qu‘il faisait trop froid pour utiliser la piscine car cela doit être extra quand les conditions météo le permettent!

The host was amazing, the villa was fantastic for the stay. Highly recommend it if you are looking to do the Ultra X Morocco race!

Maison magnifique très bien équipée. Grand confort, décoration très soignée. Parking privatif intérieur pour ceux qui ont loué une voiture. Tout est très beau. Grandes chambres. Que du bohneur. Un accueil très chaleureux.

The property is gorgeous and very clean. The host was very accommodating with us showing up a late. I recommend staying here.

Tout! Nous avons tout aimé! L'espace de cette villa, la propreté, le calme, la piscine sans oublier l'accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse des propriétaires. Nous sommes une famille de 5 et nous nous sommes offerts une parenthèse dans ce lieu. Je vous conseille fortement cet endroit près de toute commodité.

Quand on retrouve un bout d'Éden sur terre, y a-t-il quelque chose de négatif à dire?

Wir haben die Unterkunft sehr kurzfristig vor Ankunft in Ouarzazate reserviert. Entsprechend überrascht waren die Gastgeber, als plötzlich eine Gästegruppe vor der Türe stand. Sie hatten die Buchung wohl noch gar nicht gesehen. :-) Trotzdem haben sie uns gleich reingebeten und die Kinder durften sofort den Pool nutzen. Währenddessen wurden die Zimmer gerichtet. Sehr nette, zuvorkommende Gastgeber, 3 grosse Zimmer, 3 Aufenthaltsräume, 2 Bäder und die Küche (die wir nicht genutzt haben). Dazu ein schöner Aussenpool.

Die Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern waren fix eingestellt und liessen sich nicht weiter nach unten regeln (oder wir waren zu blöd dazu). Wir hätten es gerne ein paar Grad kühler gehabt. Ins Zentrum ist es zu Fuss ein Stückchen. Bei 40 Grad mit 2 Kindern haben wir darum jeweils das Taxi genommen. Das bekommt man aber schon für 20-30 Dirham.

The property is a short walk or taxi ride from Ouarzazate airport. We were met at the property and given a tour and keys. The host was very welcoming. From the house you could walk into the kasbah and town easily and there was a good little supermarket and ATM nearby.

It was so lovely to have a little swimming pool but the water was so cold when we stayed in February - understandable of course!

Villa Eden is a spacious house in a quiet area of Ouarzazate. Communication was good and it made an excellent base to explore the area.

One of the three bathrooms was actually a wet room by the side of the pool and not accessible from within the main house, the decoration was rather garish by European tastes, the boiler did not generate sufficient hot-water pressure and the lady managing the property became quite insistent on being given a 10 rating at checkout which was a shame as she had been very helpful and pleasant to deal with throughout our stay.

The size and beauty of the accommodation is astonishing, the amount of rooms (including multiple living rooms) and the amount of space outside next to the pool were quite surprising. The communication with the host was carried out smoothly through whatsapp. Would definitely recommend!

Very clean, spacious and nice host!

Villa was clean in good location not far from centre all amenities near by Aisha was friendly and attentive any problem we sent a message within 5 minutes she was there.

Around the pool the space was a bit restricted

A palace , we felt like Royalty from the moment we were greeted with so much affection. Villa Eden is so beautiful , colourful and so authentically Moroccan with attention to every detail and we were amazed by the garden and the size of the pool , why stay at a Rhiad when you can bring your friends and family , cook , drink and socialise in your own private Rhiad . Surrounded by shops ( there is an off licence if you walk along the main road into the town ) Fantastic restaurants and takeaways To mention the wonderful owners, they were so helpful and sorted a taxi/tour guide . Directed us to a printing shop ( boarding passes ) , nothing is too much trouble I wish I could keep this place a secret

It’s perfect in every way

Very large and beautiful, with private pool. Highly recommend. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Three bedrooms, can sleep up to 7 people.

This is a large villa decorated in traditional Moroccan style. There were 5 of us and still plenty of room for more. Alia was very helpful in showing us around when we arrived. It is not in the centre of ourzazate but is a great base if you have a car and the pool was a lovely bonus.

Great location with a lovely private garden and nice clean pool and barbecue area. A very spacious property with plenty of different spaces suitable for a large family or group of people. The hosts were very friendly and helpful especially Alia who was so welcoming to us. I would definitely recommend a stay in this delightful villa.

Kind, attentive hosts. Clean, colourful rooms and a huge space for the value. Pool, laundry, kitchen all made this a perfect place for a group to stay.

Spectacular house, recently renovated in best Moroccan traditions. Walking distance to centre of Ouarzazate, airport nearby. Posh neighbourhood. Amenities and house itself - as advertised: gorgeous rooms, private pool, yard with garden, private parking.

Stay was too short.

Very comfortable and clean. The house and outside area were beautiful and the kitchen well stocked! It was close to lot's of shops and a supermarket.

Fantastic size, location and facilities. Very spacious and comfortable. We went in Feb so the pool water temperature was a little cool for us to use, but looked great and the outside area was lovely. Shops a short distance away, and a convenience store for essentials on the same road, also very close to the airport. Went with family, they all loved it!

Well located, total privacy. Was able to prepare own meals and do laundry, a real oasis! However, we over looked the fact that they had no services available at the Villa at the time of booking and it should be highlighted.

My wife slipped on very slippery pool deck and hurt herself and was told by owner that she should have worn shoes. Also when I paid my €4 tax with a €5 note tge owner hesitated to even offer me change, weird reaction

Everything is good.

The host made our stay so special - from greeting us on our arrival to seeing us off on departure, they were so attentive and helpful. When one of us felt unwell the host even attended the pharmacy to purchase medication which was so kind of them. The villa exceeded our expectations - some much space and the pool was invaluable in the 30+ degree heat! The location was excellent and everyone we encountered in the neighbourhood were so friendly. We would not hesitate to recommend the villa and especially the hosts who even bought bought a beautiful Eid gift for my daughter. 10/10 to Villa Eden!

Beautiful villa with big swimming pool. Three lounges and kitchen downstairs, bedrooms upstairs. Few cafes around to get breakfast, short taxi ride to the centre, flat rate 5 DHS per person. Hammam in walking distance.

The property gives you a real feel of Morocco. It has all the facilities you’ll need. Everything is clean and presentation was exceptional. Location of the property is great too, main road is a 5-10 minute walk with great food around. The owners are a great example of Moroccan hospitality, they were very helpful and took care of us from start to finish. I definitely recommend this property to anyone who is going to stay in ouarzazate.

I liked everything.

This house was amazing. We stayed with our family of five. We had prepared the children that perhaps not everything would be as the pictures promised to be, but it really had 3 large living rooms, a wonderful private pool, and large bedrooms. It is an exceptional house. The hosts were friendly and we were waiting for us to hand the keys and show the house, and came to say goodbye. The house is in a residential area. A car is required to go to the sites of Ouarzazate. The car can be parked inside the garden.

This Villa is exceptional and by far the best place I have stayed at in all my years of travel. The Villa is perfect for a family of 4 and the children took advantage of the pool.

I wish we could stay there longer but the Villa was fully booked which isn’t surprising given how good the place is.

So many wonderful things to say. FOUR storeys. THREE sumptuous traditional Moroccan living rooms! Master bedroom fit for a queen. House is inside a walled courtyard with beautiful tropical garden and pool. Patio looks out onto garden. Quiet residential street, so quiet we hardly heard the muezzin in the morning. Good laundry facilities. Host attentive and refreshed the linen each day. House earns a Cosiness Pie, our highest rating!

It's difficult to think of downsides, but we'll try. There's no A/C in the master bedroom, but we found we didn't need it. By leaving open the door to the upstairs terrace in the day, hot air escapes naturally. Cool air settles into living and sleeping areas. (There is A/C in another bedroom for those who require it anyway.)
