Très belle maison avec un équipement au top, les chambres avec salle de bain et toilettes sont spacieuses et bien décorées, et dotées d'immenses terrasses avec vue sur l'océan . vous sortez de la maison pour accéder immédiatement à la plage avec un panorama de carte postale : une maison de rêve. Les propriétaires, très accueillants et soucieux de notre bien être , ont fait le déplacement pour nous prodiguer informations et conseils ... vraiment le top . exceptionnel!

Nous avons passé un séjour familial exceptionnel de 30 jours à la Villa Ximun, à Roche Noire, Île Maurice. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, parfaitement équipée et pensée dans les moindres détails pour un confort absolu. Chaque chambre dispose de sa propre salle de bain, tout est d’une propreté irréprochable, et la cuisine est entièrement équipée — parfaite pour préparer de délicieux repas en famille. L’extérieur est tout aussi agréable, avec des chaises longues, parasols et kayaks à disposition, pour profiter pleinement de la plage privée située à seulement quelques pas. La plage et la mer sont tout simplement magnifiques, calmes et paradisiaques. Un grand merci à notre hôte, Françoise, toujours disponible, attentive et bienveillante tout au long de notre séjour. Le quartier est paisible, avec des voisins discrets et respectueux — un vrai havre de paix. La Villa Ximun mérite un 10++++ ! Merci du fond du cœur. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Big and comfortable! Close to the beautiful beach!

It is an amazing place, next to a private beach. the kids loved it. it is a great place to snorkel.

Great property, in a nice gated compound of private villas, with it.s own little private beach. Comfortable beds and nice terrace with birds visiting all the time. Silent and peaceful.

Very high humidity within the house, due to beach proximity most probably. Not a fault, but a little inconvenient.

- The property was spacious, clean, well maintained and well designed - The location is peaceful and away from busy traffic - The coved beach is clean and nearly exclusive to residents - Sebastian, the co-Owner, was helpful and kind (our request to leave later than the stated time was granted - merci Sebastian)

The sea is not the best for competent swimmers, but looks safe for children. We drove to Pereybere and Choisy (about 35 min away) to swim.

Very comfortable house, perfectly equipped kitchen, quit air conditioning and cosy private beach.

The place was comfortable Loved everything . Each room had its own bathroom.. beach just a few steps away..perfect. also we we allowed to stay few hours extra because we made a mistake with our flights...perfect hosts...highly recommended ..🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟..

Cleaner came round more often than was originally stated and hoovered around long before check out time

The location is excellent, a couple of meters form a private beach (very shallow lagoon, great for the kids), it's ver peacful and relaxing. The house is equipped with everything you need, also, a supermarket and a bakery is closeby. The owner is very responsive and kind. Higly recommended for families wiht small kids.

We live in Mauritius for 9 years and this is the best rental place we visited as a familly. The beach is marvelous and 10 meters away from your door (the villa is in second line but still have sea view from 2nd and third floor). 3 en-suite sleeping rooms, 2 large terrasse, a small garden, a large kayak, water filter, logia, very quiet (no dog barking which is rare in Mauritius), solid internet, full kitchen, smiling maid comes in week days, parking for the car, everything clean and in good condition, really the host is taking care of everything and I am glad to reward with a 10. We'll definitely come back !
