3 Bedroom Family Pool Villa Flic-en-Flac Beach

Spacious bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Bright place.

The outdoor furniture - chair seat covers are a bit worn out and may need replacement. However, the host brought us a new wide outdoor table.

Chris (the host) stayed in communication with us and was already there when we arrived at the villa to welcome us and he is great and did an excellent job. The villa is 10/10 because it has everything you would possibly need, the amount of rooms and amenities is ideal for 7-8 people and the view that you get when the sun sets is the cherry on top. Will surely go there again and recommend the villa to my family and friends.

everything, it was perfect

Clean property. Kitchen has an oven, microwave, fridge and all the basic necessities. All rooms have a bathroom and air conditioning. Wifi and television available As well as washing machine and place to dry clothes.

It was a pleasure to stay to the villa very clean and comfortable,we had a good weekend highly recommended 👌 the guy who was there was very kind to us.Will come back soon😊

Durch den sehr netten Gastgeber konnten wir unser Quartier bereits beziehen. Auch bei der Abreise am nächsten Tag konnten wir uns Zeit lasden.

Die Unterkunft bietet ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen in 3 Doppelzimmern mit eigenem Bad. Der Wohnbereich bzw. die Küche waren jedoch in keinem guten Zustand. Der Ofen sowie der Wasserkocher war total verschmutzt, die Dunstabzugshaube war klebrig und fettig, die Bestecke waren schmutzig, in der Spüle staute sich der Abfluss, in allen Bädern war der Wasserabfluss nicht gewährleistet. Die Gasflasche war leer. Hinter dem Haus stapelten sich Müll wie alte, schmutzige Reinigungsgeräte, ein dreckiger Grill usw..In einzelnen Bädern gab es nur heißes Wasser, der Ventilator im Wohnzimmer war total verschmutzt. Am Abend konnten wir einige Kakerlaken in den Zimmern beobachten, obwohl wir die Fenster geschlossen hielten. Die gute Beurteilung der Wohnung steht im krassen Gegensatz zum vorgefundenen Zustand.

Very clean and cozy

Kevin was the greatest host and we had a great time! The house has everything you need and allows for a great sunset view. Also, the area is really quiet.

The way to the beach and/or the next supermarket is rather long (15 minutes).

Als wir den Schlüssel bekommen hatten und der Hausverwalter weg war, haben wir mit den Kindern das Haus genauer angeschaut.. Es war dermaßen dreckig, dass ich die guten Bewertungen absolut nicht verstehen kann . Es wirkte auf uns, so, als hätten die Personen vor uns das Haus gerade erst verlassen, als wir kamen . Der Boden war übersät von lauter Haaren , in den Badezimmern waren Reste von Zahnpasta an der Wand und aufgerissene Seifenstücke…von den Toiletten gar nicht zu sprechen. Auf der angeblich frisch gewaschenen Bettwäsche befanden sich Fettflecken. Da es schon spät am Tag war und wir keine andere Möglichkeit hatten, haben wir die eine Nacht ausgehalten .. die Kinder haben wir möglichst nicht versucht auf dem Boden spielen zu lassen. Es war rund um einfach nur eklig und sind am nächsten Morgen so schnell wie möglich aus dem Apartment ausgezogen.

Can get quite hot in the living room. Very close to neighbours. Limited privacy.

Great location in quite area, great to spend time with family. Mr Georges was extremely welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.

Location is far from the center if you travel without a car.

The apartment was spacious and very clean with a beautiful view and , the furniture was modern and in good condition.

All bedrooms had AC and a clean bathroom Well equipped kitchen

Our stay in the apartment was excellent, everything as expected. Very efficient communication with the owner. Mrs. Dolores was very helpful and very nice! We highly recommend!

A new well equipped villa with pleasant rooms with attached bathroom and toilet. There are also two shared toilets. It's very convenient for all. The villa seemed homely. We've spent a very nice time there, and everyone enjoyed the cozy environment.

Internet connection was a bit out of range for 1st and 2nd floor. Can still improve.

very cleaned, great condition, very luxury best place we have ever been. Air-con temp is very good and bed are comfortable. all bedroom have its own bath. I loved my stay at this place and I recommend it to anyone. You will love it and its a good environment, The staff is also lovely, friendly and very kind, we have got all the support we needed and we felt special and valued customers.

The Villa was large and well appointed. Owners are very proactive. Off-street parking, great air-conditioning and clean splash pool.

Cleanliness is a big issue. Overall ok but needs better attention to cleaning. Builders rubble and junk in outdoor space a big issue as well. I am confident that the owners will change their managing agents as they let the owner down.
