Great location with beautiful views. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was quite comfortable.

The bathroom created some challenges. The shower is in a “wet room” along with laundry and a sink. The floor floods when you shower which makes other use of the room challenging. The toilet room downstairs is quite small. With just two of us staying it worked out okay, but if all beds were full I think would be difficult.

Location

Geen verduistering in de kinderslaapkamers en de gordijnen in de master bedroom waren voor ons te dun. Ook het bed in de master bedroom schudden veel, maar was wel comfortabel.

Wat een prachtig huis. Het was nog mooier dan we vooraf hadden verwacht. Toilet en badkamer waren wat kleiner maar dat vonden wij geen probleem. Super goed uitgeruste keuken. Op 10 minuutjes rijden van centrum Voss. Prachtige tuin. Eigenaar reageert super snel op vragen.

Het uitzicht vanuit het huis en vanaf de veranda was geweldig! Het huis ligt idyllisch en direct aan het meer; we mochten de boot van de eigenaar lenen om het meer op te gaan om te vissen en zwemmen (aan de overkant). Er is een supermarkt dichtbij (20 min lopen of een paar minuten met de auto). De eigenaar was heel aardig en behulpzaam.

De badkamer: de wastafel was te klein om bij te wassen en de douche had geen douchegordijn of afscheiding waardoor alles nat werd. Het toilet: de ruimte was zo klein dat je schuin op het toilet moest zitten. De eigenaar heeft laten weten dat de badkamer volgend jaar gerenoveerd wordt; dat lijkt een super verbetering!

Stort och rent boende. Sköna sängar. Trevligt läge vid sjö. Jättetrevlig och hjälpsam värd. Vi fick låna en eka.

The location was perfect for us, as we love nature and the countryside. The views from the windows over the lake and mountains were stunning, and the small forest path next to the house was wonderfully cosy — ideal for walks with children as well. It was within a comfortable driving distance of many beautiful outdoor destinations in Norway.

Douche water loopt onder de wasmachine, WC is erg krap

Gorgeous location overlooking the lake, and deceptively large house. The owner Svein was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We had heavy snow overnight before our 6am departure. At 5.30am Svein and the local farmer were up clearing the snow from the road up the hill ready for us, lovely kind people..

The shower room is small with a washing machine in it, but it was actually better than i expected after reading previous reviews.

The location is convenient to the center of Voss, ski area and train station. The beds were comfortable, and we had a very good time there.

The bathroom with the toilet is small.

Obiekt w pełni spełnił oczekiwania, czyściutko, komfortowo z pięknym widokiem. Bardzo dobry kontakt , 100% prywatności - zdecydowanie polecam !

- fantastische en rustige ligging aan een meer en net buiten voss maar ook - heel veel ruimte voor 4 personen - appartement is heel goed uitgerust (alles aanwezig)

- de douche zou wel anders opgezet mogen worden. Nu douche je in de badkamer.

Fijn vakantiehuis op mooie locatie. Goed uitgerust.

Toilet is erg krap vanwege een kastje voor je knieën.

Het prachtig uitzicht over het meer als je buiten zit.

Donker in de woonkamer en weinig licht. Jammer dat aan kant van het meer geen groot raam zit. De badkamer is aan modernisering toe, nu amper een badkamer te noemen.

Het mooie uitzicht op het meer en de bergen. Vriendelijke eigenaar. Extra ruimte in de kelder die mooi ingericht is en lekker koel. Supermarkt vlakbij

I really liked this house. It was clean and very good location.

Very nice place, clean with plenty of space. Car needed as situated a bit 'off track'. 5 min by car to all facilities, shops etc. Ski resorts within reach. Very helpful host. Besutiful lake view. Two living rooms - we used one for setting up a small Christmas house concert 🎅

Small toilet, simple bathroom - but clean and functional.

The house is by the lake and the scenery was fantastic. The house is comfortable and well equipped. Its spacious. The owner is very kind and solve the wifi problem promptly. Svein also allowed us a late check out which was kind.

The multi-level villa was cozy, warm, nicely decorated and very clean. It was also well equipped and we used the kitchen to cook dinner every night. The views from the terrace and from the garden over the lake are breathtaking. Do not forget to go down to the basement from the internal stairs to enjoy the lake from ground level view. I would like to stay here again next time I visit Voss.

The path to the villa is a one lane narrow gravels side road from the main road, a short ride for a couple of minutes, but Hey.. This is Norway! :)

Amazing location by the lake and within easy reach of so many places of interest. Generous sized cottage with lovely views and ample bedrooms. The cottage was spotless and very comfortable. The lake is out the back door and perfect for a quick dip. The host was responsive and friendly. The washing machine was a bonus. Firewood appeared promptly (thank you to the host's lovely parents) when requested.

Perhaps a stock of filter coffee in the cupboard. Welcome snacks might be nice. But no problems as the supermarket is nearby.

The location of this property is absolutely amazing. To wake up looking at the lake is wonderful. We had awful weather, but it didn’t matter - we just kept taking in the scenery from every room. There is also a lot of space in the house, it’s very comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen. We met Svein briefly who was very nice.

If you aren’t steady on your feet or have small children, the different levels of the house are quite challenging (the toilet is not on the same floor as the bedrooms).

Property is in a very good location and outside view is so good.

Nothing to say much. If i need to tell something bathroom space is very small and other 2 rooms don’t have heater.

Clean house, nice location

The view was unbelievable. Even prettier than the pictures. The house was very comfortable for my mother and I. We stayed with the two of us, which was also nice to have more than enough space, but small enough rooms to feel cosy and all. Thank you Svein for sharing this beautiful place!

If we really have to say something: Not much space for your legs in the toilet. But enough for us! (173 and 177 cm tall)

Amazing view, well sized house with decent kitchen

Very minor suggestion - Put Netflix or something for the tv - good for times when it’s raining and can’t go outside
