A beautiful place where you can truly relax. The villa was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the whole area was peaceful and lovely. The view, the proximity to the sea, and the atmosphere made our stay really special. The owners were very kind and helpful. We felt very comfortable here and would have happily stayed longer. Gute Lage

Unterkunft in die Jahre gekommen

Wunderschöne Villa direkt am Meer. Großer, schöner Steinpool mit Wasserfall und jakuzzi Funktion. Sao ist wirklich jederzeit erreichbar bei Fragen und Anliegen. Unsere Ankunft war durch Flugverspätungen später als vereinbart - wir wurden trotz der späten Uhrzeit herzlich willkommen geheißen und der Transfer zur Villa vorab perfekt organisiert. Das Pool und das Haus sowie der Strandabschnitt wurden täglich gereinigt. Es werden sogar die Kokospalmen am Strand gepflegt damit keine Nüsse oder trockene Blätter im Wind herunter fallen können.

Das Meer vor der Tür ist sehr seicht, am Vormittag ist Ebbe. Wenn man ein paar Meter weiter geht (nach der künstlichen Mole) wird es etwas tiefer.

Very friendly host, villa was very clean and beautiful. The housekeeping staff was nice and came everyday. Nice pool and private location.

La habitación que daba al pasillo era imposible dormir debido al ruido de las máquinas de aire acondicionado.

Für uns (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kid’s) war es eine Top-Lage aber weiter weg vom Getümmel (aber Fussläufig erreichbar). Die Größe und der Pool waren spitze - Mitarbeiter und Chefin sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren 10 Tage dort - die letzten 4 Tage war die EBBE unter tags so massiv, dass es einer Mondlandschaft ähnelte. Wir haben aber Ausflüge gemacht und waren auf anderen Strandabschnitten baden oder im Pool ;-).

Gab nix, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

The villa exceeded all of our expectations. The place was huge and the pool was incredible. We were in it multiple times per day. It was so refreshing spending time in it. The villa was super private and was cleaned thoroughly everyday. Sao was an excellent host who was an excellent communicator before we even arrived, arranging a car to pick us up from the airport. She was then at the villa when we arrived and provided a smooth quick check-in even though we arrived early and provided us with so much information about things to do around Koh Samui.

Everything was perfect.

I loved the location and how big the space is. The property is on the beach close to the Lamai shopping strip. Close to cafes and food. The pool is super big and private..couldn’t believe we had all that space and pool to ourselves

Extrem freundliche Mitarbeiter,wir durften bis zum Check-in in einer anderen Villa die Zeit überbrücken.Wahnsinnig hilfsbereit und es war ihnen sichtlich unangenehm,dass wir nach einer Nacht ein anderes Hotel suchten. Sie boten uns eine Villa mit direktem Meerblick an,was wir abgelehnt haben,weil es für uns so garnichts gepasst hat.

Der Strand ist wohl direkt vor der Haustür,aber definitiv kein Badestrand-und deswegen haben wir ja die Villa unter anderem gebucht. Die Villa mit 1 Schlafzimmer ist laut Beschreibung 142 qm gross,was nie und nimmer stimmen kann,selbst wenn man den Pool und den Garten dazu rechnet.Das Zimmer selber ist keine 30 qm und das ist ein riesiger Unterschied.Das Lage ist nicht ganz zentral,aber das wussten wir. Der Standard und die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist gemessen am Preis eher im unteren Bereich.Im ganzen Badezimmer gab es keine Aufhängemöglichkeit für Bade-oder Handtücher,oder sonst etwas.

Wir wurden direkt beim Flughafen abgeholt und herzlich willkommen geheißen. Obwohl wir vor dem möglichen Check-In dort waren, haben wir vor Ort warten dürfen und es uns gemütlich gemacht mit Pool und Blick aufs Meer :) Eine Sehr nette Familie

The villa is in great location… here is quite area but just 30sec to the “clean “beach… it’s sad but some resorts not cleaning beach and there is not nice😔 but here is cleaning every day… absolutely love are… Same from the villa is only 2-3 minutes to the first restaurant… we love it

The water-view villa was such a great experience, in front of the sea, with very little amount of people staying at the beach. The pool was amazing too. The house is big and nice, it would need a bit of renovation here and there. The staff are amazing, very kind and thoughtful. We got fresh towels daily both for shower and pool.

Nothing else to add outside the fact that the house is poorly isolated so in the evening you can hear people coming and going and talking like they are sharing the same room with you. Depending on your luck

The location was good for access to Lamai about a 20 min walk and right on a beach. The staff were very good and responded to any queries or requests very quickly

It is very dated and worn down. There was lots of mould in bathroom and pool area. The whole place needs a deep clean not just daily spruce. The bath was not fixed in place and again was very run down. The shower didn’t drain, the sink tap was loose. The WiFi was not working for our villa and we had to connect to the next villas.

Top Lage! Absoluter Wahnsinn! Alles sehr schön gemacht und sauber! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben sich um jedes Anliegen sofort gekümmert und umgesetzt. Der Pool und die Terrasse sind ebenfalls perfekt! Nur zum empfehlen!

Понравилось все. Отличная территория. Освежающий бассейн. Все очень комфортно и уютно. Рядом магазины, рестораны и прокат мопедов. Хозяйка встретила, все показала и рассказала. Даже прислала нам в следующий отель забытые вещи. 🫀

На одном из проводов светильника висели накладные ресницы, после уборки они никуда не делись. На вилле было так уютно, что не хотелось никуда уходить.

Two bedroom beachfront pool villa is gorgeous. Very private and just outside of the busy central Lamai. Stunning view and walkable to restaurants. Beach access just outside your front door.

Hele fijne accomadatie. Ligt aan de hoofdstraat. Geen last van geluid van de weg. Heel fijn dat je snel overal bent door de hoofdweg voor de deur. 10+++ punten voor de aardige host; Sao. Heel fijn verblijf gehad en zeker een aanrader! Mooi prive stand en 24/7 bewaking. Aanrader!!!

It was very well appointed with plugs, including usb points were everywhere. The bedrooms very a very good size, lovely bathrooms.

There wasn’t much to dislike. The only comment would be the sofa could have some cushions and the dining table and chairs are outdoor furniture, not that we used it much! Might be worth asking guests to change the languages on their Netflix etc back to English or log out! It was a struggle to work out the German

Perfecte locatie in de buurt van supermarkten en diverse winkels. Dicht bij het centrum van Lamai 10 minuten lopen over het strand. Dicht bij alles maar toch in een oase van rust. Fantastische service vanuit de accommodatie. Alles wat je nodig hebt wordt binnen een mum van tijd geregeld van tours tot vervoer. 24 uur beveiliging aanwezig. Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug.

No direct Stairs to the beach, but no Problem as only few Meters around the House to get there.

De villa ligt prachtig direct aan het strand. Het is een rustig stuk strand met mooie wuivende palmbomen. Het huis heeft een heerlijk zwembad en ruime slaapkamers en badkamers. Het heeft een groot privé-parkeerterrein en 24/7 security guard. In de directe omgeving zijn een aantal leuke restaurantjes en een 7-eleven. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf!

De keuken miste wat basisbenodigdheden zoals verschillende maten schalen, broodmes, theedoek etc. De deuren van de wc/douche kunnen niet van binnen gesloten worden doordat het mechanisme verkeerd om geplaatst is. Echter waren dit voor ons geen grote onoverkomelijkheden.

Sehr schön direkt am Meer gelegen. Ruhig, aber der belebte Strand ist nur 10 Minuten Strandspaziergang entfernt. Tägliche Zimmer- und Poolreinigung und frische Bettwäsche. Sehr nettes Personal und Sao war immer sehr hilfsbereit und für uns erreichbar. Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa sehr genossen.

Prachtige villa met eigen zwembad aan rustig strand weg van de massa en via paar minuten lopen op strand dichtbij voorzieningen. Aardig personeel en behulpzame meneer bij de slagboom.

Tutto! La villa è meravigliosa, ti viene voglia di averne una uguale per viverci. Esci di casa a piedi scalzi e puoi andare in spiaggia, la notte è bellissimo ed è una zona totalmente tranquilla, in cui senti solo le onde nel mare, il vento e gli uccellini. Eppure puoi arrivare a piedi in posti in cui mangiare e nella via dove passeggiare la sera. È comunque meglio affittare uno scooter, anche per raggiungere le spiagge. La padrona di casa è eccezionale, ci ha aiutato in tantissime occasioni ed è veloce e super efficiente. Il "giardino" della casa, con la piscina, è fantastico, la piscina è pulita (c è solo qualche foglia inevitabilmente, perché si è circondati dalla natura), l'acqua fresca ma non fredda. Il letto e i cuscini sono comodissimi, la doccia è grande. Tutto è pulito e viene pulito ogni giorno, anche gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni giorno e vengono lasciate due bottiglie d'acqua ogni giorno e due capsule per la macchinetta del caffè.

This was one of the most beautiful places on our journey. The pool, the view, located very well to reach everything in minutes and still have a quiet relaxing oasis for our own. Very well equipped and extraordinary clean, we will come back!

Very spacious and well planned villa. Good quiet location with easily reachable restaurants and Lamai center, First line near the nice clean beach. Nice clean pool.

Villa needs little bit attention. Some walls needs painting. Spacious kitchen, but only 3 plates, few glasses and no kitchen utensils.

Very clean. Very accessible. Fantastic beach sat right infront that not too many tourists flood. Multiple locations to relax indoors and outdoors. Sao was incredible with everything that we asked for . Sao brought us birthday cake to celebrate and we ordered many massages to the room.

So many mosquitos outside at night, maybe an extra net by the pool lounge, lol cover or something might make sitting outside more enjoyable

Sao, caretaker of the villa is the best host. She is very helpful and good in ensuring we all had a pleasant stay at the villa. She even help us bring our water shoes to the tour Center because we left it at villa before the start of tour

We choose not to stay at the property when arrived. And we have booked another place. Reasons are simple: nobody was there at arrival. No services. The place was just ugly, and not clean enough for our standard.

Almost everything at the property

The property had everything you could need and Sao and the security guards were one of the best things about it too, they really go the extra mile. I had my birthday whilst we were here and they did the room all nice with flowers on the bed and got me a cake. it absolutely made my day.

Outside of room was nice.Inside of hotel also comfortable. Bed’s curtain was also nice.From mosquito we could protect.It’s good hotel for second time honeymoon.

We stayed in the 3-bed villa (which is actually a 4-bed). The outside is almost perfect - stunning pool and location right on the beachfront could not be faulted (nb. the other 2 villas don't have sea views). Nice living area with smart TV and good aircon. Kitchen with decent size fridge, microwave, toaster, and stove top. Location generally good but a decent walk along the beach or road to the main town area with the main bars and restaurants - need to get a taxi. Some excellent local restaurants though and new 7Eleven opened just up the road. Lovely Sao - manager/owner? - delightful and very helpful locating taxis etc. Excellent cleaners. Showers nice hot water. The other villas don't have sea view. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay (suited us as family of 6 adults aged 22, 22, 60, 62, 65, 72) and would recommend but some improvements could be made for the money. It currently isn't 4 star accommodation - really paying for that stunning outside pool area and the seafront location. Wifi was excellent (although not working for the first 12-16 hours of our stay).

Improvements to outside would be to update the glass 'fence' (a bit dirty and doesn't let the breeze through) and to replace the sunbeds which are past their prime. Inside the bedrooms are okay but dated, beds are hard (common in Thailand though), aircon units need replacing in all bedroom as very noisy and keep switching off. then blasting cold air and then going warm and switching off again every 10 minutes, lighting in master bedroom very dark. Only 1 of the bedroom TVs worked and no real English speaking channels on that one so no TV other than in living area. There is no breakfast service (can have breakfast at sister hotel 5 mins drive away) - lovely Sao brought us croissants from the hotel one morning. Tea/coffee etc not replenished each day (although there is a very good coffee maker which uses coffee beans) and had to ask for washing up liquid and cloths. Can order lunch and dinner from hotel. If you want the bars and restaurants and to be in the thick of it then not a good choice (although this can be reached by taxi easily or for the young and fit along the beach) but if you want wonderful peace and quiet and your own stunning pool, then definitely consider - overall we loved it.
