Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Uns hat die Natur sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben es geliebt draußen zu sitzen und Besuch von den Rentieren zu bekommen. Die Villa ist so gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben viel Platz gehabt, um gemeinsam zu kochen und zu essen. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene. Es war wunderbar Abends noch in die Sauna gehen zu können. Man muss wissen, dass die Dusche im Raum vor der Sauna ist und dass es nur ein Miniwaschbecken fürs Zähneputzen,etc. in der Toilette gibt. Dort steht auch die Waschmaschine, also wenig Platz. Uns hat das alles nicht gestört. Wer aber diesbezüglich pingelig ist und ein großes Badezimmer benötigt, sollte eine andere Unterkunft wählen. Es ist rustikal, aber kuschelig und ein Wohlfühlort.
Uns hat alles gefallen.

Tehtiin itse loppu siivous ni huomattiin että kaikkia paikkoja ei ollut siivottu kunnolla.Mökki oli päällisin puolin kyllä siisti.Ei varmaa ole pölyjä pyyhitty vuosiin hankalimmista paikoista.esin ovien ja kaappien ylä puolet ,katot ,valaisimet tuuletus venttiilit.Siivottiin mitä pystyttiin, pestiin muutamat ikkunat.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Een prachtige en zeer ruime blokhut aan de rand van Luosto: heerlijke sauna, compleet en gezellig interieur en prima bedden/dekbedden. Goedwerkende open haard, bijzonder ruime en goede douche en nu in de kersttijd heel sfeervol versierd! Locatie is een droom: op 15-20 minuten lopen van het centrum van Luosto (vond het prettiger zo rustig ipv vorige keer bij de piste) en geen lichtvervuiling: ideale spotplaats voor het noorderlicht. Zeer prettig contact met de host: ze is heel enthousiast en reageert snel op vragen. Ondanks de kleine puntjes (zie hieronder) is de prijs-kwaliteit helemaal top!
De kleine verbeterpuntjes: deurklinken zitten op veel plaatsen best los en bij het linnenpakket zit maar 1 grote handdoek en een gastendoekje per persoon.. Wel is er een wasmachine in de wc om die te kunnen wassen (en wij hadden nog extra saunalakens meegenomen).

Reviewed Jan 16, 2026Su localización, las comodidades que te ofrece la casa son increíbles. Tiene todo tipo de menaje, leña, decoración... Hemos repetido y sin duda si volvemos, repetiremos de nuevo. Es un lugar de ensueño, tranquilo y cerca de la localidad de Luosto.

Reviewed Jan 16, 2026It was a great spot close enough to Rovaniemi and the Luosto centre, and far away enough to see the northern lights. We were able to see them from the backyard! The cottage seems out from a Christmas movie. I do suggest getting there by car (at least in winter) since it's a bit of a hike from public transport spots.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025Sujuva yhteydenotto, ystävällinen majoittaja. Hyvin mietitty tilat ja majoituksessa sopivasti tavaraa ja varustelua. Mukava, perinteinen suomalainen mökki, suosittelemme!
Siivousvälineet oli voinut olla paremmat. Esim. käsitiskiainetta ei ollut. Siisteys ok. Kuvittelimme, että uimapaikka olisi ollut jossain lähempänä, kun sitä esittelykuvissakin esiteltiin. Mutta sinne olikin reilusti matkaa, joten iltauinnit saunasta jäi toiseen reissuun 😊

Reviewed Feb 20, 2025What a beautiful cabin! We felt very fortunate to be able to stay in this sweet home - it has so many details that make it comfortable and cozy. The bedrooms are warm and inviting. The fireplace with log seats are perfect. Sauna divine. Kitchen has everything necessary for cooking. It was in a great location to access all the area provided - we went dog sledding, hiking etc. And saw northern lights from the cabin's parking area!
While wood was supplied, we could have used more and were unable to locate the key to the woodshed. And candles... we could have used more candles. Other than that, the only think we needed was more time to spend in this splendid retreat!

Reviewed Sep 12, 2024The cottage is absolutely perfect. The location was stunning. The design of the cottage was beautiful. The kitchen was fully equipped. The sauna worked perfectly. We liked this place very much. Will definitely come back. We recommend this place.
It's a little bit difficult for an adult to get to the floor as the ceiling above the stairs is low. But for kids no problem to get there.

We were family of six (5 adults and a child 3 years old) and all of us didnt want to leave.😊This place is for calm staying.. Warmly recomended!

Reviewed Jun 29, 2024The location is fabulous..so very peaceful! Communication was fast and plentiful, making the whole experience seamless. Beds are comfy and in abundance. The kitchen has everything you could need. The shower had plenty of hot water with strong pressure. The sauna a wonderful treat, as were the reindeer wandering past.
Nothing...would happily recommend it to family and friends.

Lighting was a little dark, which is just personal preference. Electricity a bit temperamental bit it only caused a problem once and was almost immediately fixed by our host! (Thank you 😊)

Reviewed Jan 22, 2024The house is cute and has a very nice sauna and comfortable beds and also offers sleds for the kids which we enjoyed.
Read the fine print! There is an extra fee of 22 euros per person for linens. There is also a cleaning fee of 65. You would expect that the kitchen would have been cleaner, but that is not the problem. The problem is that we are a family of 3 and they only left us 1 towel to share between the three of us! I messaged the host and got no reply until the next day! This was not pleasant! Then they only waived the linen fee for one person! Unacceptable! This was a bad experience for us.

Reviewed Sep 29, 2023A very beautiful ruska there. I enjoyed to be inside the cottage and outside of it aswell. Three day trip was great! House had everything i needed. Fireplace is nice, kitchen is comfortable, full of different cookware. A dining room was big, three bedrooms for choice. A cabin was clean, sauna was hot, grill spot was ready to use. 10/10
