Modern Villa in El Gouna (Private Pool & Garden.)

I liked the location, the pool and the garden.

It needed lots of maintenance, the showers weren’t working well, the hot water heater wasn’t running properly, the balcony nets were ripped, the door knobs were broken,WiFi was too slow and the doors weren’t locking.

We had everything we needed, from iron to dishwasher. The villa was so clean and even more beautiful then the photos, and also, kids friendly. We will come again!

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Nous avons passé des vacances extraordinaires dans cette superbe villa. Tout était parfaitement accessible, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus confortable et agréable. La villa est très grande, spacieuse, impeccablement propre et extrêmement bien équipée : rien ne manque, tout est pensé pour le bien-être et la détente. Les espaces sont lumineux, modernes et parfaitement entretenus, ce qui donne immédiatement une sensation de luxe et de sérénité. Un immense merci à Ahmed, qui a été tout simplement incroyable. Toujours disponible, réactif, à l’écoute et d’une grande gentillesse. Il répond à toutes les questions avec professionnalisme et est prêt à intervenir immédiatement au moindre souci, ce qui est très rassurant. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs inoubliables et une seule envie : revenir. Nous recommandons cette villa les yeux fermés !

The property is well located in South Marina compound. Ahmed and Joseph were really helpful when I contacted them with a few different requests. The pool is nice and well maintained throughout the day.

The property sleeps 6 but there wasn’t really enough crockery to service 6 people. We didn’t use the cooking facilities, but the oven was dirty and greasy. The house is tired, it could do with modernising in the bathrooms and repainting throughout. There are personal items about the place, such as photos on the fridge and in wardrobes. The wardrobe on the top floor had a relatively foul smell of body odour so we weren’t able to hang our clothes in there either. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it or stay there again, but I would say that Joseph and Ahmed were very helpful.

The place is beautiful, perfect for relaxing!

The place honestly is so nice, I would definitely book again! But if there is anything I would recommend looking into improving the place it’s maybe the water pressure and temperature control in the shower could be better, the shower door upstairs was a little tricky/ stiff.

The pool is amazing. Villa interior design is inspiring and calming. Rooftop lounge is private and perfect for chilling. Location is so close to the beach and lagoon.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. The private pool was crystal clear and wonderfully peaceful. Everything we needed was provided, from comfortable beds to a fully equipped kitchen. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made us feel truly welcome. We left completely relaxed and can’t wait to return!

Really amazing Villa

Everything was good ,nice and spacious double wardrobe in each room All rooms a good size Loved the en suite and extra 2 toilets with showers Living room is big with an open plan kitchen with utensils and a air fryer The pool was really good nice and big We enjoyed our 10 day stay The air conditioning in each room was good cooled the house down Location was brilliant not far from anywhere in elgouna Tuktuk available for a small fee We had our own rental car so was not needed as much The security to get to our place was a reassurance and safe Parking space right outside gate of the house The people there are so nice and welcoming and helpful Will definitely be back There was a black and white cat that would come every-night my daughter would feed the cat milk everyday All in all It was a good stay highly recommend

There was little ants everywhere in the bathrooms especially in the en suite sink after a few days there were bigger ants on floor it was annoying There were lots of bigger ants by the outside near the pool The house the detail is run down definitely needs a upgrade especially in the all the bathrooms Kitchen also would need a upgrade was a bit dated Pool was clean when pool guys came but they didn’t come everyday to clean it should be cleaned everyday We had to pay extra for housekeeping The first night we slept the bedding smelt musty they did change for free after we requested The Air conditioning in the middle room with the double bed was constantly leaking my son found that uncomfortable and annoying water droplets would fall on his head everytime he slept The cupboard in the top bedroom smelt it wasn’t nice and i had no choice but to hang my clothes up The kitchen sink had a leak a few days into the stay they came and repaired it straight away The curtain rails were really bad the top room rail completely fell off we had to put it back on downstairs living room curtain rail fell off as well we had to put it back on

Great host, unique location, very well equipped.

The villa is very clean and obviously newly renovated and furnished. There are air conditioners in all rooms as well as the reception and the dinning room. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with new appliances. There is a coffee machine (Delonghi Dedica), an air frier, a sandwich maker, small toaster, dish washer, a large fridge and of course a washing machine. The swimming pool is very nice and someone came to clean it every day. Large towels are provided for each room. The property manager, Joseph, is very helpful and very responsive. The location is great, and the marina is just a 10 minute walk. We would definitely rent this villa again.

There are no gardens at all and the swimming pool has never been cleaned, only before checkout maybe.

*The whole interior design: -The furnishing colors, the lights, the comforting height of the ceiling, the outdoor area,... it's really good as it's in the photos! *Every single detail was taken care of : -the cleaneess of the place, and the pool -There were variety of extra details like : books, welcoming sweets, board games, coffee machine cups, and even a first-aid box,... *The owners and everyone responsible there were nice, answering as soon as they could, and continously following up

-The oven and the refrigerator weren't working!! -The electric utilities there have a 3 outlet plugs, that don't fit those on the wall!

The villa was very clean en very beautiful

Incredibly safe, secure and secluded location half way between the marina and downtown, with ten minute walk on the level in either direction. The pool is immaculate, if a little chilly in January, and the overall space was sensational, inside and out. The premises are well equipped and nicely furnished, with some wonderful small homely touches and plenty of storage.

Unfortunately the bikes were not available as had been advertised, but we walked everywhere with ease so not the worst.

I won't say didn't like but these are just side notes. There was a lot of ants outside at the pool area. and also, the TV is so laggy and slow it stops now and then. Also, the roof wasn't really clean

Lovely super neat place, the location is on point literally 2 mins away from everything! Facilities and host assistance were amazing for everything we needed, they were one call away :)

Interior design and simplicity of the Villa. Location was perfect as I had an event to attend to which was only a 5 mins walk to, also short distance to the marina which is also walkable . Greet location. Well maintained and garden and backyard was beautiful and peaceful to chill.
