Замечательная вилла. Очень добрая и милая хозяйка Мария - помогала нам с организацией ужинов, с информацией по пляжам и всем другим объектам, организовала трансфер в аэропорт на комфортном минивэне. Было 2 комфортных спальни с кондиционерами, просторная гостиная и кухня со всем необходимым набором столовых принадлежностей, большая ванная комната. Бассейн чистый, хорошо освежал. На вилле живут забавные черепахи, издающие всякие смешные звуки. Мы кормили их морковкой. От виллы 5-10 минут до пляжа, рядом магазины с продовольствием и кафе, удобно добираться до других пляжей и локаций острова Маэ, недалеко до аэропорта.

Отличные чистые апартаменты. На кухне было все необходимое. Хозяева тщательно следят за чистотой в номерах и на территории. Никакой живности внутри апартаментов не было. В душе всегда была горячая вода. Замечательный чистый бассейн. Мария- прекрасная хозяйка, всегда спросит как дела и готова помочь при необходимости. Нам очень понравилось, будем на Сейшелах- обязательно вернёмся.

The owner resides on site and was very helpful. The pool is small but clean and an absolute must have. Wi-fi and air conditioning are both good. Some small convenience stores are near the beach for essential food and drinks because restaurants are outrageously expensive.

The property is more like 10 minutes walk to the beach and longer returning due to the uphill portion. This matters in 29C heat. The units are separate but close together and some reside there full time so you overhear your neighbours.

Good clean place, value for money in south mahe, wallablee to la moucche beach, and a decent drive to takamaka and the craft village. Food is expensive and limited options in south mahe as compared to options in North Mahe

The rooms were comfortable and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. it was conveniently located in Anse A La Mouche. The swimming pool was what sold us on Alha Villas.

Schönes, sauberes und großzügiges Appartment oberhalb der Anse a la Mouche. Zwei große Schlafzimmer und auch Wohnbereich, gut ausgestattete Küche, großer Kühlschrank, sauberes Bad. Maria ist eine nette Gastgeberin, die sich sehr um ihre Gäste kümmert. Gute Kommunikation. Wir würden wieder kommen. Super Ausgangslage, um die Strände der gesamten Westküste von Mahé zu bereisen, einer schöner als der andere.

Хорошее расположение, на вилле было все необходимое, магазин и пляж рядом. Вечерами было очень уютно, готовили ужин и наслаждались впечатлениями от отдыха. Вернулась бы !!!

Das Zimmer war groß, dass Badezimmer auch. Es wurde täglich geputzt und alle waren hilfsbereit. Wir konnten schon früh ins Zimmerund hatten direkt vor der Tür einen Parkplatz. Den Strand kann man fußläufig in ca 10 Minuten erreichen. Der Pool hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen.

Die kleinen Ameisen im Zimmer waren echt nervig und die Klimaanlage hat lange gebraucht. Allerdings hatten wir auch ein Außenzimmer mit großem Scheiben, da hat mittags lange die Sonne drauf gescheint. Vielleicht ist es bei den anderen Zimmern besser...?

Pool was great, girls loved it. Also really liked the vibe from the manager of the venue and people working there.

There have been some issues, but were quickly resolved by the staff. Google maps shows the path that is not optimal, so rather look for signs

Notre séjour était parfait, le logement est propre, spacieux et bien équipé. La piscine et très agréable après la plage le soir, et l'emplacement est idéal pour accéder aux plus belles plages du Sud. Le lieux est paisible et tranquille. Petit plus pour un départ tardif (vol d'avion du soir par exemple), il y a la possibilité de laisser les bagages la journée et revenir le soir les récupérer, avec une douche et une salle pour pouvoir se changer, ce qui laisse la journée pour profiter pleinement de la dernière journée. C'est ce que nous avons fait et c'est très appréciable ce genre de service donc je tenais à le souligner particulièrement.

המארחים היו מאוד נחמדים הבריכה הייתה שווה ונוחה היה גם בריכת ילדים ומקום לשבת במים כיסאות חוף היה צבי ענק שהיו אטרקציה לילדים המארחת עזרה לנו לתכנן את הטיול, למצוא חנויות שחיפשנו הייתה מאוד חביבה ונעימה

המזגן במטבח ובסלון לא היו טובים והיה חם רוב הזמן רק בחדרים היו מזגנים חזקים וטובים המקלחת הייתה רק מלמעלה דוש ולא ידני בנוסף הזרם היה חלש מאוד ולכוון את המים היה מתסכל המקום ממוקם באתר ג׳ונגל ויש המון חיות שיכולות להיכנס לבית נמלים וגם אין רשתות בחלונות אז גם אם חם אי אפשר לפתוח את החלון

Мы провели замечательное время. Дом оправдал ожидания: в нём действительно много места, а оборудование (всё исправное) позволило чувствовать себя как дома. Можно освежиться в своём бассейне после экскурсий, наблюдать за черепахами, это уникально и умиротворяюще. Вечера с ароматом блюд с гриля создали особую атмосферу. Отдельная благодарность хозяевам за готовность помочь в любое время!

В целом отдыхом довольны, а для совершенства хотели бы отметить несколько моментов. В самые жаркие дни мощности кондиционера бывает недостаточно для комфорта. На кухне вечером недостаточно освещения для готовки. Было бы очень удобно, если бы для гостей изначально оставляли небольшой запас туалетной бумаги, чтобы не приходилось отдельно её просить. Также отличным дополнением для комфорта, особенно при длительном проживании, стала бы стиральная машина. Часть территории прилегает к заброшенной стройке, и уборка строительного мусора значительно улучшила бы общее впечатление от дома.

Very clean, pre arrival comms, spacious, host was very helpful and always available to help and advise. Beaches are clean and excellent.

If you patient, bus services are reliable but would suggest a car hire. Only Beau Vallon beach has a sparkling pay toilet facility, no other beach has.... Seychelles authorities must set up similar ablution facilities at other key beaches to attract younger and older tourists.

Тихое, красивое место, удобное расположение при наличии автомобиля, чтобы добраться до нужного пляжа. Хозяйка виллы помогла с арендой авто. Чистый, хороший бассейн, дети были довольны. Оплату за виллу приняли наличными по прибытии, потому что российской картой провести оплату невозможно.

Das Pool etwas tief (1,4-1,8 m) aber sehr praktisch mit kleineren Becken für Babys/Kleinkinder. Viele Möbel, gut ausgestattet. Nette Leute, schöner Garten, Schildkröten! Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer! Eiswürfelmacher im Kühlfach! Großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach.

Eine Rolle Klopapier hätte man vielleicht vorrätig da lassen können, so war es immer knapp wenn wir nicht nachgefragt haben (wir waren alle noch etwas erkältet, dazu Schwangere und Kleinkind…). Das mit Schildkröten fanden wir zwar nicht so extrem klein, wie einige hier schreiben. Aber die Sauberkeit war tatsächlich etwas bedenklich. Dennoch haben sie immer wieder was frisches zu essen bekommen. Die Unterkunft liegt auf dem Hügel, also auch wenn nur 8 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand-ist etwas anstrengend zum Beispiel mit Kinderwagen. Wir haben ein Babybett zugesagt bekommen, war aber nur ein normales Bett zugestellt, was uns zwar als Wickel- und Ablagebereich gedient hat, war aber nicht das was wir erwartet haben. Keine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, nur Deckenventilator der entweder an oder aus ging, dementsprechend auch Dauergeräusch (für den einen oder anderen vielleicht störend). An vielen Stellen Baustelle/Steinbruch, schwer zu sagen, ab und mal Lärm, ließ sich aber aushalten (meistens am Tag sodass man evtl. unterwegs ist).

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à alha villa. La maison est impeccable. Spacieuse propre. Nous avons aimé le calme . Le personnel est très attentionné. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. A proximité de la mer . Et d'un take away .

Very nice pool, comfortable beds, very clean. Kitchen well equipped and in a good state.

There was nothing we didn't like per se. Some items could be upgraded, but on the other hand the price is right for what you get. Staff was friendly and understanding of kids.

Maria and her team are very friendly and offer fantastic accommodation. They provided us with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay and even supplied basics for self catering meals. The location of her units are perfect as they are close to supermarkets , a bus stop , a wonderful beach that is perfect for sunsets. There is also a restaurant nearby , a take away food truck that Maria owns and runs that offers delicious meal options at very reasonable prices. There is also a nearby pizza takeaway as well. Maria also helped us with car hire through one of her friends , Cruise Car rental that was very affordable and the customer service was excellent , they even dropped the vehicle off at our unit and collected it from there again. The pool makes cooling off during the day or night very easy. The units are well equipped for self catering and very comfortable. The air conditioner works very well and makes sleeping at night very comfortable. They even have the well known giant tortoises on site that are a treat. We also enjoyed the cats that visited each evening. The beachfront and bus stop and take away options are only a short 700m walk away. Walking down to the beach for sun downers each night was a wonderful way to end the day. Her brother even organised some fresh coconuts to enjoy. Highly recommended , we believe this part of the island is the best part to stay in as its away from the bustle of the city and yet easy enough to get to if needed.

Noise in the morning from staff making fish barbeque for their owner's beach take away. May be because our villa was near the kitchen.

Away from city and airport, towards west coast. Ideal for city escape though capital city VICTORIA and MAHE AIRPORT IS JUST 30mins drive away. 500m away from the breathtaking view beaches. The villa has a common pool and my kids enjoyed it. Consider to carry extra amenities, snacks and drinking water as extra ones are chargeable. There are restaurants and a supermarket near to the beach. Overall rating will be very good.

We had a wonderful stay at Alha Villa and are so grateful to Maria for her warm welcome. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the location was perfect. The entire property has a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, making it a truly special place. Everything was beautifully maintained, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. Maria’s kindness and hospitality made our stay even more memorable. We sincerely thank her and would love to return to this beautiful place on the Seychelles again!

Maria and everyone at Alha Villa made us feel very welcome. We felt very much at home. There was tea, coffe, sugar, salt and fruit to start us off. The shops , beach and lunchbox (take away) were only a 10 minute walk away. We very much enjoyed the pool. Everything is clean and the kitchen has got all you need. Everyone is helpful, friendly and always has a smile. It was my husbands 70th birthday and Maria and the team cooked up a treat and made a fuss over him. It was really lovely! Nadi provided us with Waternut and fresh bananas during our stay. Maria organised the pick up transfer from and to the airport and also a hirecar for us - everything worked out smoothly. It is lovely and quiet at Alha Villa and we spent a lot of time on the veranda. There are lots of beaches and things to see within easy reach by car. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend Alha Villa. We would love to visit again!

Good that you can use the pool anytime and that each room comes with a patio perfect for breakfast. The room was bigger than most flats in Europe’s capitals and the common areas were clean and well maintained.

The property is a bit aged and it’s probably because of the COVID impact on the tourism industry there. It wouldn’t cost much to add a breakfast included for everyone given the easy access to tasty fruits and local delicacies. The road access is not the easiest, especially for those renting basic cars instead of small SUVs but it’s pretty standard in mahé

The weather was hot. We couldn't stay out for long.

Very quiet place, very comfortable, we felt secure and like at home. Or linens were replaced almost every day, which was very nice to see. Owners are very nice and kind people. Location at this side of the island is the best!

Everything was perfect! Thanks a lot for the hospitality. We had some problems and change our tickets, as well as our booking of Alha Villa. The villa’s staff helped us to change the dates of our visit without any penalties. It was really appreciated! Also they present us some coconuts thank them very much! We had a great, short stay. Were greated very nicely and even able to check in earlier. Got good recommendations for food etc. Place itself also nice, large kitchen with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Clean. Has a nice little pool.

Villa Team was Just perfect! Absolutely friendly and helpful. (we asked if there is a hairdryer, immediately been provided with extra three of those,different kinds, etc etc) Well, other than community, there are everything you need to enjoy your seychelles days) And cats. Those are just too cute to resist) We kindly recommend Alha Villa, you won't be disappointed.

At this price range the Seychelles villas are quite dirty, and Alha Villa is quite the same, oil everywhere on walls near the cooking area, they do not seem to vacuum clean at all. The pool has no filtering system so very muddy water, Faulty lights. No AC in living room, the house gets really hot, they turn off the AC when you leave to the beach.

Very good place to stay in Mahe at affordable prices, host was very helpful with everything. Highly recommended.

We had a warm welcome from the owner - she explained everything about the accommodation and surroundings. When we entered the room, we found a beautiful arrangement of leaves and flowers - HAPPY HONEYMOON :) In addition, we got a bottle of wine, such a kind gesture! Whenever we needed anything, she was there to help us. At the end of our stay, we got a souvenir from her! The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped also for the ones who would like to cook. Every apartment has its own parking spot right in front, as well as a balcony with a table and chairs. The yard is full of trees and plants, so you feel like you are in the middle of a jungle :) Since it was not on the main road, all day and night it was very quiet. Internet was better than in most places where we stayed in Seychelles, but still, it was impossible to do a video call.

In the kitchen, there is a problem with ants. If you leave literally any food open, they will appear somehow. The swimming pool doesn't have filters. Also, it seems it's not been cleaned for some time. Turtles live in a small 'cage', I personally think it's better to leave them to live freely in nature.

They need to put bigger signs indicating the location. Very small sign makes it hard to locate from the road

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our villa was lovely and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Our bed was comfy and the bedroom was nicely air conditioned. We made use of the lovely pool too, we enjoyed having that. It's only a ten minute walk to the beach but it's nice not getting covered in sand sometimes. Our porch was great, like a little jungle with loads of plants. Obviously mosquitoes are an issue but only at sunset and the staff/owners come round with citronella sticks. The property is in a really quiet area so you'll have no issues sleeping. They helped us rent a car too which was really handy. Everyone is so nice and friendly here and really made our stay fantastic.

Everything was gooooood. I am a repeaters guest and Alha employee and management has been the best and will always been the best. I highly recommended to any guests around the world who wishes to spend a quiet peaceful holiday to go there. Amazing Hanna and Maria!

Nothing , everything was PERFECT! Time management on our end. Nothing to complain from them. You simply need to be ready to go in such an amazing place.
