Villa North Coast

Wunderschönes Haus mit sehr viel Platz für die Familie. Zwei sehr schöne Strände sind in der Nähe. Der Hausmeister ist sehr bemüht um das Wohl seiner Gäste. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Das Nachbargrundstück ist leider nicht bebaut und das Grundstück voll mit Gartenabfällen, deswegen gab es viele Stechmücken, sobald man im Garten war. Aber da kann die Vermieterin natürlich nichts dafür.

Very clean and comfortable. Quiet and very tranquil. Pictures match the actual place. Very spacious as well.

No adequate water pressure in the shower and water temperature for showers was not adequate. We did mention this to the person in charge and they apologized and said they would address this issue.

Pas eu d’Internet (problème juste avant notre arrivée) pendant plusieurs jours malheureusement et surtout impossible de mettre un pied dehors car le jardin attire beaucoup trop les moustiques c’est infesté

The location of the property was amazing, a 2 min drive to the beach (or a 10-12 min walk). The neighbourhood was very peaceful and lovely. Grocery stores were again a 2 min drive in either direction with a nice bakery as well nearby. The villa itself is tastefully designed and has one bedroom on the lower floor along with a kitchen and living area. The kitchen is very well equipped to cook meals of all kinds, I would have loved to find a juicer for making some fresh juice but otherwise I found it very useful to make meals for my family. The rooms are very spacious and have enough windows for light and fresh air. The caretaker was helpful throughout the stay. We were able to park our car inside the property but there's plenty of parking space outside the compound so one can do that. The neighbourhood is safe but it gets quiet in the evenings which did not bother us honestly. The pool was maintained nicely.

1. Lack of air conditioning in the living room on the ground floor - it's a big area and the only way to get some air moving is a fan that runs at a super slow speed. We couldn't spend the peak heat time there at all. 2. Linen hygiene (Towels) - I suspect they were not dried properly before our arrival and hence smelled musty / old. I had to wash them myself in the machine and sundry. Quality of towels could definitely be improved. 3. Lack of power backup - the automatic gates, blinds on windows and doors, even the stove - everything needs power and if there's a cut (which happened while we were staying) well then pretty much nothing works. We had to request the caretaker to manually override the main gate system so that we could get our car out since we were stuck inside. These weren't deal breakers but looking at the potential of this excellent property, I had never expected them in the first place. I loved staying at the Villa nevertheless.

La maison est très agréable et spacieuse. La décoration est soignée et le jardin est reposant. Sandesh est aux petits soins. Il apporte un service de qualité à la prestation. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Une suggestion pour l’entretien de la piscine serait un robot ou un volet de protection. Sinon tout était parfait

Conforme aux photos et aux avis Booking, très jolie maison, bien agencée, spacieuse, confortable, c'est un excellent rapport qualité prix. Le personnel est adorable. On se sent tout de suite chez nous... Sa situation géographique est un vrai atout, la plage de Trou aux Biches à 5 min en voiture reste notre préférée du séjour! On reviendra sans hésitation !

La villa est très agréable ! Une grande maison avec tout le confort nécessaire et tous les équipements. Nous n’avons manqué de rien avec nos 2 enfants, dont 1 bébé de 7 mois. La maison est également très propre. Merci pour l’accueil c’était parfait.

Das Haus sieht aus, wie auf den Bildern. Der tropische Garten mit Pool und sehr gemütlicher Terrasse laden zum Entspannen ein. Alles ist großzügig und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Es gibt alle Ausstattung, die man im Urlaub braucht. Die Betten fanden wir wirklich bequem. Besonders Prakash, der lokale Kontakt des Vermieters hat sich wirklich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und alles serviceorientiert organisiert. Es gab sogar alle 2 Tage ein Housekeeping.

Perfect property, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, outdoor area, size of the rooms, just everything. We had it all to ourselves. It was peaceful and quiet, great for families or a group of friends. Close to shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches. Very helpful and friendly owner.

Swimming pool is a bit small and could be cleaner

The villa is not in a good state of repair and lots of things didn't work properly. The fridge and dishwasher didn't work properly, there were cockroaches in the kitchen, the pool was dirty, the bathrooms were a let down - one only has a hand held shower and the shower in the other bathroom was almost impossible to use as it was either cold or scalding. We were given very old towels so we had to go and buy our own. The owner didn't respond to most of the issues raised.
