Reviewed Aug 13, 2026It is our second stay. The property is cute, perfect for families, very clean, and well-equipped. We found everything we needed. The location is good and very quiet. The hosts are friendly. We sent a message and they came to help very quickly. We also liked the huge backyard where the property is located. Our bikes could be parked in the backyard and feel safe.

Een en al rust begeleidt door fluitende vogels en on board entertainment in de vorm van grazende schaapjes. Rondom staan schaduwbomen. Koelkast is een beetje klein, maar gelukkig verkoopt de super in Essen goed gekoelde pils.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Een heerlijke, rustige plek om even helemaal tot rust te komen. De pipowagen is verrassend compleet ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De airco was erg prettig, de douche heerlijk en alles was netjes verzorgd. Het verblijf tussen de schaapjes geeft een gezellige en landelijke sfeer. Hoewel ik de eigenaren niet persoonlijk heb ontmoet, verliep het contact via de app vriendelijk en soepel.Genieten tussen de schaapjes

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026De wagen was ruimer dan verwacht. Er is veel licht inval en bij goed weer kan je buiten zitten of een spel spelen. Verder was alles aanwezig, zoals zeep, handdoeken, lakens, filters voor de koffie enz. Tiptop in orde dus

Ik kwam perongeluk een dag te vroeg door mijn fout en ik werd snel aan een overnachtingsplek in de buurt geholpen, heel attent, maar deze pipowagen was het leukste en comfortabelste.

Reviewed Nov 22, 2025Locatie was rustig en landelijk. Heel goed geslapen, alles was aanwezig voor een (kort) verblijf. Voor grote mensen (ikzelf 1m90) is het wel opletten dat je je hoofd niet stoot. ;-) Ondanks het koude weer (rond het vriespunt) toch warm genoeg.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2025We had a warm welcome. We enjoyed staying in a converted showman's caravan which is located in a quiet field. We particularly enjoyed the excellent shower and the privacy in a quiet spot. It's compact but not cramped.
Unfortunately the weather wasn't good enough for us to sit outside and enjoy the barbecue area.

Reviewed May 5, 2025This compact van-based home, perfect for a family of up to three, is located on its own fenced plot in the countryside, near the Belgium-Netherlands border. The van is beautifully restored and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. At 185 cm tall, I had no issues with space. There’s a nice place for a barbecue and outdoor dining. Reliable Wi-Fi connection.
For constructive feedback (not really negatives, just observations): The shower's placement opposite the bed (rather than turned 90 degrees toward the side wall) felt a bit unusual, but we managed by coordinating shower times with my family. A small Smart TV would be a nice addition.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2025Absolutely beautiful little converted bus, surrounded by sheep! Such a lovely, cosy experience - but the bed was still bigger than you’d expect! The hosts were friendly and helpful, with a welcome tour and lots of useful information.
Although the sheep are lovely, expect a few noises (especially horns against the bus!), and a very remote location (avoid the dirt road nearby if you’re driving!)

My kids especially enjoyed the trampoline , watching hens and rabbits and sheeps, looking how all green veggies and fruits were grown in the backyard. I would definitely recommend to anyone who loves to stay within nature.

Very peaceful location and friendly owners. Perfectly suited us for an unusual and good value one night on our way down from Hook of Holland to Ypres the next day
