It was directly at the bach. The staff was really nice and the food was amazing. :) It was a great Hotel and everything you need is in walking distance.

Sea facing rooms are really tired and in need of some tlc, wetroom facilities were poor. A poor standard of cleanliness, crushed cockroach under the bedside table. Hair gathered in wetroom drain. Tap not fixed to sink. This wasn't a great experience for me, I had travel issues caused by the middle east conflict along with food poisoning. I was in contact with the accommodation.owner who was helpful but the front of house staff made me feel very unwelcome. They were so friendly when I arrived but made me feel horribly uncomfortable for a few days of my visit. I'm a female solo traveller so experiencing bad luck along with unfriendly hospitality felt difficult. It was also expensive, I appreciate that I was paying for the location.

Nothing due to the utter filth of this place there is no way we would eat there, due to the high risk of bacteria sickness.

Nothing except the location and beach. We have stayed in comparable places but this place in over 30 years of travel was the worst of the worst we experienced. Cockroaches falling from the ceiling is not pleasant. The bedding has not been washed for eons. Pieces of wood used to keep the side wall up by the toilet. Shower water going out under the floor not a drain hence the Proliferation of cockroaches.

The third time we have stayed here. Agonda is a hidden gem and the sunset beach resort is the best food and value for money. Staff are amazing and the relaxed atmosphere and the fact you are on the beach which is cleaned everyday is perfect.

L’absence d’accueil, du moindre regard, du moindre mot dès notre arrivée nous a refroidi. Cela a continué tout au long des 5 jours passés dans cet établissement. Aucune considération, aucune attention, aucune communication, le néant. C’est extrêmement décevant et désagréable comme expérience. Nous n’avons eu envie de tester le restaurant donc aucun avis sur le sujet.

Wir waren zum.ersten Mal im Sunset auf Empfehlung von Freunden. Hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Man konnte herrlich draußen sitzen und das Meer und den Strand genießen. Auch die Sonnenuntergänge mit Blick übers Meer waren fantastisch. Die Zimmer selber waren schon in die Jahre gekommen, hatten aber gute Matratzen, was uns wichtig war zum schlafen. Man hörte das Meer rauschen und wir genossen es sehr. Die Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlage und Ventilator ausgestattet. Der Service im Hotel ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Was uns auch sehr gut gefallen hat, war, dass man Liegen freigehalten hat für Hotelgäste. Ebenso bekam man ein frisches Handtuch für den Strand. Sehr aufmerksam waren die Mitarbeiter und waren immer hilfsbereit, sei es, ob wir eine Bootstour machen wollten oder ein Taxi brauchten. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl dort

Es ist ein wunderschönes kleines Boutique Hotel mitten in der Altstadt von Panaji, zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen, alles ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Zimmer groß und geräumig, die Betten sehr bequem. Das Frühstück im Garten im Innenhof sehr gemütlich und lecker. Roy und seine Frau und auch das übrige Personal sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl hier gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wieder komme.

Perfect place for South Goa trip. Delicious food. Pleasant stay. Nice and clean beach. I would suggest this place for a weekend away. Great place and great host.

I think we came at the wrong time of year (just before Christmas), as prices seemed to be very inflated for the quality of the room. Room was quite loud as near the kitchen, it was small, dark, and very cold at night (although staff kindly gave us another blanket). I wouldn't return here as it was far too expensive for a 2 star hotel.

Столкнулась конечно в номере с муравьями, но мне пояснили что свет не надо оставлять снаружи, после этого и вправду муравьев не видела.

I felt it was a little overpriced.

The only thing to like about this place is its location. It's just on the beach.

First of all, it is not a resort. It is just 7-8 rooms in the form of huts which they call as resort!! This so-called resort is so small that you will definitely have difficulty finding this place.. The rooms are very, very, very small. No proper check in- check out! There is no proper reception desk.The prices are way too high for the facility provided. You can even hear termites biting the wood of the cottages in the silence of night. The washrooms are not combined. No professionalism, no support from the staff. They look just not bothered about any of your problems. You can't extend your checkout time even by 10 minutes. They got so worried when I asked for the same. The food is good and tasty but very, very expensive!! The worst part was that I hired a scooty from them, and just outside the resort fell down along with my son.. I came back and returned the key to them that I did not want the scooty as I am not able to drive and had a fall- the first thing they asked was- SCOOTY KO TO KUCH NAHI HUA NA? (Is the scooty Ok?) I am definitely not coming back here again and would not even recommend anyone to go there. Instead, there are so many other resorts in the same line, which are much better and classy.

Das Zimmer (Hütte) war nicht wirklich sauber, sehr karg eingerichtet und es gab keinen Reinigungsservice, was angesichts der Lage direkt am Sandstrand bei längeren Aufenthalten nicht ganz unwichtig ist.

Location of the property was wonderful, it was right next to the Agonda beach. Food was awesome, we all love the food there. Because of food we got more time to enjoy the beach. Staff was welcoming and helpful. I was traveling with my infant and the provide full support like food, hot milk etc. It was awesome stay.

Пляж супер! Мало народа, пляж длинный, чистый. Вода чистая, волны небольшие, очень комфортно. Лежаки оборудуют - кладут матрас и полотенце. В номерах было средство от комаров в розетке. Очень много коров и быков - некоторые не очень дружелюбные))). Ресторан прямо на берегу, очень вкусные блюда с соусом масала, тандури. Холодное пиво! В целом локация конечно деревня. Ходить некуда. Но недорого можно арендовать мотобайк и съездить в шумный Палолем.

Не помешает небольшой ремонт санузлов и обновить мебель. Перебои с электричеством.

Месторасположение конечно отличное, персонал выше всяких похвал, отзывчивы, всегда помогут, на месте есть ресторан, кухня замечательная!!!!

The location, the food and the service. You are actually on the beachfront and you can just jump into the waves from the terrace of the restaurant. Food is surprisingly delicious, cheap and also safe. This is is definitely not 5* star hotel, but really enjoyable and a perfect choice for the value.

Rooms should be cleaned a bit more often. But it was also okay.

Breakfast was really exceptional with quite a variety to select from and very tasty. It could be really felt that the property treats the guest as a part of them for the days of their stay and served from the very depts of their hearts. Location is awesome. Right on the beach just a 50 steps or so from the shoreline.

The beds are too soft for comfort. Developed body ache. It seems not to their fault as many might liking it. But, from the comfort point of view such soft beds where one has to gather oneself up quite difficuly to sit up or otherwise being at risk of falling down a bil harder would have been better.

A stay at a place is made excellent by the human touch that it gives to those visiting it. Sunset Beach Resort has excellent staff which took care of us all through. They were concerned about our confort without being intrusive about it. We loved our stay there and the location - right on Agonda Beach was beautiful beyond words. Thank you Sunset Beach Resort, Agonda Beach for a memorable stay !

They could provide kettle in cottages for tea and coffee. And this is not about the Resort or the beach but the local Taxi / auto waalas run a cartel in Goa- so much so that the drivers from Goa Miles ate scared to be beaten up if they pick passengers. Leaves a bad taste in the mouth despite the beauty of the place and warm nice people.

If you're looking for 5*, then this is not the place, but what it lacks in 5* facilities, it certainly makes up for that in its Great location, friendly, attentive and very helpful staff. Great value for money, and the food served in the restaurant area was excellent. Would certainly recommend it, and we will be going back.

Rooms need a little updating, but don't let that deter you.

The best things about the property are the location and the food. In addition the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are literally 10 steps from the beach.

The rooms are basic with not too much space. There is frequent power cuts and takes a 2-3 mins for the back up power to take over. Water ran out once during our stay due to power outage.

The location is one of the best.

This was my second stay here. It has become crazy expensive now. I don’t know what went wrong but pricing a beachside shack Rs 6k/night doesn’t sit well with me.

Amazing stay at this place! The staff is incredible, kind, friendly and always there for you. Great food at the restaurant, tables on the beach in the evening, dining with your feet in the sand and watching the sunset is priceless. Right at the beautiful beach, no crowds, but plenty of things to do in the area. Yoga, meditation, massage … the room/chalet was very nice even though I went for the simplest one. Loved it!

Great location, amazing sea view (worth the extra money), wonderful staff that took care of rerelatable drivers and much more. And great food!!!! Literally made me a unique breakfast adjusted to my needs, and all their Indian dinner plates were very good! Also have international food.

The staff were very friendly. As a female solo traveler, it was perfect. I had two lovely nights there. The bed was comfy, and the location was perfect. It was still low season, so not many places were open. The food was very good!

Not much not to like. Dogs barked but that happens along the beach.

The food was exceptional. They customised the food to our liking specially for kids. Room service was quick and the staffs were courteous, excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Restaurant is great! Rooms are ok, there are enough space, but it's too hot inside. Maybe is better to get room with AC. We were there in March. Room is clean.

The mosquito net is not good, it has holes.
