Reviewed Jan 31, 2025The villa was in a small community of similar units in utsunkulma. We had difficulty locating the unit as it was dark and the unit no are difficult to see. Remember, the unit is in the row facing directly the forest on top of the hill. Parking is below the unit. The villa was well heated, comfortable and very clean. Kitchen was fully equipped. They also provide free hot chocolate, sugar, cooking oils etc. You can bake a cheesecake too. Mixer, flour, baking pans, baking paper are all there. We manage to see the aurora on our 2nd night. The aurora was in full display across the sky and we are in the comfort of our beds. Hot tubs was awesome. We use the snow shoes to walk along the forest. Spend time in the sauna after cold day outing. Definitely money worth spending compared to the glass igloos...

Reviewed Jan 23, 2025Loved the view from the bedroom. Seeing the Northern Lights while falling asleep was a dream!
The sidewalk up to the door was a thick sheet of ice. I fell a couple of times and really could have injured myself. It would have been nice to have the sidewalk salted so no-one gets hurt.

Reviewed Dec 23, 2023The house is a piece of art, glass ceiling and windows all around, with a sauna in the washroom itself and a jacuzzi outside
The management cannot speak english and didnt send over check in details till the last minute. The main door doesnt lock and no instructions were given on how to operate the sauna or jacuzzi till we called up to ask for the guide. There arent very clear markings on what house has been reserved, specially with the amount of snow, it was hard to locate the house

Reviewed Jan 30, 2023it was very equipt, it had everything you could think of in there, many great facilities, the view was amazing every day to wake up to, the bed was very comfortable and heating always very nice and warm!
