't Nieuwe Nest

Het chalet was ruim, comfortabel, en schoon in een mooie omgeving. Wij waren er voor 2 nachten en komen graag terug als we weer in de buurt moeten zijn, maar dan langer.

Er was niets wat ons tegenviel.

Lovely quiet location. Great outside space for the kids. Nice layout, had everything we needed. Comfortable sitting area. Lovely host who went above and beyond for us.

The distance to the shops was a little bigger than we anticipated.

Ontbijt n.v.t.. De locatie buitenkant dorp geweldig en lekker rustig met een mooi uitzicht.

Geen, dit was iets wat precies bij ons paste.

Ruim, proper en aangenaam huisje. Heerlijke tuin, fijne en rustige omgeving, smaakvol ingericht en zeer kindvriendelijk. De eigenaars zijn zeer warme, zorgzame mensen die dit met veel passie doen...we kwamen niets te kort en komen zeker terug!

Helemaal niets

Zeer mooi proper huisje en een fantastische tuin waar de kindjes in konden spelen. Alles was aanwezig.

Everything was amazing! We loved our stay with the whole family there. The location and the views were great, very easy to reach the place. We went there to visit the Efteling and our stay at the house made our experience so much better. The owners, Gila and Mark, are great hosts, very polite and explained everything thoroughly. We highly recommend the place for a family stay! Thank you for everything!

Everything was perfect!

Doskonała lokalizacja, łatwy dojazd do Efteling. Ciche i spokojne miejsce. Sympatyczna gospodyni. Dogodne warunki mieszkaniowe. Byliśmy 6 osobową grupą i miejsca było pod dostatkiem. Polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi.

Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft mit schönem großen Garten Bereich und outdoor Spielgeräten für die Kinder.

Mooi huisje. Proper. Alles aanwezig van voorzieningen. Vriendelijke eigenares. Goeie locatie vlak buiten centrum.

Net dit weekend ook een festival aan de gang van 2 dagen wat voor geluidsoverlast zorgde. Wel telkens om middernacht gedaan. Maar de rust die we dachten te hebben niet echt kunnen ervaren daardoor. Hier kan de eigenaar niets aan veranderen maar was wel leuk geweest om hiervan op de hoogte gebracht te worden bij de boeking zodat we zelf konden kiezen of we nog steeds wilden blijven of liever ergens rustiger wilden logeren.

Comfortable and clean. Excellent location five minute drive from Efteling. Nice garden when the sun is shining with plenty of space for the kids to run around outside.

Very nice spot in a quiet area and charming village so close to Efteling. Hosts super nice. The accommodation is really well equiped. Kids loved the place.

The hosts were really nice and very friendly. They were always available for us.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα! Καθαρό, ζεστό, άνετο, πολύ καλά οργανωμένο σπίτι.Είχαμε την τύχη να δούμε και να ζήσουμε τη μεγαλύτερη χιονόπτωση των τελευταίων 10-15 ετών στην περιοχή και η θέα τριγύρω στη φύση ήταν μοναδική!!!Εξαιρετικά κοντά στο Efteling park.Εκπληκτικοί και φιλικοί οικοδεσπότες

Bij aankomst werden wij vriendelijk ontvangen door Marc en Gila. We kregen een rondleiding door hun prachtige huisje. Er stond zelfs een lekker flesje wijn klaar. Je hebt veel privacy, een rustige omgeving en voor kinderen staan er buiten speeltoestellen. Echt een aanrader

Very friendly, extremely clean, very family oriented with a private playground and dozens of toys, and a huge grass yard. Efteling park is 5 mins driving away, so it is a perfect retreat for the family

I’m a picky person, and there is nothing that i didn’t like in this place. You need to have a car to enjoy the stay, and then everything you need is 5 mins away.

Everything! The place was beautiful and the photos really do not do it justice. The children loved the outdoor space and spent any downtime in the garden. The chickens at the bottom of the garden were an added bonus. The view when you open the curtains in the morning are just beautiful. The shower was hot and powerful, the kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were really comfortable. This was our first time visiting the Netherlands so the accommodation was perfect for exploring all the way from Amsterdam to Maastricht. Our hosts were so friendly and really helpful with both the house and providing knowledgeable information to help with our travels - we cannot thank them or recommend this place enough.

The oven was quite difficult to use. There are instructions in the back of the folder but I still struggled!

Really clean, modern and well equipped. Nice big garden to use. Very hot during our stay so the air conditioning was very welcome.

Can’t fault it

De schone en verzorgde accomodatie was heerlijk vertoeven. Het ontbrak ons aan niets. Een heerlijke grote prive tuin en ook voor de kleinkinderen was alles aanwezig

De matrassen waren bekleed met plastic,dat is niet echt comfortabel

The location is really secluded and quiet. Facilities were excellent. Granddaughters impressed by having horses and chickens nearby. A good value stay and excellent communication with owners

There was nothing bad about the property

Excellent location, exceptionally clean. It’s about 7 mins from the theme park and close to a few supermarkets. Host lives next door and is on hand for anything you need. Great if you’re travelling with children.

Great communication from the owners. Gila very friendly and helpful. A bottle of wine and drinks for the children on arrival. Very private. Lots of open space for the children to run around and play. Very clean with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The double bed was creaky/noisy with even the tiniest movement and ideally needs to be replaced. A minor point though and not something that significantly detracted from the enjoyment of our stay.

Super clean and excellently laid out accommodation. Had everything we could have needed. Great location, only a 5 min drive to the nearest supermarkets in Kaatsheuval. Kids loved the play area at the front. Couldn't fault the accommodation, will definitely be booking for our next trip.

Beautiful, homely property, immaculately clean with great facilities. The hosts are charming and generous - we loved meeting them! It is near to Efteling, yet feels so private - you are not overlooked in any direction. There was a Christmas tree & decorations in the living space which was a really lovely detail.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Efteling attractions park. Amazing place to stay, with feeling of country side and yet so close to town, shops and Efteling park all just few minutes drive. Hosts are very nice people with great sense of humour. Thank you very much for everything and hopefully see you again in the future.

It was immaculately clean and really well equipped. 10 minutes from Efteling and the hosts Marc & Gila were really friendly, accommodating, and had very clear communication regarding arriving, departing & payment. I would very much recommend staying here.

Wonderful place Wonderful people ❤️ verry clean fully equipped. we enjoy each second in this country site perfect home.. gila is the greatest host.. she assisted us with everything we needed. We highly recommen it.

The hosts are extremely nice people, and made us feel at home immediately. They even invited us and the kids to their private home to show and explain how they raise their chickens and eggs. The apartment is fully equipped. Very clean and comfortable. The garden is huge and they have a box with balls and toys for the kids. Efteling is just 5 minutes away by car. We had a great time!

Perfect place to enjoy Holland nature and to be close to Efteling

comfortable, clean house, with a big garden and lovely owners who go out of their way to accommodate special wishes. Both bedrooms are on the ground floor adjacent to the living room, which can be good or bad, depending on how deep your children sleep. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable shower, everything brand new and clean. The patio has a large barbecue, there is a little playground and sun beds, with a view of chicken and fields with horses - this place is probably perfect for summer nights.

the place is at the outer edge of Kaatsheuvel and you definitely need a car to get to and from this place, and to the local highlights (Efteling, restaurants, hiking trails, Loonse en Drunense duinen, shops). Don’t make the mistake (like we did) of thinking there will be buses or taxis you can call.

Had a lovely stay and the owners are so cool kinda people you would like to have a drink with.

We were met by the host who was very welcoming, and always available living in the house next door. The location was perfect, an easy bike ride for us and our children (6 and 9) to the shops in Kaatsheuvel, the Efteling theme park and the Loonse dunes. The cottage is built and furnished to a very high standard with great facilities inside and out including patio furniture, BBQ, play equipment, garden toys, coffee maker (pod type), hairdryer, TV and secure cycle storage. The cottage had great attention to detail with things like fly nets on the windows. It was very hot when we stayed and our boys loved playing in the garden sprinklers! Overall it was very clean, very comfortable and a very attractive and relaxing environment.

No complaints at all, but but the combi oven was not great at grilling toast!
