J ai beaucoup apprécié le propriétaire Ismail qui a été très réactif et bienveillant. Des petites friandises nous attendaient, la connexion internet a été réhabilitée rapidement. L appartement est mignon et très adapté pour un petit séjour. Les équipements étaient disponibles comme indiqué dans la description.

Le ménage pourrait être un peu amélioré.

Byliśmy w lutym sami w całym resorcie. Oprócz nas tylko ochrona. Dla mnie to zaleta. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny.

W łazience nie da się zamknąć całkowicie drzwi, przez co brakuje prywatności.

La suciedad del apartamento. Ducha que llena todo el cuarto de baño de agua. Sofá sucio, cocina sucia, mantas sucias.

The chalet was clean, well-prepared, and exceeded expectations. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed — and even more. The TV was great, with a large screen and good quality. The bed was comfortable and suitable for three guests. The pools were spacious and very clean.

The beach was rocky rather than sandy, which made it a bit uncomfortable to walk and swim.

The host was very decent and the place were very calm and cozy

It was clean and comfortable Near the beach and near kids area and swimming pools. The weather was so good. Fresh air and very good temperature, which was a surprise specially in August in this area. But I understand that this area especially is adjacent to Zafarana wind farm which is a major wind power plant, which explains nice fresh wind all the time. The owner Mr Ismail was so cooperative, supportive and respectable person. He asked usually about our needs and guide us to near good area for restaurants Thank you Mr Ismail. You are a person with good manners.

It was fantastic small flat only one hall that can fit only two persons to three maximum Apart of a little bit small hall, the place was good and clean. The owner was kind and supportive. I would recommend for small family short stay.

The resort is amazing, the location is very beautiful and close to shops and restaurants, and the beach is stunning and breathtaking. The accommodation is very comfortable, and all needs are available and provided. The host is a wonderful and professional person who knows how to deal with tourists, and he also follows up with the guests to meet any requests they may have. You feel like you are in a well-equipped hotel. This will not be the last time, and I will deal with Mr. Ismail again in the future. I recommend any foreign tourist or Egyptian citizen to deal with Mr. Ismail, the polite and professional owner of the chalet.

The good thing is that there weren’t so much people there and the owner was very helpful, nice and a decent man.

It’s nothing about the property I didn’t like, but the beach tho, it was all rocks and you couldn’t go swimming without your crocs on, and the type of people who were renting also beside that there wasn’t any cafés or restaurants inside the resort only one and hasn’t much varieties.

The owner is an organized, understanding person who follows up well with the customer and is quick to respond.

Chalet was very clean and has good scent, well arranged , modern smart furniture , when we asked for extra bed sheets and covers the owner was very cooperative and decent and helped sincerely

I extended my vacation due to it were more than amazing chalet & village

Unfortunately we had to change the accommodation. It was dirty and not cleaned. Furniture are very shabby.

- Mr ismail was friendly and helpful. - The location was exact and clear. - The studio was organized and prepared well , the wifi and other facilities were available. - The view was quite good. - The resort was clean , amazing landscapes , beach was clean. - Overall experience is good and worthy.

- Kitchen equipments weren't clean. - Heavy presence of flies and ants. - BBQ was broken and not prepared for use. - No supermarkets available inside the resort nor resturants - No hospital or pharmacy near the resort..

The place isnot pool view as written on the website the sea is way too far from the chalet , didn’t meet the description on the website and the tv wasnot working inside of the chalet as shown in the picture

The location is so nice, the pool was very good, and Ismail was very responsive, friendly, and cooperative, when we arrived the studio wasn't clean and he sent someone in few minutes to clean it.

There are no services inside the compound, and if you want anything, you will have to go outside using the car. Also, the studio needs some renovations.

Small. comfortable apartment in the rather deserted compound. Very silent on the territory, the market with food is very close. The big advantage is fast and free Wi-Fi, really big thank for it!

the room is rather small and no absolutly space for your staff - no wadrobe or shelf, nothing. Your clothes will be just in your bag on the floor. But we came only for 1 night, so it was fine.

The communication with the owner was fine, nothing else!

We arrived at 8 pm, the place was dirty with hundreds of cockroaches dead on the floor everywhere. I cleaned them and throw them in balcony. He sent a guy for cleaning after we complained but we were already inside with our luggage and child, so we couldn't wait for 5 hours cleaning needed. We couldnt leave at night with a child. Huge dust everywhere, the fridge smelly and with mold. Bedsheets not clean and overused, matress is very bad. No towels or toilet paper. The bathroom door is falling and no way to shower inside. It shouldn't be rented this way. When I spoke to the owner he tried to blame it on us that we didn't want the 10 minutes cleaning after we arrived. Cleaning needs to be done before and it needed 5 hours at least for the mess.

The host was great , he assured to fix any urgent issue and followed up in time, the location is quite in a good way and Saturday was empty and nice also the pool was good.

The location is far from the cafes and restaurants, the place was not cleaned properly when we arrived and we waited 2 hours till someone came and finished cleaning it , the bedsheets and lining are overused and seemed not clean ,the mattress also was not great and overused. Toilet feels dangerous as shower is open to the entire toilet and electrical outlet just inside the shower curtain , The beach was filled by oil residual which sticks to body and hair
