Świetna lokalizacja, przytulny domek.
Spacious for large family group with 5 bedrooms, comfortable living area with well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to town and tourust attractions. Close by attractions Portunma Forest park, Portuunma Castle (self guided tour) and Portunma Workhouse (guuded tour) all worth a visit.
The property was in a beautiful location, so many things to do in the local area. The property had a new bathroom put in before our arrival and was cleaned . It was very tidy and felt so homely. We loved being able to see nature from the windows and the local wildlife. Bill was absolutely fantastic host and easy to communicate with if we needed anything . Such a beautiful properly. I hope we get the opportunity to come visit again as I would love too.
No wood for the log burner , would have been nice to use on the evenings.
Lovely location and base for days out around Ireland . Really warm and cosy. Lovely touch fresh flowers on arrival, and basic amenities such as toilet rolls, cleaning equipment and cupboard staples.
Very responsive and accommodating host, which is really appreciated. Comfortable lodge in quiet, relaxing location. We enjoyed watching deer from the well equipped kitchen. Friendly neighbours next door and opposite who were very welcoming. Five spacious bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (plenty hot water for 7 of us) - perfect for our needs. Walking distance to Portumna, it's Churches, Playground, Library and Castle. Aldi and Supervalu close by for supplies. Would recommend.
Everything was great...only 3 suggestions (1) A replacement cover for the drain outside on the lawn, for safety (2) Consider adding a welcome guide about the house amenities and local area for guests (3) Undertake a little refresh on bathrooms at some point
Perfect location and close to all amenities. The lodge is lovely and spacious with good views all around. Would recommend to anyone for a peaceful getaway.
Spacious, peaceful location, close to all amenities
Nothing
Spacious. Beds and bedrooms very comfortable. Very clean. Pretty well everything you need in the kitchen and bedrooms. Nice to see that the air fryer in the kitchen is becoming the norm.
One very small point. A long mirror and somewhere to hang coats. Overall, the accommodation was excellent.
Beautiful lodge with great layout for a group.
It was hard to get the heat regulated for both upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs got very warm
Spacious but also cozy and a great location for our needs. Beds were comfortable as was seating area.
All good.
The outlook and the privacy in the house. Kitchen well equipped. Deer in the back a real bonus
A shelf in the bathroom would have been useful.
Very well-equipped lodge in peaceful surroundings. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen very modern. Lovely to have wrap-around porch and seating outside. Handy to have three bathrooms also. Owner good to deal with and happy to answer any queries. Lodge is also within walking distance of Aldi supermarket and local town which is lovely too.
Bathrooms in need of upgrade. Very low water pressure in main bathroom upstairs. Mildew on tiles and shower screen. Hot water has to be turned on manually at boiler unit. Porch outside could’ve been cleaner.
The lodge was perfect, very comfortable, quiet and the deer In the mornings and evenings was lovely to see.
Not a lot to do in the town, had to travel around, but the little towns around and the views were really nice.
