I liked the decoration. I loved the breakfast and the hospitality of Ammo Ibrahim & Nermeen. They were adorable. You should give them both a big raise for the great job they are doing.

I faced an issue with the AC where it was leaking on the bed and I saw some insects in the bathroom. But when I reported the issue they took action immediately which was great. Once I reported the issues, they were resolved forever.

I absolutely loved my stay, The place is beautiful, peaceful, and full of character. The location by the sea is amazing, and the whole atmosphere makes you feel relaxed and at home. Everything was comfortable, and it was a truly special experience in Dahab

Everything was amazing! We spent 6 days From the first step till we got into the taxi everything was perfect. The warm welcome when we first entered by Majdi and uncle Ibrahim was amazing, they explained everything and made us feel like home. The magic started when you first enter the garden which was amazing, from there we checked in at the fisherman home. We entered the room and was amazed by how clean and wide this room is. The floor, bed, the shelf, the bathroom, the kitchen, the walls.. Everything was super clean in a way i didnt see at any hotel! Their rooms are equiped with everything you could and couldnt think of.. i was shocked how much they paid attention to every detail and every need a guest may have!! Their food is super delecious and rich! Each morning felt like a dream. Mamduh and his wife ( the owner ) did a great job at designing the place so it could feel like a home, he is an amazing host with high respect for the guest privacy and their needs in order to feel at home. And it actually did !! They provided us with everything we need to feel safe and welcomed. They provided gear to enjoy everything in this hotel and out side of it. Snorkling gear, chairs for the beach, gear for the sea and more than we could ask for. We are super satisfied and we will come back again without a question. I super recommend it for everyone who is willing to stay at dahab. If you read this go there!

Beit Theresa, 3am Ibrahim and Mamdouh made our vacation exceptional...we felt home and nothing was missing. Ibrahim is an incredible person who is always there if you have any questions or concerns... We didn't book the breakfast, but Mamdouh was kind enough to invite us one morning....the food is delicious and tasty and have a variety of local items that can't be found in and restaurant in Dahab... Meshaltet, Mesh cheese, black honey with qeshta and many more. Assalah is a nice area were you can relax and meet locals and learn about the culture and daily life. The bedouins (Arab Assalah) are respectful people, super kind and respect privacy. In general, the place, the host, the neighborhood were beyond our imagination .....thank you for the amazing time ...

everything was really pretty and clean, everything that we needed we got and more, the staff were so sweet and welcoming, and the food was AMAZING probably best food in dahab so if you’re considering getting breakfast, get it.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed! I don’t think you can fully experience Dahab without staying here. It didn’t feel like a hotel—it felt like we were staying at a cousin’s home. The owner, Mamdouh, was incredibly friendly and always willing to help us, whether it was related to our stay or not. Everyone there was genuinely kind and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Beit Theresa was one of the highlights of our trip to Dahab. The place is cozy, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful little details that make you feel at home. Every corner has its own charm, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast is an absolute must try. Make sure to ask for Aziz’s Egyptian mushaltat. It is genuinely one of the best things we ate during our stay. Above all, Mamdouh made our experience unforgettable. He is the heart and soul of this place, warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything you need. His hospitality goes far beyond expectations and makes you feel like family rather than a guest. We cannot recommend Beit Theresa enough and would happily stay here again. We honestly did not find anything to dislike.

Alt der var simpelthen så perfekt. Belægningen er meget godt og rolig område. Alle personale der er enorme behagelige og imødekommende, klar til at hjælpe hele tiden. Maden var exceptionel god og lækkert og det kan ikke blive bedre. Renhed over alt var et præg som forladt store indtryk. Værten Mamdouh var i høj grad opmærksom på alle detaljer, og vælger kun høj kvalitet materialer for maden og alt andet.

Den eneste ting jeg ikke kunne lide var at jeg var nødt til at forlade stedet og rejse tilbage til Danmark.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Beit Theresa. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein aber top ausgestattet. Bei uns gab es einen kleinen Kühlschrank, eine sehr gute Klimaanlage und sehr gute Betten. Ich habe sonst oft Probleme unterwegs, hier konnte ich sehr gut schlafen. Das Badezimmer war auch top, individuell und schön und mit prima Dusche. Wir haben uns jeden Tag sehr willkommen gefühlt und wurden nett und aufmerksam umsorgt. Gibt übrigens jeden Tag frisches Trinkwasser! Badeschuhe, Taucherbrille und Schnorchel sind zum Leihen vorhanden. Beit Theresa liegt glücklicherweise am Ende der Promenade auf der weniger besuchten Seite von Dahab. Die Restaurants, Cafés und 'Beach Clubs' mit Strandzugang sind also alle eher kleiner und gemütlicher, zum Teil auch einfacher. Perfekt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Arrival : Mamdouh was here to welcome us at our arrival (he also set up the airport pick up for us) and right before entering our room he finished setting up the last details, which we really appreciated after a long trip : candles, fresh cold orange juice in our fridge, filtered water and AC in the room. Stay : cozy cute rooms with local decorations and AC (3 rooms in total), beautiful flowery outdoor common spaces that will make you feel so disconnected from the rest of the world (with areas to relax : benches, hammock, dinner table), a direct view on the stunning sea and a great location, nearby the city center and restaurants, amazing home-made breakfast on demand, and the availability and recommendation of the host the whole day for specific needs / adventures, like private boating to paradisiac destinations, transport to the Dahab hospital, etc. (thank you Mamdouh!!) Departure : very flexible with the payments : we paid everything at the end (in cash), taxi pick up organized by the host, last minute coffee, hand in of the keys in person.

Nice place, clean room, and close to the beach. Beautiful territory. You could take a snorkling equipment for free. Also, there was a compliment fruits and juice, and water. Overall, it is a very quiet and cute place. I like how they could build a really stylish place from dirt and branches.

Given the 9.5 rating and a price point exceeding $100 per night, our expectations were significantly higher. Infrastructure: The electrical system is unstable; using the kettle caused frequent flickering and light failures. The Wi-Fi was unreliable indoors, and we faced recurring drainage issues in the kitchen. Design & Comfort: The bathroom layout is impractical, as the shower wets the entire floor, making it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, noise from the beach is highly audible inside, and the area's appearance does not fully match the promotional photos. Ethics & Transparency: After posting our initial feedback, the management offered a significant discount in exchange for deleting the review, which was an attempt to deceive us. While we understand that review inflation occurs, this level of manipulation is unacceptable for a high-rated establishment.

The place is like a little Oasis in Dahab. It’s in a great location beach front and the place itself is so private and peaceful. The hosts are very nice and attentive and they wanna make sure you have a great stay.

We really enjoyed the stay at „Beit Theresa“. We booked all three rooms as a Family for one week and felt like at home. The rooms were clean and cozy and the breakfast is incredible. Nermin cooked a lot of different egyptian and international food eventhough we had to leave early for diving. Ibrahim was very caring and even offered coffee and tea throughout the day for free. The owner Mimi is also very friendly and offered fish at the bonfire. The only thing we would recommend the owner is, to take the sunbeds from the beach at night inside because the dogs often pee on that. Apart from that, we would definitly recommend staying in this accomodation to have full on beautiful experience in Dahab.

For the tree house just be aware the toilet and shower is on a floor below and you have to go outside to get the stairs there - we didn’t mind but privacy wise may be an issue for some in the night

I can't think of anything. Everthing as described and they went out of their way to help accommodate my needs. You can always find something to complain about, but all the quirks of the place are clearly described so you know what to expect.

De accomodatie is prachtig ingericht, echt als een soort boutique hotel. Met stijl. Dit geldt zowel voor ons (kleine) chalet als de rest van de accomodatie. Het bed was goed. Zeer indrukwekkend uitzicht op zee tijdens de zonsopkomst.

Voor ons als gezinnetje bleek dit geen match. Met zijn drietjes in een smal bed, via een trappetje buitenlangs naar beneden voor het toilet, onze koffers ook beneden omdat ze in het slaapkamertje niet passen. Ontbijt om half tien (op verzoek had 9 uur gekund) met een kind van 8 dat om half 7 's ochtends hongerig wakker wordt... Er is een stukje strand bij de accomodatie, maar dat is publiek toegankelijk en toen we er keken zat er een hond te poepen. Als koppeltje hadden we het waarschijnlijk veel meer gewaardeerd, maar voor een gezin met kind(eren) zouden wij het niet aanraden.

Wonderful cosy little place in a great location. It's just a short walk down the beach to the main beach front area. The hosts were really lovely and helpful. The place was really clean and breakfast was amazing, although more than we could manage. There was also snorkeling equipment available to borrow. We were also able to watch the sunrise out of our bedroom window, which was lovely.

The room was a little small but that wasn't a problem for us. We would stay again.

한국인 후기가 없어서 조금 걱정했는데 걱정한게 무색하게 사진이랑 똑같고, 깨끗했어요! 불편한점은 없는지 계속 신경써주셨고, 조식도 정말 맛있었습니당 😍 유럽식, 이집트가정식, 터키식으로 매번 다르게 차려주셨는데 다 정말 맛있었어요 특히 이집트 가지요리가 정말 취저..🥹 날씨가 조금 추워서 수영을 못한 날도 있었는데 방에서 경치만 봐도 너무 좋았어요 🩷 조금 좁아서 캐리어를 1층과 2층에 나누어서 펴야했지만 그거 자체로도 낭만 가득했다는..❤️ 세탁기도 마음껏 쓸 수 있고, 스노쿨링마스크랑 신발도 빌릴 수 있어서 좋았어요 😊 이 숙소때문에라도 다합에 다시 오고 싶네요 ㅎㅎ

The place is very unique and cozy, with an amazing location that makes you feel as if you are sleeping in the arms of the sea. The staff are extremely helpful, polite, and friendly, and the food quality is excellent. Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing experience.

The location was good, close to the beach and the hosts provided shoes for the beach and snorkels etc was good as there are a lot of stones and sharp rocks in the beach and also the washing machine helped and the staff were helpful.

The room was highly overpriced compared to the rest of the room available in that area. Also the photos are a bit deceiving, because in the pictures there is no one around near the location, but in reality the room is near a busy road and loads of people around. Also there wasn't much light in the room as well and the Wi-Fi was slow and glitchy.

Very cute small cottage right next to the beach with ingeniously designed seating areas and enclaves within the property. Incredible (although pricey) breakfast. Straight forward taxi transfer from airport. Beautiful sea and Mountain Views.

Breakfast was divine but crazy expensive- as an example we had dinner for two in a fantastic local restaurant in the evening for the price of 1 breakfast. It was way more than suggested on the Booking.com website and more like the price of an expensive hotel in US or UK. The beach area was v busy with tourists boats picking up customers which wasn’t v relaxing in the morning.

If you go to Dahab and have the possibility to stay here, DO IT: I cannot recommend this place enough! We stayed in one of the three rooms on the property and had an amazing time. The hotel is set in the quiter area of Dahab, with the busy Lighthouse area still within walking distance. The hosts are so friendly and will try to accomodate all of your wishes. Oh and the breakfast: Oh my god, so good … you have to book it! Worth every penny.

The morning Egyptian and Turkish breakfast was outstanding-was a real highlight. So fresh, the flavours were incredible and really beautiful eye for detail in presentation of local crockery as well. Also, the location is fantastic for snorkelling. I saw so many different colourful fish!

We stayed in the One-Bedroom Chalet. Although the view was 10/10 and the finishes and fixtures were beautiful we did find the small upstairs and downstairs kitchen and bathroom design to be a bit impractical with no space for luggage and bathroom access difficult throughout the stay. Think the others rooms are are better fit for more than one person.

From thoughtful supplies of personal care items to beautiful sheets and thick fluffy towels, a stay at Beit Theresa guarantees unique comfort. The breakfast is sensational. The staff are kind, professional and excellent, knowing exactly when to assist and when to allow for personal space. A very impressive achievement in this relaxed seaside town.

Excellent room experience , spent a week in the stone room and it’s top notch and don't judge from photos on web cause the host wanna impress you on arrival . Breakfast there is superb and beyond words. Variety , taste, freshness , presentation and even the quantity. The hosts are genuinely nice and helpful. Would definitely come back in the winter

During my recent stay at Beit Theresa Dahab, there were little aspects that I found disappointing, which I believe could be improved for future guests. I found the noise levels to be quite high at times, particularly in the mornings. Probably the location of my room was close to some local Bedouin homes which made it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep all the time. I expected a wider range of recreational activities and amenities. While the property had a nice pool, there were few options for organized events or excursions, which could enhance the guest experience.

It was best decision to stay at that hotel as you feel at home, great host, great location, great breakfast! I am hundred percent sure will be back again! Thank you for great hospitality to Mimi and Mohammed. Can not wait to come again!

The view was simply magical and the sunrise was right in front of my room. Also the breakfast was delicious ! If you are hesitant to book just book it it’s really worth it 🤍

The whole place is a story teller, great cozy and peaceful vibe allover the place. If you are honeymooners like us and you are into the coziness and the authentic dahab experience, this place is definitely your go to.

Everything was perfect..

Beit Theresa was 1 of the main reason why I love Dahab, it made me feel like I was at home, with its beautiful design of the space and the community there, The hostess Mimi was very welcoming and accommodating. The pictures from the booking doesn't do the place justice, it's what you would imagine and much more.

The only thing is the room has restricted head height, it was made clear when I booked so I can't complain.

Beit Theresa is the most wonderful place I have ever stayed. It is absolutely magical. Everything is beautiful, clean, authentic, homely and as if from a fairytale. The breakfast was exceptional. The owner is incredibly kind and accommodating. Just 5 steps from the front door, you have a coral reef where you can spend all day snorkeling. I hardly ever leave reviews but this place is too good not to share. The best space to stay in all of Egypt- we can’t wait to be back.

Breakfast is a tasting of an authentic work of art. We tasted the egyptian, turkish and continental version. What gifted hands has the chef Mimi. Beit Theresa has love and dedication in every detail of decoration and architecture. They offer amenities that make our day-to-day life much easier inside and outside the accommodation, such as snorkel equipment, sea shoes, bicycles, beach towels, hair elastics, cotton pads, insect repellent, etc. It is more than an accommodation, it is the extension of our family and our home, because of comfort, attention and affection.

There are simply no words to convey what a truly special place & experience it was to stay at Beit Theresa; everything about it was magical. A must for your Dahab stay! The property itself has a beautiful story; the owners bought the land from - you guessed it, Theresa - who they say remains in their life like an aunt. The owners have kept Theresa's original home, which they live in themselves, and have since transformed the space surrounding that home into a relaxing, beautiful, magical, and beyond special space that's intimate, inviting, and unexpected. There are only 3 or 4 guest rooms on the property, each with their own charm. I stayed in the Treehouse; I'm biased but believe it to be the best with it's panoramic ocean views. However, I toured the others and they were all amazing. The property is directly on the beach, however you could almost miss it when you walk by as it's enclosed by a wall which protects from the wind during windy season and adds privacy. Within the walls, the property opens up to a beautiful garden, dining area, fire pit, hammock that lies directly beneath an opening in beautiful fragrant trees that allows for stargazing. The attention to every little detail was second to none! The owners feel very connected to nature - they shared this with me over a lovely fireplace conversation my first night - and wanted the property to reflect that connection. From beautiful hand-carved.. everything.. to the trees and flowers that enveloped the space, to the rock-surrounded small pool in the back. There is ample shaded areas to protect from the hot summer heat. BREAKFAST!! Holy - WOW - you MUST do the breakfast upgrades. Their chef wasn't only exceptional but delightful. I felt very badly because I needed to ask for breakfast to be prepared early for me due to my freediving training, which she did graciously in spite of it being Ramadan, when most will sleep in to make the fast easier.

There was absolutely nothing that I didn't like. If I needed or wanted anything, the staff made it happen.

And now im not surprised anymore by this place high rating on booking after staying there, the place is amazing and the stuff service is perfect. The facility provides so much activities to enjoy your time inside and outside.

Superb location - you walk out the front door and there are the beautiful aquamarine waters of the Gulf of Aqaba. Warm and helpful hosts - they couldn't do enough for us. Is there a better breakfast in the whole of Dahab? I doubt it. The whole place has such character and charm.

Very beautiful view, room and garden, a wonderful location and hosts. The property is full of very beautiful decoration and thoughtful details. Plus wonderful breakfasts! Beit Theresa is a great choice for a relaxing solo or couple’s getaway.

We really liked the breakfast, it is truly exceptional and every little thing tasted amazing. The location is also very nice, right on the beach and just 15 mins walk to the centre of Dahab. The place is designed beautifully and in the room you can find everything you need (hair dryer, iron, shampoo etc). Although, for Egyptians standards it is really small (so keep this in mind). The staff of Beit Theresa were very kind and professional (Ibrahim and the amazing chef).

It didn’t feel very private, and honestly you can hear everything from the outside (especially if someone passes by your room). In general the whole place feels a bit too cramped and we didnt think it meets the value for money.

I stayed with my husband & my 3 year old daughter, everything was superb, the house is beautiful, we loved our room, the decorations, the vibes. My 3 year old enjoyed the garden, the small pool and playing by the beach. Everything in the house make you feel relaxed. The hosts mimi & mamdouh were amazing. They went out of their way to make our stay very memorable. They arranged a movie night for us, invited us to breakfast and were always there if we needed anything with a smile on their face. Loved this place and would definitely come back again.
