The staff person opened the ceiling window and the person in the bed directly under it closed it after they left. There was a fan in the room I turned on 2 patrons complained it made to much noise. One of the complainers proceeded to snore all night which we couldn’t turn off. Ceilings were cut at an angle so kept hitting my head.

Both nights I was woken up at 2am by loud guests checking into the room. I understood that the check in finished at 10.30, but both times guests were checking in in the middle of the night. While I understand that the staff cannot stop guests from being loud, I don't understand why it is allowed to check in so late, considering that there are no curtains to get at least some cover from the light of the corridor and the bathroom, which is inside of the room. Curtains for the bed and a shelf would be very cheap but very helpful improvements. Staff wasn't bad nor good, because they were not present except for checking in and out.
