住過最驚嚇的體驗，晚上入住，先是發生櫃子打開已經有人放東西，擔心會不會房卡互相感應錯誤，請晚班櫃檯先行處理。沒想到睡到半夜兩點，卻被另一個房客搖醒叫起床，說我睡錯位子，後來請半夜的櫃檯協助，才知道對方是另一間房的床位。兩張房卡寫成一樣，被半夜叫起床的機率有多高🙄🙄。 隔天早班櫃檯有致歉，但真心嚇到了，太糟糕的體驗。

廁所走廊的裝潢style有點冰冷，個人覺得可以多點人情味。 早餐動線應該可以加強，需要跑兩三趟才裝完食物。

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026地點極佳，在誠品樓上。 櫃台幾乎都有人在，可以提供服務。 有停車需求可以用 $250 的價格停到隔天中午 12:00 ，期間可以自由進出。 公共區可以帶訪客進入，座位間隔大很舒適，窗外視野也很好，有吧檯提供小點心及飲品。 衛浴區乾淨明亮，但可用間數偏少。 早餐目前改成提供自助吧，可惜偏簡易（粥、法式吐司、烤麵包、沙拉、荷包蛋）。 以這價位來說有些小缺點是可以接受的。 ✅適 合：背包客、朋友 ❎不適合：家庭、長輩
誠品的營業時間進出旅館會需要等比較久的電梯。 客房在14樓，只能走樓梯，行動不便者須留意。 背包客房有冷氣偏強、插座很鬆、門簾偏短這幾個小缺點。

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026每次來台中都住這！ 地點就在勤美誠品15樓，非常方便。每日提供免費早餐，從盤餐變成把費，一樣可以吃飽。公共空間很舒適，幾乎每個座位都有插座，也有提供免費書籍可閱讀。房間乾淨！衛浴乾淨！甚至有提供離子夾真的是女性友善。

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026They were so friendly and helped me carry my large luggage down the stairs. I also had to checkout early and they allow up to leave your luggage if needed. The upstairs seating area was so nice and quiet. It has a great view. The private room I booked was the perfect size as well!

感覺床可能有點凹陷 中間躺下時是略凹的 住了兩天換了不同房型的床都差不多 部分房間有天井採光好 正好去的時候是雨天 天井玻璃漏水未修 整晚的滴答聲。。。 然後顛峰時間的電梯 只有3個電梯抵達15樓 搭很辛苦 還沒滿它就叫了 到底
