Best stay in Santa Marta! Nora is an amazing host and has helped us with several questions and given directions. She also kept our bags when we went to Tayrona for 1 night. The property is very clean too and the room has airco.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was really good with two options. The location is close to the buses to Minca and Tayrona and walking to main sights is not too far as well. The room and bathroom were spotless. Also, there is a friendly cat who keeps to themselves.

Not necessarily a bad thing but just so people are aware the air conditioning is only from 7pm-7am but most people will be out throughout the day.

Très bel intérieur, beaucoup de douches et de WC mais pas totalement fermés. Chambre climatisée et propre !

La atención de la persona encargada, fue muy amable y nos dio todo tipo de información, nos orientó sobre las zonas y es un buen punto de partida para descubrir la ciudad, del hotel andando al centro de la ciudad hay 5 minutos. También a 5 minutos o menos andando se encuentran los autobuses que salen hacia el parque Tayrona, nosotros fuimos con la maleta y mochilas y es un trayecto corto.

Està super aprop del mercat, perfecte per si vols anar cap al tayrona o minca, ja que es des d’on surten els busos. Nosaltres vam anar dos dies al taytona i ens van guardar les motxilles. Tenen un mapa amb tota la informació, tant de punts atractius de la ciutat, transports… A mes l’habitació te aire per la nit i la piscineta està genial per refrescar-se! També te cuina.

Un ambiente muy tranquilo. En la recepción me dio la bienvenida Nancy y me brindo bastante información sobre puntos de interés en la zona. El hostal esta muy bien ubicado y todo impecable. Perfecto para un buen descanso y explorar el centro histórico de Santa Marta. Recomendado.

Hôtel très confortable, propre et bien situé. Le personnel était accueillant et toujours disponible.

I gestori sono stati molto disponibili nel tenere i nostri bagagli per due giorni mentre noi visitavamo il Parco Tayrona. La struttura è abbastanza carina e pulita.

La camera senza finestra non è il massimo, ma per una notte è andata benissimo (dalle foto però sembrava che la finestra ci fosse, invece è una vetrata chiusa). La possibilità di usufruire del distributore di acqua potabile potrebbe costare un po' meno o magari essere inclusa nel prezzo.

L'ostello ha un arredamento moderno, le camere sono grandi e tutto funziona bene: wifi, condizionatori, docce e i letti cono comodissimi. Il personale è fantastico, chiaccherano, ti danno una mano e si respira una bella vibe. Ottimo per viaggiatori solitari

Un sitio pequeño pero muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario para una corta temporada en el centro.

Todos los espacios son limitados pero acogedores y funcionales.

El hostal es tal y como lo ves en las fotos! Muy lindo y aseado. Te atienden fenomenal! En cuanto a la ubicación, si queda un poco lejos de la bahía aunque si llegas en linea recta ❤️ y de noche no es una zona en la que se pueda caminar. Pero se soluciona con un taxi a tarifa minima o regresando temprano tipo 4pm.

We had a perfect stay, the staff is super nice and were really caring and helpful for my boyfriend who got sick during our flight to colombia. They also arranged a driver from the airport!

Todo el personal del Imagine fue súper atento, amable y no dudaron en ayudarnos con todo. El lugar es muy agradable y nuestro cuarto, muy tranquilo. Lo recomiendo, sin ninguna duda.

Good location for the market if you need to get the bus to Tayrona/Palomino. Nice small pool to have a dip in as it gets hot in Santa Marta. Working aircon. Friendly staff and cat.

The room we stayed in wasn't sound proof at all, so the sounds from the courtyard/dining area and reception could all be heard quite loudly. Bring some earplugs!

Mi estadía en este hotel fue simplemente magnífica. Desde el primer momento me sentí como en casa, gracias al calor humano y la amabilidad de su personal, que es realmente maravilloso. Las instalaciones son hermosas, todo muy limpio y cuidado, y las camas súper cómodas, ideales para descansar plenamente. El jacuzzi fue un verdadero regalo, perfecto para relajarse y recargar energías. La atención es 10/10, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Y como detalle especial… ¡tienen una gata encantadora, un amor total! 😍🐾 Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería y que recomiendo con los ojos cerrados.

Un lugar muy acogedor, muy cerca del centro y del lugar donde se cogen los buses para el Tayrona y Minca. El personal muy amable. Nos permitieron dejar algo de equipaje un par de días.

Rooms were great and the staff (especially Nora!) were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. We also left our bags there free of charge for 4 days.

The location was great for getting to the bus station but it felt a little sketchy if walking back in the dark.

The room had a floor to ceiling window strip straight into the lounge only covered by a small curtain, so we felt a bit of a lack of privacy. Shower pressure wasn't great

The place is beautifully decorated! The location is great, close to the center and all bus stations. It is very clean and the staff are very kind. They let me store my luggage while I am away for short trips. Definitely recommend and will stay again!

Very well connected to the city centre (8 minutes walk), vans to Tayrona Park, Minca and Palomino ( 5 minutes walk) and to Barranquilla and Cartagena ( 10 minutes by taxi). Amazing staff. Very helpful for any information you need to travel around and any unforeseen circumstances you might encounter during your stay. They go far beyond to ensure you enjoy your experience.

Easy accessible from the Santa Marta market. I just stayed here one night for my flight and the staff arranged an airport transfer. The Hostel has everything you need like a kitchen fridge, et cetera

I stayed in a 6 bed dorm and the rooms were a touch on the smaller size but that’s being nitpicky a bit.

The staff is extremely friendly and the hostel is very clean. The location is only a five-minute-walk to the bus station to go to Tayrona. The fresh mango or passionfruit juice were lovely! We were able to leave our luggage at the hostel for two days while being in the national park for free. It's a great, comfortable hostel.

Last 4 blocks from the center is totally dead at night. I had no problems as a male but just a FYI.

Location is good, staff is nice, they can keep your bag overnight when you go to Tayrona. They have filtrated water but it's not free. It's cheap.

You hear the music from the street all night (a saturday night), so it's quite noisy. No hot water. Pan in the kitchen are quite damaged.

The hostel was really pretty and attractive. It had a really nice atmosphere and the staff were really helpful and friendly.

When we arrived in Santa marta it was 6pm and almost everything seemed shut. We walked from the bus station to the hostel at this time and it didn’t feel very safe.

It’s such a nice atmosphere. The staff, the rooms are clean, the location is perfect for walking to everything. You feel like family here.

The staff of the hostal is very nice and can provide a lot of information about activities. They were very welcoming. The hostal ist located a few walking minutes from the Mercado where the public Busses are going to Tayrona, Minca or the Santa Marta Airport. Aditionally there is a lovely cat

Great staff, excellent location for backpackers, close to the bus terminal for Tayrona, Palomina and Minca (Mercado Publico) and close to the city center but also on a quiet street, very clean, very good breakfast. You can drop your bags for free when you go to other places around. And…. The hostel cat Forty is super cute.

The air conditioner has limited hours. From 7 pm to 7 am.

Staff was great! Very helpful with everything from checking in, recommendations, breakfast, ordering taxis etc. very easy going and friendly environment overall. Room was also super, had a loft with comfy bed and aircon. Nice small pool in the back which was perfect to end or start the day in. Also a friendly cat running around the place. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Santa marta!

We have never seen such a clean hostel and immediately felt comfortable. The room and the kitchen are equipped with everything you need. For a small fee, you can get drinking water to refill throughout your stay. Coffee is free of charge. The staff is super friendly, gives you tips for excursions and helps with any questions. We liked it so much that we returned.

The location is good, close to the market where you can take bus to the national park. It is about 10min to everything. AC valid from 7pm-7am which is necesary. other time fan is available. hot water in bath room. Staff is friendly.

there is no hook in shower room and as it is together with toilet room for everyone, basically those can not be used, can only use the other one but in that one there is no sprinkler head. If you are sensitive with mosquitos then better prepared.

Great hostel, very close to the center but also the market where you can find the main bus stop to Tayrona. The customer service at the hostel was amazing! They were very helpful. They also agreed to keep our bags when we went to Tayrona for 4 nights. The place was very clean. I highly recommend if you just need to sleep there a couple of nights on your way to Tayrona or Minca.

We had a private room with double bed that was just next to the main entrance of the hostel so we could hear everything that was happening at the reception. The noise didn't bother us too much but if you are a light sleeper, I would recommend to bring ear plugs.

Exceptionally friendly, helpful and clean, cozy hostel. The staff go above and beyond for their guests. Suggested the best places to eat in the touristic area and helped me find a medical clinic and cell phone repair shop. Love the water service to fill up water bottle and breakfast is nice too.

Prefer designated female dorm over mixed, it would be convenient to not be crowded in with some males who have messy habits. But understand attendance is hard to gage and it is easier to have mixed. Just a suggestion. :)

Breakfast was disappointing. 12,000COP for scrambled eggs and white toast. Some fruit, mostly watermelon and no pineapple. Daughter didn’t like the eggs.

Lovely new hostel that perfectly accomodated our stop-over to Tayrona National Park with close vicinity to the Mercado (where the busses to Tayrona and Minca depart). They were even so friendly that we could hang out for an hour or so in their patio a few days later when we returned from Minca and had to wait for our bus transfer to Cartagena!

Santa Marta does not have a lot to offer and can be very hot. The rooms fortunately have AC

The staff was so nice and accommodating. The hostel is clean and a great value. It is an easy walk to the bus to MInca. Definitely recommend.

There are better locations in Santa Marta, closer to the beach and restaurants. That said, we loved the location as it’s close to the Minca bus and quieter at night.

One of the best places we stayed in our Colombia travel. Nice atmosphere, friendly and good English speaking local owner, nice quiet room with AC! Location is good: central but just 5 minutes away from busy nightlife. We loved it and will come back :))

Beautifully designed new hostel. Comfortably shared space indoors and in the small patio. Excellent breakfast. Great and very helpful staff.
