Central Hostel Oia

Me dieron la peor ubicación. La cama de la parte de arriba era muy incómoda y, para colmo, tenía un hueco por donde uno fácilmente se podía caer. No podía moverme tranquila porque todo el tiempo estaba pensando en qué momento podía caerme. La escalera para subir tampoco tenía ningún tipo de seguridad y casi me caigo al subir. En el baño, la llave del lavamanos estaba muy descuidada y doblada. En general, todo fue bastante incómodo y decepcionante, especialmente porque era el día de mi cumpleaños y esperaba tener una experiencia mucho más agradable. Al ver las condiciones del lugar, quedé completamente decepcionada. Lo único que realmente estaba bien era el ambiente de la cocina.

Posizione strategica per esplorare Oia e tutta l' isola. L'autobus per Thira parte proprio sotto casa. Girare per Oia quando la folla dei turisti se ne è andata, non ha prezzo. Poter usufruire della piscina del loro albergo li vicino prima della partenza è stato molto rilassante.

Das Hostel hat eine perfekte Lage in Oia und der Bus hält direkt vor dem Haus! Vom Flughafen aus erreicht man das Hostel sehr unkompliziert mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und muss nur einmal in Fira umsteigen. Das Hostel ist insgesamt sehr sauber. (Ich hatte lediglich das Pech ein paar Mitbewohner zu haben, die ihr Umfeld sehr schmutzig hinterlassen haben.) Das Bett war sehr bequem und der Schlafraum klimatisiert. Ich habe dort sehr gut geschlafen. Normalerweise nutze ich in Hostels und Hotels nie Seifen und Shampoos, aber in diesem Fall waren beide (Olivenseife und Olivenshampoo) der Wahnsinn! Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen!

Etwas mehr Besteck und vielleicht auch zwei Müslischalen wären bei der Ausstattung der Küche hilfreich.

Me pareció excelente todo, tenía una cocina súper completa que podíamos usar cuando quisiéramos, apresar del ruido en el exterior en el interior del hostal no se escuchaba ningún ruido, el baño siempre limpio, la ubicación súper podía abordar bus solo bajando las escaleras, buenos restaurantes cercanos

Un poco la atención de quién estaba pendiente del hostal, en el hostal no hay recepción así que el contacto con ellos es por medio de WhatsApp, llegué a la media noche y nadie me respondía fue muy difícil entrar no encontraba como entrar ni como abrir la puerta

Muy buena ubicación. Justo en la parada de colectivo de Oia, de ahí todos van a Fira y de Fira a dónde quieras ir playas, puerto, aeropuerto, etc. Cama cómoda buen colchón, me encantó sábanas y acolchado bien blanco. Buena distribución, aire acondicionado, buena luz y ventilación natural. Linda vista, se vé el mar, el atardecer. Tiene un patio balcon muy lindo en el ingreso que particularmente no usé porque me la pasé recorriendo pero es hermoso espacio para desayunar, jugar cartas o simplemente estar. En uno de los balcones hay para tender a secar ropa. Algo raro fue llegar y no encontrar personal alguno, es autogestión, que resultó sin problemas. Lo recomiendo y no me arrepiento de haberlo elegido.

Comento en positivo porque considero que son cosas que se pueden mejorar con muy poco. El locker que me asignaron estaba muy alto. Subir y bajar la valija no resultaba práctico. Y al momento de vestirme no tenía dónde apoyar la ropa dado que mi cama era la cama superior de la cucheta. Mi habitación justo no tenía luz natural pero está semi integrada a la que sí. Las canillas del toilette se mueven, pero es cuestión de ajustarle una tuerca calculo. Una sugerencia creo que sería importante agregar una toalla por cama.

Le logement est joli et bien situé, bien qu'il soit entouré de restaurants, je recommande des bouchons d'oreilles. La literie est confortable et le personnel est agréable et disponible.

La salle de bain n'est pas dans l'état qu'elle devrait être. Je ne me suis pas sentie en sécurité, car il est impossible de fermer la porte d'entrée lorsqu'un autre voyageur est hors du logement à moins de l'enfermer à l'extérieur.

La ubicación. OIA es lo mejor de Santorini. Fácil llegar al hostel desde el aeropuerto en los buses (se necesita efectivo para pagarlos nada más).

Muy bien todo, estaba en una buena zona, junto a restaurantes y cerca de lo más atractivo de Oia.

No hubo algo que no me gustara.

Las camas eran cómodas y limpias.

Llegué a la 1 AM de mi vuelo, pensé que pese a no tener recepción, la persona encargada de la gestión estaría atenta al ingreso de un huesped: ERROR. me comunique al WhatsApp que ellos mismos proporcionan para entregar ayuda en caso de cualquier cosa, nadie me respondió. Al entrar, mi cama asignada (1) estaba ocupada y como no tenía respuesta de nadie del hostal, ocupe alguna cama que estuviese disponible. Al dia siguiente en la mañana me indicaron que cometieron un error mi cama era la 7 y que me habían avisado por booking. PÉSIMA GESTIÓN DEL HOSTAL. Al tratar de cambiarme a la cama 7, ESTABA OCUPADA. ya en este punto decidí irme del hostal. La falta de gestión provoca que otros huéspedes usen instalaciones que no les han sido asignadas, nadie del hostal tiene conocimiento de lo que ocurre dentro. Alcancé a darme una ducha en la mañana y eso fue todo. Además, los baños también se encuentran en mal estado, las llaves del agua están sueltas, cuando tratas de abrirlas tambalean y pueden quebrarse en cualquier momento. Las fotos no tienen NADA que ver con el alojamiento, no es un hostal, es más bien una especie de airbnb compartido. Ellos te dejan la llave y tu te autogestionas y compartes espacio con otras personas. No quisieron hacer un reembolso proactivo pese a su mala gestión. Traté de comunicarme con booking y estoy esperando respuesta.

Mükemmeldi her bir şey. Konumu çok çok iyiydi. Tam merkezde. Otobus duracağı, kafeler, restorantlar, mağazalar hepsinine yakın. Temizliği mükemmeldi. Her gün temizlik yapılıyor çarşaflar, havlular değişiliyordu. Ben çok beğendim tesisi. Tavsiye ederim🥰

A localização em Oia é bastante boa, há estacionamento perto e paragem autocarro mesmo em frente., também há supermercados e vários restaurantes. As camas bastante confortáveis. Bastante bom, em relação preço/ qualidade.

Devem melhorar a limpeza, a troca do lixo também. Existe sempre música nos bares mesmo ao lado, mas para mim não foi problema.

L'arrêt de bus juste au-dessus de l'hôtel toute la journée bruit + pollution en sachant qu'il y a des départs et des arrivées environ toutes les 15 minutes. Et de l'autre côté restaurant le soir bruyant surtout le week-end. Emportez vos boules quies. L'arrivée il n'y a pas de réception. Je n'avais rien reçu comme message pour savoir le numéro pour rentrer , heureusement que le code n'avait pas été changé pour chercher la clé.A l'intérieur une jeune fille m'a indiqué qu'il fallait aller sur booking dans les messages et que tout serait expliquer.Rien sur booking n'ayant pas WhatsApp ni internet sur le téléphone , j'ai pu me connecter avec mon ordi grâce à l'occupante qui était présente qui venait d'Argentine: viva Argentina:) et qui m'a donné les codes et dit de contacter Lila. Elle a été réactive.J'ai moi-même fait l'informatrice quand 5 personnes différentes sont arrivées et se sont retrouvées comme moi.

Acomodação tinha tudo pra ser incrível mas fiquei 2 dias sem água quente e aparentemente esse é um problema comum ( me disseram que se muitas pessoas tomam banho no dia ANTERIOR a água quente ACABA - tinham só 3 pessoas no hostel durante minha estadia). Tomei banhos gelados.

The hostel is just next to the Oia bus stop. Nice location. The rooms are ok. Bed is comfortable . The instructions are well provided. Communication is good.

The upper bed has ceiling just above the pillow so you need to be very careful. The hand dryer needs to be fixed.

There was no reception or anyone to take care of the place full time. As a result some guests lived the way they wanted, not following rules etc.

Very sweet and cozy hostel with only 8 beds. It is quiet, very clean, downstairs you can get a great greek gyro :). You can dry your clothes/swimming costume on the balcony as there is a clothes reck. The beds are very comfortable, lockers are big and long with hangers inside, but I think a big suitcase would have to go under or near the beds, yet there is plenty of space in the hostel. There is a big kitchen with the necessary utencils. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom. The bed covers are super comfy and warm, especially when you are traveling in October ;). The self-check-in was pretty easy to do.

Estuve en baja temporada y el hostal estaba solo

Las personas del restaurante de abajo comienzan a hablarte y a invitarte, todos los días lo mismo. A pesar que uno les diga que no, insisten. No hay recepción por lo tanto tienes que hacer las cosas solo, llegó un chico tailandés que no sabía nada, así que tuve que hacer de recepcionista.

No hay ningún tipo de recepción, y el formato de acceso no es muy claro, por lo que entre los huéspedes nos vamos explicando dicho 'formato' (tuve la suerte de que alguien me ayude y posteriormente ayudar a alguien). También el brindar información del lugar.

Péssima experiência. Um constante cheiro na cozinha. Apertado. Pouco limpo. A internet fraca e mesmo durante 2 dias não funcionou., sem ter sido dada alternativa. Faltou o papel higiénico num dos dias e também o papel de limpeza das mãos. O chuveiro não tem suporte para o banho propriamente dito. Foi solicitada um cama de baixo e não foi fornecida. As fotos não correspondem ao apartamento. Não há qualquer espaço de piscina. O indicado como sugerido não se sabe onde é tem um custo adicional de 10 euros. Fica por cima de um restaurante com cheiro constante a comida. A grande parte do material de uso está pouco limpo e desgastado, como, por exemplo, a rede da casa de banho está rota. Chegou a cair-me na cama uma gota do ac.Enfim, péssimo

El hostel es muy céntrico. Y los espacios comunes y los utensilios de la casa son muy completos.

La limpieza escaseaba al ser tan solo una vez al día y con tanto movimiento de personas. Las taquillas de arriba son algo incómodas, difíciles de acceder y al tener litera de arriba no tienes espacio donde colocar las cosas y abrir la maleta cómodamente.

-The picture was taken when new so many years ago: look like more than décade in not good condition. - only 2 bed out if 8 get curtain -no check in staff +bus terminal aera+main door never lock + Waiter from restaurant downstair stare at you:call regurlaly your family and friends everythings ok and Keep your valuable things on you so you will be fine - if others guest drunk, no education, shouting, jumping, music loud, phone ringing: good luck for you. Worth youth hostel in my life. - fridge full not clean: look like someone living there... Rubbish full of beer bottle. - noise from 7am- midnight from many restaurant downstair, bus terminal and taxi, no sound isolation from outside neither from kitchen/saloon. Tourists usually does not sleep or eat at Oia as its overpriced and overcrowed: you can take bus for 2€ in this very small island easily every 20-60minutes. I pay here 37€, and had nearby 48€ many single luxury room much much better sea view, quiet, new, clean.

I made a mistake by booking this hostel for a couple for one night. For this money we could have stayed at a private accommodation for two people only, for the same price. It was my first time at a hostel/dormitory and I couldn’t sleep. For a couple it’s not good value for money but for a single traveller I guess it’s very good value for money, especially if you aren’t a light sleeper as myself. And it’s a great way to meet new people if you travel alone. In my case it was a total mistake (I guess I didn’t fully understand what to expect from this experience) Some people were sick and were coughing at night, others were checking out very early in the morning. I normally go to bed at 2am, so it didn’t work for me at all. But I must admit beds were comfortable.

Located at the main location near by restaurants and shops, the host was friendly, beds were comfortable.

The room is not separated from the Washrooms, so it is not peaceful or quiet for sleeping because someone or the other keeps using the washroom and bang the door with a loud thud. It was expensive for Hostel stay

It was close to all the attractions in oia. Plus it was next to many restaurants and super markets. To make it even better, the bus stop was right outside. Also- there is all self check-in but if you have any questions, you can call them and they will get back to you right away

Maybe not having someone physically there. They didn’t have towels to rent.

Perfect location. right next to the bus station, literally a ten second walk. Two second walk to some great restaurants and then just up the lane to the heart of Oia. Beach view from the terrace was lovely. Facilities were good and the property was very clean. Super easy check in & out system.

My only issue with the property was that the AC unit did leak slightly onto my bed which wasn’t ideal, however I know these systems can be faulty when constantly in use. It wasn’t a major leak, just occasional drips.

Nothing. The bed wasnt clean on my arrival. I had to sleep in a used and dirty bed, which was one of the most disgusting experience ever. Felt completley disrespected, as I arrived at 11:30 pm and didnt have the option to book another place that night.

Top Lage, schöne Zimmer, große Küche und bequeme Betten. Diana war sehr freundlich, super erreichbar und hilfsbereit :-)

Ein paar mehr Ablagen für die persönlichen Gegenstände am Bett sowie ein Vorhang um das Bett für mehr Privatsphäre.

No me gustó la limpieza, ell suelo estaba lleno de papelitos, basura, pelos, restos de cosas,no había para barrer, habitación mixta, debería haber separaciones entre habitaciones femeninas y masculinas, parejas teniendo sexo en baños, deberían haber cortinas a cada lado de la litera.

Me encantó la ubicación, Super cerca a los restaurantes (hay uno debajo del hostel), Esta a menos de 10 minutos caminando a todo, realmente super cerca. El Hostal es limpio y confortable, son dos habitaciones grandes con 4 camas en litera en cada uno. Hay un baño para chicos y otro para chicas, mejoraría el hecho de que en la ducha no tienes donde poner tus cosas "tipo repisa". No dan toallas, así que lleva una porque la necesitarás

L' emplacement pratique pour visiter Oia. Diana est très sympa. La journée piscine proposée dans un autre établissement, j'ai passé un bon moment.

Bruyant. Très peu d' équipement pour cuisiner, rien pour se faire un café. Pas tres propre, notamment dans la salle de bain.

It’s literally near the bus station, 1 min walk upstairs. They also offered to use a pool at their different hotel but it is 400 meters away. Comfy bed.

They don’t provide towels. There’s also no reception. The bedroom does not lock and the main door was not locked the whole day we were there. A bit security concern as there’s a restaurant on the first floor.

Amazing hostel, it’s like a house with only 8 beds, a kitchen, living room and a terrace. You can use the infinity pool of their sister venue 5 mins away. Diana is available anytime if you have any doubts, she was very nice!

La peor decisión haber elegido este lugar. Realmente no tiene nada positivo más que la ubicación ya que es céntrico.

No me gustó nada. No hay quien ponga la cara allí. Ni siquiera hay tohallas y el calor es infernal, hay un solo aire acondicionado que le llega directamente a los huéspedes de la primera habitación

La localisation, la vue, les terrasses, la propreté, le confort et la gentillesse du personnel. Ce n’est pas une auberge à proprement parlé, mais plutôt un Airbnb partagé avec 8 personnes. La cuisine est bien. Plutôt propice au rencontre car petit comité.

La terrasse est juste au dessus de départ des bus, donc un peu bruyant. Un petit peu cher mais j’imagine que c’est la localisation qui veut ça.

A really cute, small house turned hostel. Great location for accessing Oia and the bus service to Fira. Loved the small home feel.

Everything was so cool and nice. And the manager is very nice and polite and helpful and it was just the perfect stay in the heart of Oia, very close to the bus stop to Fira, and you a have a market and some places to eat around. I really recommend!
