We zouden een andere, grotere kamer krijgen, incl. fruit en water. Het personeel zei dat dit een nieuwe kamer was. Dat geloven we niet.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026They had a small pool which was great for cooling off. The kitchen was well stocked and there were several areas which had shared food that previous guests had left. Nice to get condiments etc.
No coffee available. One of the guests was sitting in the communal dining room loudly talking with someone on her computer the entire day, clearly working. It would be nice if that could be done in her room or a more private space.

Una piscina che seppur piccola ha il suo fascino. Lo staff molto gentile ha risposto ha tutte le richieste. Consigliato!

Ich wurde Herzlichst Begrüßt, nach meinem langen Pilgerweg hatte mir der Herbergsvater auch direkt ein Wasser angeboten, seeeeeehr zuvorkommend... Der Pool im Hostel, eine Wohltat nach einem langen weg für den gesamten Körper... Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage, ein sehr gepflegtes Haus... die Zimmer... super... Die Lage optimal... Das Beste Hostel was ich in 2 Wochen Camino hatte... Alles richtig gemacht... vielen vielen Dank 🫶🏼

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Ich bin auf dem Jakobsweg unterwegs gewesen und hab hier einen Stop eingelegt. Ich habe vorher noch nie in einem Hostel geschlafen und war positiv überrascht. Bett war bequem. Ich konnte meine Sachen sicher einsperren. Alles sauber und einladend. Super für den Preis.

Very very good beds with curtains covering everything for full privacy and darkness even if light was still on in the room. Great shower facilities with separate showers and toilets. Swimmingpool! Nice shared areas and kitchen where guests got together. Good location.

Que en mi habitación había una botella de zumo vacía con pajita y todo y en las sábanas pelos . Además el baño olía fatal a tubería que hacía que se estuviese fatal en la habitación.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Loved this place. We had a private room with an external bathroom. Place was clean and comfortable. I didn’t hear any noise. There is an Aldi’s nearby. I appreciated the drink refrigerator so that I could get my morning Coke Zero, with payment on the honor system. Enjoyed being greeted by the owner. Another plus is there is a resident cat.
It was a little warm in the room though a fan was provided.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Da es sich um ein Hostel handelt, konnten wir Mahlzeiten in der Küche einnehmen. Dazu gab es mehrere Aufenthaltsräume, Terassen und einen Pool. Insgesamt nette Atmosphäre. Dusche war geräumig.
Leider war der Kühlschrank voll mit Überbleibseln bereits ausgecheckter Gäste. Auch die Sauberkeit lies etwas zu wünschen übrig. Im Zimmer konnten die Fenster nur Spaltbreiten geöffnet werden.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026I really liked a lot of things: the location of the place which is near the ocean, the calm, the cat, the people working there who were very nice. There is also a swimming pool, which is perfect for a rest after walking an entire day on the Camino. There is a bed with a curtain, a light, a locker for your bag. There is a code to enter the place, so in terms of security, you have nothing to worry about.
The only problem I found was that there is no washing machine. However, you can wash your clothes to a place which is very near from the house.

Pool didn't have shade so was better later in the day. Bathrooms had airplane sinks... So tiny. Bathrooms could have been cleaner.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Zimmer schön und sauber. Allerdings eher hochpreisig im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften. Sehr netter Empfang und eigenes, externes Badezimmer. Kleiner Pool, den ich allerdings nicht genutzt hab. Gemeinschaftsbereiche mit der Möglichkeit cerveza oder Drinks so kaufen (self service) und eine Küche zum selber kochen. Aldi ist 7 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Das der Schlafsaal ausgebucht war. Hätte auch gereicht. Das Zentrum liegt ein paar (km) hinter einem,wenn man am Camino ist. Besser vorher schon anschauen, außer man hat nach 25 km noch viel Energie zum zurücklaufen.

It was hot, no AC or fans. And unfortunately there were people being inconsiderate, talking very loud on the pool deck that was right next to the dorm windows that were open, took a while to be able to fall asleep and had to wake up early to continue the Camino.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026This was an "upmarket" hostel on the outskirts of town. It was clean and modern and professionally managed. It even had a small but "proper" pool. There were no laundry facilities on site but available 200-300m nearby, as were supermarket, pharmacies etc.
The location was quiet but not very close to town after a long day walking. One must also consider whether the price premium is fully justified.

Quarto com mau cheiro, com o soalho de madeira levantado, aparenta ter problemas de canalizações (daí o cheiro). Acredito que possa ser só esse quarto com wc privativa, mas é um ponto desfavorável. Sem ar condicionado no quarto. Duche com mau isolamento, a água vinha para o exterior.
